elenas, yes, an adapter is needed

KM Kenwood. Directory. #eleven

See the Twist on your box?
This is a new connection.

And 096 has a Bar connection.

***
I am now scribbling a low-speed socket just in the directory, and looking for which article is in the heavy piece for which the cube cutter is. Everything else in the attachments for different nests is the same, except for this thing.

***
Alternatively, exchange with someone who needs this connection.
elenas
Thank you, it's probably easier to look for this adapter, as if again and with it not to get into a hole. How much you need to know! I really thought I was crazy that the nozzle was not inserted

You need - Kenwood KAT001ME (Article - AW20011006)

But wait, what if someone who uses a cube cutter with an adapter wants to exchange this part with you?

Where can I find a toothpick for a cube cutter and can I buy it separately? I took a showcase sample, did not immediately realize it, and then they could not find it for me. And without a toothpick it is sooo inconvenient to clean the nozzle.

Miranda, I understand that for my 010 you can take a KAH647 food processor, which will be for a high-speed socket?
And another question, as I understand it, now it doesn't really make sense to take Kesha with a medium engine, low and high-speed enough (355 is breathing on its own, I'm looking at the CU for a replacement, and the attachments are all for two 010 and 355)?

In June I bought such a model, an adapter for a low-speed socket was included. That is, the machine itself, 5 mixers and an adapter. All the low-speed nozzles for me turned out to be under the old connection, they work without difficulty through the adapter.

vis , it happens, it looks like a brush, you can immediately and quickly clean the grate. If, of course, the last to twist the meat, then even without this device you can easily do, and if the bread is soaked and wrung out, then you can get it only with a toothpick, tapping does not help. But I found a way out for myself, the last one to skip a raw potato. But there are fewer problems with a brush.

Fifanya

Yes, any processor will work for 010, since both sockets.

It makes sense when the car suits you.
For example, if induction, then the same 096 model is not at all an old man, but cheaper than the new induction.

That is, I would not look at the nests, but look at the model.
KVC 7320S is good.

There are such, yes.
But Kenwood doesn't have a meat grinder. Only if you pick up a non-native one, if the lattices match.

I won't tell you about the hooks yet.
In my accumulated notebook, only those parts that fit my car, and now I am assembling everything systematically. And I haven't reached the hooks yet.

But, I'll take a look and closer to evening, if I find it, I'll tell you.

it's easier to search for this adapter

The adapter will be easier to find.
But the old gearbox, unlike the new one, is sold in many places. Although it costs orders of magnitude more. If abroad under 50 euros, then it is probably more expensive here.

I disassembled the cube cutter, if the article is suddenly needed.

Cube cutter Kenwood MGX400 / KAX400 / KAX400PL

Barely found a new gearbox as it is called.
I'm still wondering about the mill whether it is enough to replace only one part there. But if like with a meat grinder, then at least two. But still in search of new names.

Still, the adapter is simpler and cheaper. Or exchange gearboxes with someone, if the situation is mirrored. It seems that there were people who use a cube cutter through an adapter on a new mount.

Miranda, thank you all very much for the advice, I bought an adapter, it was not so easy, nowhere. There are so many nuances you need to know when buying a car and attachments!
By the way, he cost 1350 and then bought the penultimate one, judging by the box he was lying for a long time and was waiting for me
Until I can not insert it into the car, it’s some kind of trouble
Miranda
elenas, and what does not work?
I put on nozzles on a low-speed one like this - I turn on the machine for a minute, move the lever, insert the nozzle, it retracts itself when it matches.
elenas
Miranda, everything worked out ! I read the instructions more closely, I did not immediately see the picture with the lever. I tried a cube cutter, made a vinaigrette, then steamed vegetables, very decently. I am very glad, but next time I will cut boiled vegetables, so faster, I tried the chopper, ground the greens. In general, I really like everything in the car, I'm happy with the purchase
Miranda
elenas, well, fine!

I cut boiled vegetables. I steam them the night before, at night they are in the refrigerator (usually until the evening), and then quickly once or twice on a cube cutter.

I alternate the potatoes with the rest of the vegetables, otherwise they can spread and clog. If the vinaigrette, then - potatoes-beets-potatoes-beets. Then everything is ok.

