NatalyaB, do not believe it, but I have not yet reached the minced minced meat, for which the food processor I chose)) I like how it chops the onion, there is no such thing that one is already in the trash, and the other is still in large pieces. We need to pull ourselves together and try to chop the meat there.
anna_k
I constantly make chopped cutlets in the food processor, very convenient
night_furia
What portions of the meat do you load?
anna_k
night_furia, two breasts and half an onion are finely chopped. If more, it is not evenly crushed
And more importantly - first chop the onion, and only then add the meat.
night_furia
anna_k, thanks for the advice on the onion, I would all go there at once, I have to decide somehow on a meat pie with chopped filling.
Asya K
Hello everybody!
Please advise which Kenwood model to buy)))
Really needed
anna_k
night_furia, I somehow threw everything out of laziness at once, as a result, the onions in the minced meat remained in large pieces, and the cutlets somehow did not work out very well ((((
And one more thing - it is ideal to use the pulse-mode with short inclusions, with it everything is well crushed, but does not turn into porridge

Asya K, Kenwood has a very wide range of models.
We need your wishes for the functionality, well, and the expected budget for the purchase
Asya K
Requirements: universal, knead the dough, beat the cream, and for slicing)))
Budget up to 50 thousand)
Has anyone ordered in Germany?
Can you suggest verified sites?
Thank you in advance )))

I think between Kenwood Sence the offer of 4 nozzles as a gift is very attractive,

Good day! Tell me. there is some way to grind young beet leaves and spinach fresh ?
Blanching and subsequent grinding does not suit me.
Maybe someone found some convenient way?
Twig
leostrog, with a knife the old fashioned way.
leostrog
I tried to grind in the processor. but the knife does not grab the leaves. you have to constantly stop the combine and stir. and long fibrous petioles are wound around a knife. I have already tried it with a meat grinder and a hand blender.
Miranda
leostrog, have you tried a mini-chopper?
leostrog
I will grind three kilograms of this spinach with a mini-grinder all night.) If I had a little, then of course you can do it manually. But I buy a huge "broom" at once, make fillings for pies and process spinach very moronic.
The spinach is like this - its leaves are large and the petioles are long
🔗
His petioles are also used for food. But they are long and fibrous and wound around a knife.
Miranda
leostrog, in principle, the processor cuts well if dry (not wet) and sufficient quantity.

I gorgeously chop the dill stalks with a mini chopper. I used to throw it out, but now it’s like that in the soup. And if the soup is puree, then you can just go straight into the blender with the rest. They look like spinach.
leostrog
So this is spinach. I need it crushed, but not completely mashed. For filling.
That's something like this

I have a sadness and a puzzle.
I changed the cache-sense to a new induction, I would like to leave the park of nozzles as much as possible.
So, there is a sensory ice cream maker and a plastic bowl that fits all 6.7L machines. Miranda found out that the ice cream bowl is the same for both 4.6 and 6.7.
The problem turned out to be in the mixer, with it the head of the new induction does not close by about 1 cm.

I sit and think - whether to sell a sense with an ice cream maker, and later buy a freezer for myself. Either listen to my husband and saw down the mixer for induction, in all respects it should work ...

Changed Keshu Sense for a new induction
Hello. How did you change cars? I have a cat KMM020, and now I want a new induction, so I'm thinking of how to exchange it.
Miranda
Olgaramhow to exchange
Sell one, add and buy another.

Or buy another, in the hope that the previous one will be sold quickly and as profitably as possible.

Kenwood does not have Trade-In (exchange / redemption of the old).

I tried to sell, but it doesn't work, I wrote to the official website, maybe there is an exchange program, no. And I really want induction!

Olgaram, try putting your KM on the Flea market - maybe someone wants to buy this particular model - it is also very decent in all respects.
Miranda
Olgaramunfortunately no, yes.

I support the advice to try to sell on our Flea market (just read the rules). Or maybe there is someone on Avito who wants to.

