Ahh, that's it! And I was about to disassemble the parts. And then I thought that this one was filming. Fuh, it's good that I didn't have time to try ...
Kamusik
People!!!! SOS !!!
Help me out, friends, today I received my cartoon from the photo 55. I'm very glad, but now my joy has climbed somewhere sooooo far. decided to make a test take, but it looks like it will not be successful. All in order. With a clever look, she began to fry the meat on "steam" with the lid open. After the 50 min. it turned off (although the cover was open). I tried to turn it on again, I wanted to fry it some more, but it didn't turn on. I stood for 3-5 minutes and then I was able to turn it on. In short, I didn't fry any more, put rice with carrots and incl. for the "small volume" program. I wanted to set the time to 1 hour, it is not set, I hope that it is scored in the program? She's doing something there, I don't know, but I came to write. What to do next? When can I open it?
NadinSA
"Rice" is about 50 minutes, "small volume" there is a little less - both modes are cooked before the liquid is evaporated. Cool so they cook The main thing is dont panic!)))
If it's very interesting, you can of course take a peek, but not worth it.
And open it, well, how does the lid of the saucepan on the screen stop flying up (if you miss the beep)
Kamusik
NadinSA, thank you for such a quick response !!! So, what, before that I did everything right? If it's not ready to the end, how can I turn it on a little more?
NadinSA
well, the rice will definitely cook (the question is with the ratio of water, how did you pick it up and whether you like the result. But it won't be raw)

Meat, I don't know what kind of meat and how much they fried. But again, my pork / chicken should definitely be ready.

In general, yes, meat is fried, rice with spices is placed on top. Water. We turn on and wait for the yummy))) (only on what prog to fry there, I don’t know, I’m sorry for the casserole, I fry it in a frying pan)
Kamusik
Fseeee !!! Picked up! I got the wings to try, I didn't like it, the rice was overcooked. Thanks for the help, huge!
NadinSA
not at all)

then in the next. take less water (as far as I understand, the rice is slightly boiled?)
Kamusik
Yes, right. She poured, as the girls wrote above, on a finger from the volume put in a saucepan.
NadinSA
I put 1: 1 (dry in moderation and not boiled) Personally, I have an ideal ratio. (even a son who doesn't like rice is sooo appreciated)
Kamusik
Yes, I was straining ... Now I looked at the kettle (I was boiling water there) and saw that I was drunk - Mom, don't worry! Well, first pancake ...
And tell me, please, can I set the time less than it was in the program? Or do you just need to forcefully turn off the cartoon?
NadinSA
Rice / Small Volume - these have the default time. (although I think that if you categorically do not add water .. it will probably turn off earlier, but the rice will be raw .. probably)
Just for the time that is calculated for these programs, the rice will be cooked.
It's all about the proportion of water, if you choose to your taste, the time of the program's duration will immediately start to suit
Try to make the ratio 1: 1 for a start, if it seems that it is dry / hard, add a little more water (IMHO, but adding water and bringing the rice from hard to soft (desired) to taste will be easier than using the sample method to go from 1: 2 to 1: 1.) ... Probably I didn't write it clearly, but I can't articulate the idea more clearly

In general, in programs, you will not be able to set the time less than the default program sets. You can increase the duration, but not shorten it. Only forcibly disable the program ahead of time. But for the time being, I personally am satisfied with the time of the programs in the cartoon (and stewing, and soup / porridge with a very light boil) - everything is just right in time.

p. from. And I pour water into raw rice

NadinSA, Thank you so much for supporting and advising the new perfezzist - Kamusik.

Kamusik, Congratulations on your purchase!

marinka, why are you stubbornly boiling milk ON STEAM? boil on the Porridge / SOUP mode. and it doesn't matter if you are talking on the phone or standing over a cartoon - nothing will escape. on porridge / soup milk also boils quickly. I have 3 liters of minutes in 15-20 boils, if I am near - turn off, if far - boils to itself quietly until the signal, but everything is always clean.