In fact, it depends on the type of potato and its boiling. If it is for mashed potatoes, and even boiled, then it is better to alternate.

Good luck!

Here in such a box is sold a knife assembly for a mini-chopper, and just in a bag O-rings (3 pcs. In the kit).

If someone needs it, the size of the box is 10x10 and the height is 7cm, the weight is 298g.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

I continue to show how spare parts are sold.
In a modest box, on which only the code is pasted. It is understandable, these are not separate attachments, for some beautiful boxes.

Spare bowl lid and induction hook.
The lid just lies in the bag, and the hook (also in the bag) is secured by the spatula being inserted into the recess.

Cap:
- box size 27.5x25.5 and height 6.5cm.
- weight 256g.

Hook:
- box size 12x12cm. and a height of 24cm.
- weight 737g.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

Unfortunately, there were no spare shredder knives and cups available in Kiev, and other things that were requested. And for myself, I was not going to buy anything, tk. a sieve-rub, which was everywhere in the spring and cost 2,5 thousand rubles + - also disappeared, and there were never any spare plastic bowls in Kiev. But while googling what they asked for, I accidentally saw the sale of the service center of the leftovers at a nice price.

The lid will always come in handy, I'm afraid to break it all the time. And how then, without a lid, proofing and so on. And I don’t know why, I just couldn’t get past the magic word “sale”. Probably, in case I get overgrown with another car, and there is another hook. If I don't overgrow for a long time, I may sell, but I'm not ready yet.

Recently I used a berry press, made sea buckthorn. I really liked it. The cake was completely dry, poured it with boiling water, then it turned out to be an excellent fruit drink.I added sugar to the juice and poured it into plastic bottles (stand in the refrigerator) in the morning add tea

Girls, for especially stupid ones, tell me. Nozzle for cleaning KAB 930 and 992 fit both a 6-liter bowl and a 4-liter one?
Marinuly
Konvetka, for a large bowl it is better to take the KAV 930, it is just on it.
The 992 also works, but it has a thinner pin.
Although I bought both (I have 096), but having tried it in work, I came to the conclusion that it is better to take the nozzle that is intended for a particular model

Why do you think so? The manufacturer claims the opposite, although ...

Pavel, did you hold this pin with blades in your hands?
Metal, if it perishes back and forth, will one day break.
I mean that I was grinding the plums with the bones, of course the blades then had to be turned off.
I ground the freshly baked apples, at some point begins to crawl over the mass and not push. We have to shake off the blades a bit, otherwise they ride on the skins from above and do not mix the mass.

Well, in theory, if this part of the nozzle can be bought at a service or somewhere else, you can buy it with a thick pin, if the sieve itself is plastic and is used on large Kenwoods.
I didn’t try to unscrew the pin, if I see a spare pin from the souffleika, I’ll try.
Miranda
Twig, you read your thoughts straight
Last night I finally googled articles on the situa. I thought to add it a little later, but since the question is, it is possible now.

Sieve wipers Kenwood AT930 / KAB930 and AT992 / KAB992
Marinuly
Twig, the plastic sieve is smaller, and the 930 sieve has a longer pin.
I tried to adjust the nozzle from 930 for a plastic sieve, there is not enough thread, the head of the machine snapped shut with difficulty, then barely lifted it.

And the blades themselves are the same size.
Miranda
I would like to add that sieve details are poorly searched for by article.
On Amazon / ebee they are not at all, just names.
But it also shows the details by the name.
Darkusha
On the Amazon, why only in detail the sieve is sold, just like spare parts.
Natusichka, can you buy on Amazon?

And you try not to "bend", but to bend slightly, and everything will be all right. Metal to metal strife. For example, barred brass can bend for a very long time. And if the manufacturer claims that this can be done, the metal is probably selected appropriately and its resource is quite sufficient.

