Maybe look at Avita, I’m the same panasik there as myself, I bought it for 5tyr, but without blades and instructions, I bought a shovel for 600 rubles, I printed the instructions from the Internet. If I were buying myself now, I would buy Panasik without dispensers at all, earlier models, without rye mode, I still do it on manual control - you can find it on Avita for 6-8 yards.

Marpl, this bread-store, full of razvodilovo, already many of ours, and I, among other things, tried to buy a panasik on it, they first place an order, and then they try to sniff something else, if you don't agree - a refusal, for the reason "no and not in the near future "

I bought Orson for Panasonic and he suits me for baking, everything is baked normally. And there are complaints about baking for many ovens, read the forum and choose what you like best.

Tell me how critical is the lack of a dispenser?
JudzhinM, it's a matter of taste. I don't really need a dispenser, I bought it as a specialist with a dispenser only for additives, according to the instructions, yeast directly into the bucket. For Panasiks, these dispensers knock very loudly, if the kitchen is nearby and you left the bread overnight, then the knock of the dispenser will definitely wake up, besides, it knocks for some reason 2 times. Even if we are not sleeping, I often jump from the opening of the dispenser from surprise, a sharp and loud sound. In addition, for new Panasiks, this is the most frequently breaking part. I took out my dispenser, and insert it only if I bake something with additives (raisins, cheese, olives, etc.). If there is no dispenser in the HP, then all this is poured out on a sound signal, which can be inconvenient, if your pastries are delivered with a delay for the night, well, do not jump up and run to fall asleep to fill up additives. So here you decide.
JudzhinM
Thanks everyone. As I understood from the functionality, everything is about the same in terms of the quality of cooking, too, if you take ovens from the same price category. You can choose about the design principle and the brand.
And can anyone tell me why the Stadler Form Baker One SFBM.990 is so cheap?

help, I have Panasonic SD255 since 2009. Recently it has become worse to work. After much deliberation, what kind of replacement stove to buy, I found the same used one on Avito and bought it. For me, there is nothing better than Panasonic! I tried several different stoves (from friends), but mine is still the BEST!

I have already chosen Panasonic and am very satisfied. Studied the topic for three weeks and was not mistaken. I don't know what Philips and Gorene are.therefore I will not find fault with them. And to compare them with each other even more so. If you said why you had your eye on these devices, there would be a conversation.

The bread maker, like everything else, must be selected according to your own needs:
- what kind of bread do you and your family like?
- What quality bread do you want?
- oven on the machine or programming to your liking?
...

Vitaly has already asked:
- why do you choose between these two models?

Personally, I am also from Panasonic lovers. I did not have any other stoves and I do not need them. Like Elena and Vitaly - I am VERY happy !!!

Thanks for the advice. Panasonic - quality, but at twice the price. Why the choice fell on these models. In the store, both are available and both seem to be quite good in their price range. The difference in price between them is about 1000r. Philips has a bonus in the form of a yogurt function. Judging by the reviews, it is a good model, but if you bake very often, then after a year you will have to change the bowl. Gorenje makes it possible to bake large-sized bread. + 2 bowls per set, for 1 and 2 loaves. Not a bad model either. This will be the first bread maker, I think we will bake at least 2 times a week, and most likely more often. and I want at least 2 years not to face repairs

I want to bake the oven according to standard recipes, as well as plans to bake and diet bread

help, look for panasik on avita, there you can find panasiks in excellent condition sput in 5-7. I bought my mom for 5tyr, though without the shoulder blades, but I bought the shoulder blades for Ali, they cost me 700 rubles, so for panasonic2511 it turned out 5700r. I myself have Panasik - the third HP, before that there were Mysteries and Redmond. Mystery was very good, but a year later a bucket flew, and Redmond didn't bake normally right away
-Elena-
Mandraik Ludmila, Luda! I found it for 3000, just scratched a bucket. And, judging by the inner surface, it was used a little. And in St. Petersburg on Avito for 4000 there was My something in 2009. in working order, just stopped kneading the heavy dough. My husband said that one winding in the motor burned out.

My new bucket quickly became slightly scratched, the caraway does not soften, the flax seed leaves the same traces, and without additives it is not interesting to bake

help, read what you want ... No, only Panasonic. Recently I was looking for HP as a second one, and I really wanted it with a round bucket. She also looked at Gorenie. But she did not dare. And then my Panas fell and crashed, and my husband bought me, of course, a new Panas.
Phillips, a bread maker, I would not recommend, read it, even on the forum we have a topic on it. And google there is a review, they bake in different HPs, the photos are laid out unambiguously Panasonic wins.
My employee has Bork, which is very expensive to maintain. And recently, she broke down due to a voltage drop. The manufacturer saved on a penny part.
And don't get fooled by reviews directly on store sites. Better on the forums (and especially on ours), read reviews and temki.

And by the way, did not we recently sell Panasik in excellent condition ?!