I don't know why for a couple ... I probably got used to it, and very quickly for 5-7 minutes and everything boiled, though you can't leave, you will have to try boiling in porridge for comparison

Girls, help please, my perfezka in repair, and apparently for a long time. Comfi doesn't promise anything concrete. I look closely at the second. I saw Orion. They say that it is an analogue of our multicooker. Somewhere I saw something about her. Maybe someone compared. Her pots are not suitable for perfusion? Does a 56perfeza saucepan fit a 55th?

here read.so far we have only one user Orion + Perfezza - Luybasha, and she is now at the dacha.
and here is the topic orions... maybe you read it there, but it seems like I'm looking - users are happy.

As for the pots, if the Orion saucepan is suitable for perfected, then only 56, 57, 58 models.
by the 55th have not yet found a replacement. this is also relevant to me, so I'm in search.

well what? everybody is sleeping already? or can someone help? Let's discuss about fermented baked milk ???

I am glad that I returned to my assistants, and inspired by a successful experiment with yogurt in a cartoon, I decided to make fermented baked milk in a slow cooker.
Last night I had a wonderful drink of three liters of milk. in the morning I read a lot of fermented baked milk recipes and this one seemed to me the most sane:
Quote: Summer resident

To get the taste of real fermented baked milk, baked milk must be fermented with a spoonful of cottage cheese pounded with a spoonful of sour cream. That's when you get an authentic product.

Quote: Summer resident

I have it for a 3 liter saucepan

decided to do so. asked again in the topic about fermented baked milk, but everything there as usual died out.

in short, I mixed well 1 spoon of sour cream with 1 spoon of homemade cottage cheese. introduced into my baked milk (2 liters), mixed thoroughly.

And then I did it like yogurt - I heated it up a bit on STEERING HEAT, then turned it off and left it in a closed cartoon. during the day I warmed up and turned off a couple of times.

now my "ryazhenka" is being prepared for 9 hours, but there is nothing to change.
what do you think? have I spoiled the food?

I already need to put milk in the morning, and the cartoon is busy. I don't even know what to do now. turn off and pour out or can still wait ...
ang-kay
Add sour cream. Little something at all.

I also doubted, but no one answered me, so I just hoped ...
Isn't it too late to add now?

I just thought, and if I now put the casserole with "fermented baked milk" in the refrigerator, and continue the bullying in the morning ... is it possible, or will I completely ruin everything?

Add sour cream 3 more spoons, or even 4, wrap with a towel and leave on the table until morning. You can cover it up with something else to keep it warm.
And the easiest way is to take 3 liters of milk, heat it up a little and add 0.5 liters of store ryazhenka. Wrap up and leave overnight just on the table.
Something too clever with cottage cheese and sour cream.

nothing worked for me. all night I had IT in the cartoon - like in a thermos.
now I'm thinking about another option. either I'll ruin it completely, or ...
under my house they sell yoghurt and Italian starter cultures. so they sell sourdough for fermented baked milk. I'll go buy some leaven from them, put it in and warm it up some more. let's see what happens.

Quote: ang-kay

When I did it in a yogurt maker, I added sour cream to the milk. but it seems like she added a lot. if my dosages were taken at 3 liters, then this is how much sour cream would be obtained. but in addition to the taste of home, I also want to save a little.

I will definitely remember about the store ryazhenka for the future. but now I will try to finish it off with sourdough, if it works out - it will be cool, you won't have to turn to industrial "dairy" products for help.

and here's another question arose.
Well, we all seem to know about the usefulness of yoghurts, but what is actually useful in fermented baked milk (if we ferment it with ordinary sour cream)? or is it made and drunk just for taste?
the fact that fermented milk is better absorbed, of course I know ...

If the sour cream is real, then it is also fermented with beneficial bacteria. The corresponding about they are in ryazhenka.

