Ingredients

Whole grain rye flour 480 g

Cooking method

  • I kneaded in a Bosch MUM 4405 dough machine

  • As soon as the dough is bubbling, then we lay the rest of the ingredients, except for the barley.
  • We will grind flour from it.
  • Use the flexi nozzle to knead the dough.

  • We stop the combine and put on the mill attachment.
  • We lay the barley grains and grind the barley into flour on a unit, directly into the bowl.

  • We remove the mill and then knead the dough.
  • The batch took 7-8 minutes.
  • We grease our hands with butter, take out the dough and shape it into a ball ..

  • Grease the bowl with oil and place the dough and let it come up.
  • Since the dough is very heavy, the bread will not be as high as if we had added wheat flour.
  • It came up to me for about two hours.

  • I baked bread in a Steba DD1 pressure cooker.
  • We turn on the Frying mode for 30 minutes and wait for the signal, as soon as Shteba sounded, then we put the bowl with the dough and bake. We put the lid sideways.
  • Then turn the bread over and another 10 minutes.
  • When the bread was baked, it was so aromatic in the kitchen, beyond words !!!
  • The bread reminded me of Soviet rye cakes, I adored them))