I bake mainly two rye breads, without yeast and sourdough as such. In the oven. But the process is tedious in time. Can you have a bread maker that allows you to create your own baking program, steps for 5 with the ability to set the time and temperature at each step?
Bread 1: pumpernickel
- kneading ingredients
- proofing for 4 hours at a temperature of 23-28 С (to be able to adjust the time and temperature)
- moistening before baking (ideal steam function)
- 1 stage: 1 hour at 150 С
- Stage 2: 23 hours at a temperature of 100 C (requirement: precise temperature maintenance without fluctuations)

Sprouted Rye Bread 2:
- kneading ingredients (to be able to set the kneading time)
- pause 15 minutes
- kneading 3 minutes
- proofing for 10 hours at a temperature of 23-26 С (with a choice of time and temperature)
- baking for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 (the ability to select parameters)

these liberton stoves are not praised. Yes, they bake, they bake normally, but you can forget about durability
- bucket cover (new for the price of the stove itself)
- the plastic of the case literally after 2 years is deformed
- the inner coating of the case, where the bucket is inserted over time, begins to rust, respectively, we draw conclusions
I do not dissuade anyone, like it, take it

Alex100, thanks, informative. but, probably, a lot depends on the intensity of use: someone turns it on every day, while in our country, for example, it will bake once a week, or even less often. but in the next thread they discussed a programmable gorenje at the same price as liberton ($ 95) - so it is thrown away after a year.
mamusi, Panasonic 2500 - not with me, we gave it to mom for the anniversary. but for ourselves (we live in another city) the same model is a little expensive - and for the purity of future experiments we need something else. For some reason, liberton is sold only on the comfy network, the reviews there are only good. in other popular stores - no reviews, no availability.

Wit,
and how do you like it?
= 850 watts - so there is a chance of better baking.
= 2 kneading blades - is the kneading more efficient?
= bucket shape is more rectangular and less cubic than others
Wit
likbez, baking is provided by a thermal sensor sharpened at the temperature required for baking bread. Panasonic has more than enough power for this. And he has a chance - either there will be, or not. You can put three blades, the effect will be the same - a bun. Remember the old film, where the scientist objects: "Even if you bring together 9 pregnant women, they still won't give birth in a month. The idea should mature!" But the chance that the blade drive will be covered is doubled. This is not an airplane where the number of engines increases power and reliability. One blade will stop, and the second will rise, because the standing one will interfere. But the shape of the bucket is certainly cool! The argument is not killed. It covers both 850 watts and 2 blades.
I'll tell you a secret, I myself was looking for a bread maker that would have a bucket-ball. How can I imagine what kind of bun would have turned out? But even the Japanese didn’t know how to get bread out of such a bucket. It must be detachable. Have not found. Well, figs with him. I am happy with what I have, the shape of the bucket does not affect the taste.
Good luck with your choice!
likbez
Wit,
the blade drive is doubled.
I can neither object nor agree, as I have met on the forums just the opposite opinion that 2 blades extend the life cycle of the entire mechanism, since the load distribution is more even. Now, if only the engineer of the service center who repairs them could comment on this.
regarding watts and temperature - purely subjectively, the impression was that reviews that bread is not baked inside can be found much more often under models with low wattage in watts.
and another question - is the Borodinsky stove really possible on some budget models without this declared function?
Wit

Is the Borodinsky stove really possible on some budget models without this declared function?
I baked with a mix bought in a ribbon. He baked for a fussy little brother. Liked it! The box contains instructions for baking this bread exactly in a bread maker. I even posted a report with step-by-step photos and comments. I can't find it. It was a long time ago, about 5 years ago.
Now about the power. Purely speculative without precision, but adhering to logic. Two bread makers. One has a power of 600W, the other has your favorite at 850W. The first heating element is designed for a temperature of 250 degrees, the second - at 350 degrees. To bake bread, you need a temperature ... well, I forgot, it seems 180 degrees. Both heating elements that have been ignited at a temperature of 180 degrees will be blatantly cut down by a thermal sensor. And what? But the cost of the second because of this power will cost more! Something like this
Good luck with your choice!

As for HP with two mixers, I think that kneading a small amount of dough will be problematic.
My Redmond 1910 apparently belongs to the budget category (it cost 7 tons in the Internet store), but I bake any bread in it, including pure rye, whole grain, and with various useful additives that make the dough heavier. The weight of the loaves is from 250 g to 1200, the baking time can be adjusted within wide limits, everything is baked normally.

It's a delusion. The lifetime of the mechanism is influenced by the design of the HP gland and the materials used.
Panasonic has its own closed gland design, which is patented and a license for it is not sold to other manufacturers, like many other things used by the founder and first manufacturer of household bread makers

Having repeatedly weighed all the arguments and advice (including from employees in the office, as it turned out, they have a bakery in every home) - I decided to stay on the upper segment of the budget lineup, and someday "grow" to more progressive programmable models (maybe they will soon be "taught" to program from a smartphone). after a tiresome hesitation - between the German China - Liberton LBM-8211 (88 USD) and the French China - Moulinex OW240E30 (135 USD). on the first on the forum inf. not available, according to the second - there are very few reviews and it seems that people did not make friends with her, although in our office half of the Moulinex employees bought Moulinex OW240E30. now it remains to find a baguette holder under it.

A regular Mulinex baguette holder will not work, and there is no particular sense in this HP there is no upper shade, so baking baguettes in the HP will be problematic.

Good day!
I do not know whether I am writing the correct topic or not. If anything, I will transfer the review to another topic.
I already have a Panasonic with a Dispenser. But the thought haunted me that I had to find a bread maker that would be compact and would bake me tiny breads. After rereading several topics on the forum and even asking around in the Panasonic profile thread, I decided to buy a baby Ariet 125 (?), This is the twin sister of Supra 150.
I bought it and Mega is happy. I like the bread from this baby more than from Panasonic. The crumb is different there, denser or something. Although, of course, there is not enough timer to set in the morning. And there are a couple of nuances in these stoves: it is better to take a minimum of 250 grams of flour, heat the water, pour the yeast into the water.
So, whoever just gets accustomed to bread makers, I recommend these babies. Cheap and great result.