Maybe you overheated her? It will still turn sour, but in a simple, usual way. Or sour cream without living bacteria was.
oriana
Pancake! But what kind of milk did they sell? I take from the same person and every time the cottage cheese tastes different, both in appearance and in consistency
Today it’s a nightmare. Milk turned sour with the help of store sour cream, but it became some kind of nasty stretching kind, it starts heating up for cottage cheese. It costs an hour, the serum does not leave, another 40 minutes - it is gone. I strain the whey, in principle, the cottage cheese turned out, from 2 liters, somewhere around 550 grams turned out, but it is soooo tasty, not homogeneous with a sour taste, some kind of horror, I had to dispose of it on a curd biscuit, maybe at least there are mine it will be eaten.
NadinSA
SupercoW, Thanks for the kind words ))

but the question is. newbie to impossibility))))

here are cabbage rolls or stuffed peppers. On Perfezza 55, which setting is better for soup or stewing? (I ask why, in principle, there is also such a quiet boil on soup ..) What cooking time will be roughly? And what about the rice? Put it raw (it can just soak) and it will be cooked in the process, or is it the same as before, separately partially cook the rice, and then in the minced meat, and only then the whole dish is cooked together? What do you advise?

about! more! jellied meat, how much should you stew? and what is the best way to set the time right away, then pour it into the refrigerator, or stewing + heating (some more) and then into the refrigerator? And why))
damn, another question immediately after
soup with rice if you cook, put rice immediately when laying all the products? (there is no need to bring the rice to mind before that? Well, soak / cook there?))))

I made stuffed cabbage rolls on stewing. I like the cabbage to be very soft.

SupercoWAnd what about the rice?
I welded. Boil and boil for a couple of minutes.

I cooked on stew for 7 hours. Without heating. It will turn sour faster with heating.

Rice cooks so quickly. Wash and that's it. And then there will be "butterflies", not rice. It seems to me that it is even better to put it on when everything else boils for a few minutes. It will also "come" in hot soup later.
SupercoW
generally agree with Angela.
I just want to add - we cook in a multicooker almost the same way as on the stove. just simplifying a little.

about rice - how do you cook on the stove? that's the way it will be better.
As far as I know, rice is cooked in cabbage rolls and peppers a little, not because it will not have time to cook, but for something else. or it will swell and everything will come out, or something else, but certainly not because of "not have time to cook."
mode I would also choose EXTINGUISHING.but only because when she cooked on the stove she said "you need to stew the peppers", and not "you need to cook the peppers."

in general, 6-7 hours is enough for jellied meat (as practice shows). but in the same way, practice shows that everyone forgets about it and the jellied meat is still on heating for some time. it just happens, it is not on purpose.

I put everything in all soups together.
that is, my cooking process looks like this:
- washed the cereals right in the bucket
- poured water
- put the meat
- salted
- turned on the SUP mode for 1 hour
- I cut vegetables and, as I cut them, I throw them into the cartoon (potatoes, onions, carrots, maybe some kind of freezing)
ALL. left and returned on signal.
the exception is noodle soup and oatmeal.
NadinSA
oh, thanks for the answers)

Well, about the regime with cabbage rolls, I clarified because the boil on Soup / Porridge is by and large at 55 (thank God) tiddly, but by 1 hour add time or 2 + a little while stewing (or turn it off earlier). That is why I actually asked myself a question.

Well, I cook soup in general, leaving everything and only then turning it on. I'm happy with the result.

And by the way, about the noodle soup. I have nostalgia here. I wanted him. But due to the fact that it is not customary for us to cook such a soup on the stove, I want to clarify. On the stove, as far as I remember, it is nevertheless necessary to cook the vermicelli separately in mine, rinse it and then at the end only add to the soup ... (well, so that everything is beautiful and not muddy). And how to do it in mv, here it is more and more sparingly cooked / boiled. Are you throwing vermicelli in the process? And about how much before readiness (what do you think?)

Now, thank God, it’s not soviet vermicelli, which may and should have been cooked separately. I just throw the vermicelli into the soup at the end and turn it off right away. She comes in the soup herself without cooking. It always turns out whole and without any muddiness. Moreover, it is customary to take very thin vermicelli for soup, such as a spider web. In any case, in our region.

