So I can't get crumbs, and if a bun, then when rolling out, you can see unmixed dough

Konvetka, I always use my hands a little bit, and lie down ...
But I prefer to just do it with a hook, and very steep - k-shaped.

The principle is the same: do we pour water into the flour while stirring?
Miranda
Konvetka, no, I put everything at once and knead for much longer than 21 seconds. Well, like any other dough. Try it. Good luck

500 grams of flour and 1 glass of liquid
Take not 500g, but a little less (in the recipe 500-450g.) I take 3 full glasses of flour. I often make dough according to this recipe and it turns out in different ways: either - a bun, then - a crumb, because flour can be of different moisture content. But when the dough lies in the refrigerator, and then you roll it several times on a dough roller on a unit, folding it three times each time, it becomes homogeneous and elastic. (Yes, and I always immediately add flour, make a hole and pour out all the liquid)
annyshka78
Girls, can you write a scheme for the dough sheeter .. at what values of the dough sheeter should different types of dough roll out ... for pasta / dumplings / dumplings, etc. .. which one to start with and what number to reach? I'm still collecting all the information.

Miranda, many thanks for the info! You helped me win ice cream (why didn't you offer more?)
Yes, more about the whisk. I made charlotte cream and whipped butter at room temperature with a whisk, so well and fluffy, half a bowl of the whole mass, maybe a little less, but much more than from flexi. True, there was a lot of oil - 450 g, the custard was introduced from flexi, the impression was that it was not enough for this case. The cream turned out to be enough for Kiev and also for biscuit (I had to bake additionally for the remains of the cream).
Miranda
Peter Pushoh, you gotta taste the butter
Have you ever tried fluffy before? It's probably thin for oil.

What kind of cream Charlotte? Is there a recipe on the forum? (I may know him, but not by this name)
Peter Push
Quote: Miranda

Miranda, I tried it as soon as I bought the km. Fluffy only in comparison with the reinforced one seems frail, but either there was not enough oil (200g), nothing came of it, the oil was all inside the whisk and rolled there, even at 4 speeds, I had to beat it manually, there was no flexi yet.
Miranda
Peter Push, yes, oil is a very revealing thing.
But its quantity also affects. A small amount from Flexy sits in the center of the nozzle (there is also a hole) and rolls. Here the old flexi comes to the rescue. And a large number - anything.

Now I thought that K-shaped had never tasted butter.
LudMila
You can still "catch" the old flexi, I bought a new one on ebay 3 days ago, but without packaging, the seller himself did not really know what he was selling, I corresponded with him for half a day to figure it out.)) MirandaBy the way, thanks for the pictures of this large and small bowl attachment next to it! It helped a lot.
Miranda
LudMila, wow, congratulations!
If it's not a secret, how much did it take?

Miranda, K-shaped will smoothly and beautifully smear the oil on the bowl, at least it was so with me.

Miranda, I completely agree with you.The oil should be 82.5% and not less than 100g, softened, but not flowing. These are my conclusions, and I stick to them.

Lyudmila, can I have a link? I also want this flexi.
LudMila
Tyngysohka, Galina, it's useless to give a link, the seller had this flexi in a single copy, it's gone, it's coming to me.
On eBay, as on our avito, private traders also sell. There is only one advice - to visit more often and monitor.
It turned out quite expensive, shipping is more than the nozzle itself (delivery 2200 + 1800 nozzle).

And the hook from the previous induction should appear soon in Moscow, I "signed up", I'm waiting for the call.
Tyngysohka
Thanks for the answer Boom look further
Miranda
LudMila, thanks, I see.

You can also monitor Amazon. A year and a half ago, flexi appeared there every 3-4 months, and then I bought it and stopped looking.

This is for a large bowl, there is no link to a small one

I am concerned that the 930 sieve is not widely available.
It is not clear whether to monitor and take at almost any price, or to wait. Either it will appear, or a new version is being prepared.

Eh, did not take in the spring

Antonella
Miranda, but I did not wait for the 930 sieve and bought 992. I monitored the 930, if they are where they are, they are sky-high, or by pre-order, but also not cheap. So far I just tried to install it, it seems to have risen normally, but there is a slight backlash (although I thought it would be more backlash). I'll see how it will show itself in the future.
suigeneris
If it's not difficult, please answer a couple of questions about the nozzles:

- Is there an ice cream maker for 9060? Was AT957 for the old model, is it suitable for the new one or is there some other?
- Is the AT320 shredder suitable for the 9060 or a different shredder for the new model?

Thanks in advance for your answers.
Miranda
suigeneris, the shredder is suitable for all machines except the Kmix series and the initial Prospero and Multivan.

The 957 ice cream maker is suitable for all machines with a 6.7L bowl.

I don’t want 992 because I’ll still want 930 and in the end I’ll get two prices. Perhaps 992 will fall for a symbolic price.

You can buy abroad for 90 + - Euro, but is it worth it?
Marinuly
Miranda, maybe they will release a new, more sophisticated ...
I still can't catch the old-style flexi

Colleagues, please tell us about the cube cutter.
I remember that Squirrel's pin in the lid broke off, but there were no more such cases.

I've just been used and once again worried - the pin in the lid is wobbling. Basically, he staggers so that he has a backlash when moving. When you dress / collect everything, he no longer staggers. But maybe not for this.