Good luck!

Rules - Rules of the "Flea market" section and the algorithm for putting things up for sale

The necessary section, where to put - Flea market: kitchen electrical appliances

I pass through a meat grinder, ordinary, auger.
If with whole leaves, then a few pieces with stems down or pre-cut and do not fill the neck too much.
NatalyaB
Seems to have found a decent way to finely chop leeks (it started with) and onions. Food processor, julienne cutting disc, insert an oval plug. Cut the leek in half lengthwise and insert it vertically into the cylindrical hole of the plug, about the second speed, hold it a little with the round plug. Similarly, we cut the onion so that it fits into this cylindrical hole.
If you need a lot of onions, then great and fast. If a small onion, then faster with a knife.

Thank you. I can't do that, it gets hammered.

NatalyaB, they have already written about the bow and the julienne attachment, but not in such detail and in detail. Thank you!

Girls, please advise the best way to grate carrots for Korean carrots. I don't have a food processor, I have a high-speed attachment and a fine grater for chocolate and cheese. Or just a Berner float?
Antonella
So girls, I upgraded my AT992 attachment for the Major. I found a craftsman who carved a pin for me to fit the Major. He sat down perfectly, like a native. I have already used the nozzle several times, until everything suits me.
Marinuly
Antonella, Well done!
With our ingenuity, we will not be lost anywhere!
Miranda
Antonella, great!
Now the master will have more orders, if, of course, you do not mind
Marinuly
Miranda, and you bought yourself a sieve?
Miranda
Marinuly, no
still waiting 930
Marinuly
Miranda, it's a pity, maybe it will appear ...
Antonella

Miranda
, my husband suggested a new pin. The master only had a problem with the carving, it is non-standard.
Miranda
Antonella, then they tried to twist the Major's pin to 992 and for some reason did not work. And if it is processed as a workpiece? True, the pin also costs money, but many attachments that are purchased separately (a soufflake, for example) are supplemented with a spare.
Antonella
Miranda, the master also offered me to re-sharpen the thread from the spare flexi. But I refused. I found material (a circle made of stainless steel), took measurements with a caliper-gauge and made a drawing.
Miranda
Antonella, aa ... that is, the major pin on the thread did not fit, thicker?
Antonella
Miranda, namely, the thread is smaller for the chiefs (if you look at the key from the kit to the KM, then the smaller size is for the Chief, and the larger for the Major). Moreover, the thread diameter is very different.
Miranda
Antonella, it is clear now
If we had services with an assortment of parts, then having 992 it would only be possible to buy an insert bowl and a paddle + pin, and have two options. And the sieves are the same.

Now is not the season, so I'm not really upset. Although when the cottage cheese needs to be grated, I get upset. But maybe after NG will appear on sale. I really hope so.

Thank you for sharing your experience and wit
Antonella
Miranda, I persuaded my husband to buy 992, after the store gave me information that they no longer sell 930. And the price in this store turned out to be the most acceptable. And I completely agree with you that the range and service we have is lame.
Darkusha
Miranda, I also did not buy 992, as you are, I'm waiting for 930 I wonder if we can wait
Miranda
DarkushaI hope!
Marinuly
Miranda, I found a 930 sieve, but what kind of store it is - I don't know ...

That's also interesting, but some kind of strange store, the phone is not even listed and it seems only on prepaid
and the fact that the M-video is not for sale 930?
Marinuly
Brillante, no, there is 992
Brillante
I placed an order for pd.man-mall (I really want to buy a sieve) I will wait until the managers contact, if they say to pay first, I will refuse.

It is very likely that this office is "muddy", I did not find any data on it on the network.
If someone lives nearby (drives by) can find out what.
Marinuly
Tatyana, good luck! Write how it goes.
Brillante
I didn't receive a confirmation email,
I did not find Lenin Street 27/19 in Moscow
Marinuly
Brillante, maybe it's not in Moscow, because the delivery is not by courier.