I also know that for noodles soup, it is better to take a thin vermicelli, but I usually do not bother and cook the one that is in the house.

besides, I always make noodles soup from chicken meat. either the wings, or I just take the backs. I like it better.

and then as usual, but without cereal ...
I threw in the meat, poured it with water, salt and turned on the cartoon. I cut vegetables and throw them into the cartoon.
5-10 minutes before the final, I throw in the vermicelli. I turn it off on signal.

By the way, I finished off my fermented baked milk that time.
I finished it off with the Italian biorezhenka sourdough. I poured in the leaven, stirred it, kept it for a little while on STEERING HEAT - 5-7 minutes, turned it off and after 6 hours (as it should have) received fermented baked milk.
it was already in the evening, so I tried it in the morning. tasty, but there were some lumps that were not Ryazhenkovskaya at all. apparently these are remnants of sour cream and cottage cheese.

more steamed with sour cream will never be! I don't see any sense in this at all - in order to ferment 3 liters of milk, you need to take a ton of sour cream. the sourdough is cheaper. and the primary product can be re-fermented two more times (it turns out even cheaper).
in addition, there is at least some possibility that there is something useful in the sourdough, this issue is very controversial with store sour cream.

I wrote to you right away. that they were too clever with cottage cheese and sour cream. And even cheaper is just 0.5 liters of live fermented baked milk for 3 liters of milk. In general, leaven, of course, is a no-lose option.

and I may also have a new thing soon ...

I want a cartoon with the YOGURT function. I tried to do it once in PR-57.
I liked it - a lot of product at once, just for my family.
I didn't like it very much - to run after 10 minutes to turn off the HEAT CONSERVATION. with my blackouts, such running around is not an option.

Of course, I immediately thought about the Aurora, so that the pots were interchangeable. but I remembered about Orion and Polaris ...

important: adequate price, YOGURT mode, bowl like perfezza.
what do you think?

NadinSA
and I like Orionchik more
and for the price they have almost no difference. Aurora from 450 UAH, Orion from 480 UAH.
I think we need to find out about the replaceability of pots (well, or are there any spare ones in the service centers for them .. for sale, in my opinion this is the decisive factor in them)
Pingvinus
I agree with NadinSA, Orion and Aurora practically do not differ from each other in terms of price and otherwise.
Orion has a clock and a convenient timer, while Aurora has a black case, which means it is not marking. It seems to me that Orion has a little more programs, but they are not very necessary.
Their saucepans are also the same (at least visually), but to be sure of this, you need to go to Foxmart or Foxtrot (I saw the Orions alive only there) and measure the Orion saucepan. And Aurora is a 100% copy of Perfezza 58, so the pot will probably work.
SupercoW
damn it, again these throwing.
at least I already know exactly WHAT I want, it certainly makes the choice easier, but not much.

relatives add. bowls are of little interest to me. I have already realized that hardly anyone will surpass the Hummian cup. that's why I'm going to buy it only.

there will be no problem with Aurora, as well as with 58 Perfezza.
But with Orion ... I can't find the exact info, the sellers have a displacement of 4 liters, if this is true, then this will not suit me.
Polaris disappeared from sale altogether, although there will be some confusion about the bowl.

Yes, I don’t need to ask. so far, I did not have any pretensions to perfezz. because I am somehow sure that there will be no problems with the 58th.
that's even amazingly somehow - the company does not understand what, off. There is no website, no service, no instructions, translations are jumbled, but we figured it out and it works fine for everyone.

but I personally measured the cup. all parameters match our bowls, height - 14 cm, inner diameter - 21.5 cm, outer - 23.5 cm.

I just got back from a shopping tour.
Saturn disappeared immediately - there is no YOGURT mode and no removable cover.
Orion seemed to like it.

Pauline, in my opinion the most logical thing in this situation is to go to Comfi and play there with the saucepans of the familiar-proven-familiar Perfezza (for complete reassurance))))
And without further ado slyly take 58yu

1) You are happy with the perfets
2) it has yogurt
3) outwardly cute (which means you can take your own company, especially while it is in the stores you called)