Is it loose with you too?
Darkusha
Miranda, if suddenly you come across a sieve 930, please tell me. I want it too

And still here 🔗
Olinka
Good day.
You can have questions about the attachments: I plan to buy KENWOOD Sense KVC5100T.
You must choose 4 attachments. Stopped at:
1. Attachment-blender Kenwood KAH 358GL
2. Attachment-meat grinder Kenwood AT 950A or Attachment-meat grinder Kenwood KAX 950ME
3. Kenwood MGX 400 dicing attachment
4. Attachment-food processor Kenwood KAH 647PL or Attachment-vegetable cutter Kenwood AT 340 (did not understand the difference).
Can you clarify on point 2, which one to take? According to point 3, do I need to buy something like an adapter, if so, which one? Or will it rise like that? On point 4, how do they differ? What's better?
Thank you.
Miranda

2. Attachment-meat grinder Kenwood AT 950A or Attachment-meat grinder Kenwood KAX 950ME

For the Sense series, attachments starting with AT are not suitable for the low-speed socket (at the end of the head). Or you need them through an adapter.

Therefore, if a meat grinder, then KAX 950ME.

Quote: OlinkaЯ
3. Kenwood MGX 400 dicing attachment

The same as this is a low speed socket attachment.
Need a cube cutter KAX400.

The MGX 400 will only fit through an adapter.
KM Kenwood. Directory. #eleven

4. Attachment-food processor Kenwood KAH 647PL or Attachment-vegetable cutter Kenwood AT 340 (did not understand the difference).

What is better for everyone to determine according to their tasks. Who needs a lot of blanks - 340, who needs another knife and is ready to empty the bowl as it fills - 647.YouTube is full of videos of both attachments in operation, see their difference clearly, then it will be easy to determine.

Personally, I like 647 more as it is more functional.
night_furia
Miranda, looked at her cube cutter, the pin staggers back and forth a little.
Olinka, 1 adapter was already included with the KVC5000T, there was not a word about it on the seller's website, but it turned out to be in the box with the CM, I believe that the model you have chosen should also have it. This information can be checked with the seller, but it is better to come to the store where they are sold and, together with consultants, climb into the box and see with your own eyes. If the adapter is still included in the kit, then it will not be a problem if 1 or even 2 attachments work through this adapter. So if you really need a cube cutter, but Kakhovskaya is not available, then you can take MGX. Of course, it is better not to produce a large fleet of nozzles through an adapter. It is much easier and more pleasant to insert the nozzle immediately directly than to unscrew and screw this adapter all the time or buy adapters for each nozzle.

Thank you. I think this is a special backlash.
But for some reason I cannot forget about Belkin's lid and I am careful all the time.

I also think that it was so conceived, well, I could not rape her in a month so that something that should not begin to stagger.
I also want to share my impressions of the meat grinder, I know that the opinion about this nozzle is ambiguous, someone praises it, someone did not make friends with it at all. Therefore, I did not want to take such a nozzle, but the bonuses burned out, there was no blender available, and I could not think of what to take besides a meat grinder. I decided that if I don’t take it for 4200 now, then I will definitely not take it for 6200. Immediately made minced pork liver on a large wire rack with the addition of lard. She did not chew lard very willingly, she had to cut it into very small pieces. Then I made minced meat from a fat pork shoulder on a medium wire rack. She took large pieces, with lard straight. The grinder did a good job. Then I made sausages at 3 speeds, otherwise I did not have time to take the sausage. In general, I am very pleased with her.

Money, You mean the hook KW711659? The price in Germany is 47 - 52 euros.
Miranda
MoneyNo matter how many different things I google, in most cases the best price is in Ukraine. Not all, of course, but a lot.

If there is a contact there, it is better to order there. Not always available, but delivered on order in 3-5 weeks.

True, not everything is available there, in contrast to the same Germany.

Probably, I'll take a chance, transfer money tomorrow. But, in my entire history of online shopping, for the first time they ask ME to call to place an order.

Miranda, Thank you Tomorrow I will make a fresh decision on where to buy
Olinka
Good day.
Thanks for helping a newbie figure it out.
In connection with the information received, more questions arose:
1. Did I understand correctly that Kenwood KAH 358GL Blender Attachment for KENWOOD Sense KVC5100T will fit even without an adapter?
2. Kenwood KAH 647PL food processor attachment comes with a knife and can it chop chicken, turkey meat for minced cutlets?
3. Will the KENWOOD TEST UNIT KAX970 also fit this machine? I read that it is used for rolling dough, dumplings. Can I do any test? For dumplings, too?
I correctly understood that with the KAN, KAH prefix, attachments without any adapters are suitable for this machine?
I would be grateful for your answers.

night_furia
Olinka, not at all. Many here themselves suffered from the torment of choice, sometimes even similar.
1. A blender will do.
2. The KAH647PL food processor has a knife. I also chose between it and the high-speed AT340, but the presence of a knife outweighed in favor of the food processor just for reasons of minced meat. Now I also chop the onion and garlic with this knife, if the carrots are not on a cube cutter, but on one of the graters.
3. KAX970 will fit without adapter. Suitable for rolling out non-sticky dough. This includes dumplings, lasagne, dumplings, pasties, Italian pasta, poses, and even sausages in dough.
Got it right, all KAHs will fit directly into the low-speed socket. No adapters are needed for other sockets.
Peter Push
Olinka, the adapter is needed only for the low-speed socket (located in front of the head), all nozzles with KAX at the beginning of the designation go to this socket without an adapter.

And chops meat well into minced meat? I didn't like it at all: uneven. Until one is finished, a mousse-like mass is obtained. There is something to compare with: I have been making minced meat in a processor of another brand for 13 years. And Kenwood disappointed. But only in the sense of minced meat, shredding graters are wonderful, chopped dough is made at a time, mousses-pates are also normal. Well, and minced meat - minced meat makes a meat grinder attachment.