Dear Kenwood owners, and which nozzle is better to make freshly squeezed pomegranate juice? Not in industrial quantities, but a glass? There is no hope for a juicer.
The auger juicer is ideal for this and for grape juice.
Quote: NatalyaB
Thank you. I hoped it was.
Checked more than once. It is slightly worse for berries, vegetables and fruits containing pulp and fiber (the net becomes clogged faster). But here wiping comes to the rescue (after the auger).
Quote: Olyonok
And I didn't like the grape juice on the auger. The variety was isabella. The juicer, together with the grape pulp, also presses the seeds, as a result of which the juice becomes tart and bitter. With a pomegranate, it seems to me it will be the same.
Bitterness is not for everybody.
However, the problem can be dealt with with. The auger, due to its geometry, can only press the bones at the very end. And if you ensure the quick and unhindered removal of the cake with seeds (by unscrewing the spin regulator to the maximum), there is a very high probability that the seeds will quickly slip through, possibly breaking, but not having time to grind into dust and penetrate into the juice. In addition, grape seeds are much harder than pomegranate seeds, and the latter, most likely, will simply crumple without pushing up.
Quote: Olyonok

Well, yes ... Only and little of the juice will remain .. everything will float away with bones.

There is no friend for taste or color, so you have to try
Olga VB
Anechka, Lena are right, everyone (people and mayonnaise) tastes differently.
But the main taste of mayonnaise depends not so much on the base as on the additives.
The base can be egg, milk, apple, peas, flour - whatever. They do not give a real taste to mayonnaise.
The real taste, or rather the smack and smell, is given by the oil used, and then salt-sugar-mustard-acid and various additives.
That is, by choosing any recipe and having prepared some almost tasteless suspension according to it, you can then give it any taste.
Good luck!
annyshka78
I need an approximate taste to our domestic mayonnaise .. the Germans are disgustingly sour, but I still can't get out to the Russian store .. my husband asks for Olivier and a fur coat))) and I want to do it in a mini grinder
Konvetka
And I was upset today. I bought a meat grinder attachment for my car. Inconvenient. The minced meat falls from a great height, I had to build a stand for the bowl, and most importantly, there is a lot of stuck meat left in the meat grinder inside.Did I get this one or are they all like that? Before that, I just had a Panasonic meat grinder, so there was nothing left in it at all ...
Silyavka
Ludmila, in my meat grinder (included in the kit) also a lot remains, and even when I skip the minced meat for the second time, it accumulates behind the funnel, closer to the machine itself, and the juice enters the nest of the machine. I don't like the meat grinder. And the spatula fell apart (it was also included).
Olga VB
Quote: annyshka78

If only acid bothers you, then make according to any recipe, and then slowly add vinegar or lemon juice until you get the right taste.
The acid can be mixed in a ready-made one with a spoon.

For example, Anya's recipe Qween the links above are quite classic, moreover, it can be used in it with the same other components and much more than 250 g of oil.
And then add salt, sugar, acid, mustard according to your taste. All this dissolves very well in the finished suspension, only sugar is better in the form of powder.

Personally, I prefer to make mayonnaise not in a multi-chopper, but with an immersion blender - it is more convenient to add something this way.
Good luck!
Darkusha
My meat grinder works fine, practically without residues, I tighten the screw with a key as much as possible in order to press the knife to the grate as much as possible and at the end of the scroll I start dry bread so that everything works out, although at first I twisted it without bread, there were very few residues. Maybe you screw it badly and there is a gap between the knife and the grate?
NatalyaB
Konvetka, I am delighted with mine: nothing remains stuck, but I use an old trick: the last one is to skip a small piece of bread, well, or onion, if the bread is too much. It twists great, does not wrinkle, the knife is sharp, I substitute a bowl of km, in which I then knead the minced meat, nothing flies past. And easy to clean. Model km - KVC7300S, that is, powerful, but not the largest.

I love my Kesha dearly, this is a completely different procedure for both cooking and the finished product, and the process itself pleases.
Now what I came with: I finally decided to use the mini-chopper, which I bought for the occasion on our forum. Yes, there was no reason to experience it. At the same time, I did not find anything better than trying to chop chocolate ... now, after rereading a third of the topic, I realized that no one does this, and that the attachment is not intended for these purposes, and my desire is not enough
Please share your experience in chopping chocolate into pieces, not on a grater.
And another question: is there any experience in using induction Kenwood as sous-vide?
