Then, apparently, she planted everything with sugar, but after that you can beat everything again, IMHO
There was a crash test for Kenwood. For he whipped this garbage for at least an hour. And nothing has changed. Maybe this is sugar? Or was it too much ...

No, well, I felt sorry for the test! Therefore, I still with great difficulty spread this ... um, pasta on the rolled cakes and finished the cookies. The first ones have already been partially taken away, the second ones are in the oven. You can eat, of course. The protein even tried to grow and puff up between the layers of the curd dough. And he did it a little.
Now in thought - how can I get out next time?

Maybe this is sugar?
Likely.
Then in the store we somehow came across sugar, which was not melted into the caramel mass at all. So it remained white loose crystals. After that we became very attentive to sugar. Better to take strongly yellowish. Bright white has a lot of problems in cooking.

Wow. And I just decided that next time I would introduce sugar in the form of boiled syrup.
Even in the photo it can be seen that saccharins are traced in the mass. ((And how all torn and untidy.
By the way, Kenwood also used flexi to knead the dough and I still can't decide whether I liked it or not. Somehow it is slightly drawn out, or something .. But it should be fragile, curd.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

That was what was impeccable - it was the transformation of soft homemade cottage cheese flexes into "Soviet cheese curds with vanilla for 14 kopecks."
Olga VB
Lenk, even so very cute!
But the fact that in an hour your sugar did not even dissolve, it is not at all clear what kind of sugar it was
Then look carefully, it won't dissolve in the stomach either

Where exactly to look - give a hint or do you know?

Bijou
Olga VB, Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
In a cup of coffee, by the way, it dissolves perfectly.

Come on, we'll eat where ours didn't disappear. The people do not really penetrate, they only burst behind their ears.)) I was more upset that I wasted time - I was planning pasties, and only had time to eat pasta in the Navy.

Hello!
Can you please tell me what is the difference between the Kenwood AT950B meat grinder attachment and the Kenwood AT950A? And does it make sense to buy exhibition samples of nozzles at a discount in the store or order in Germany?
Thank you.
Paul I

Kenwood AT950B from Kenwood AT950A?
Something about the AT950B is clear. It is not in the catalog. Possibly included.

There is also a very large one.
cv-1963
Paul I,
I saw AT950B on the German website, it is more expensive than AT950A.

Well, that is, on the same site there is also an AT950A? Is it possible to compare?
Give a link to the site.
if it is not an error, there may be a difference in equipment.
Well, the difference in prices on different sites ...

Anya, for Kesha a drop of yolk is about nothing. It also beats whole eggs perfectly until very firm

May be. I am not very experienced in this area. It's just that I got the same picture then too - the proteins settled after adding sugar. I found an explanation about the yolk in the internet and calmed down on this, although there was a worm of doubt - I beat the eggs entirely. But that was once. That can, too, with sugar what was garbage.
IrenSpb
cv-1963, I dare to assume, by analogy with the AT 644 attachment, that the prefix "B" means that it is made of stainless steel, not aluminum.

I remember that they changed something in the meat grinders. In my opinion, the boot slot was increased, and something else, but I can't remember. Perhaps the knife has a different shape. Therefore, different markings.

Girls, we have a joint venture at KU - take a look there. Perhaps it will be more profitable.
About meat grinders.
I came across only 950 and 955 - they are of different diameters, I do not know the difference by letter.

Olga VB, thanks, but it doesn't suit me ((My order is already quite large, but as I understood there is a weight limit of 20kg.

In the course of the same thing.
The truth about AT950A is written that it is made of stainless steel, but I do not believe the descriptions.
Alternatively, different markings are possible for different markets.
By the way, there is an opportunity to ask a question on the site. So ask!

and what is the volume of the mixture?
about 80-100 ml.

I tried to make mayonnaise in a blender. Miranda is all to blame! after her post And what are you doing there?
In general, I'm smart girl and read the instructions BEFORE using it. And there it is written that the oil should be added in a trickle. And so she did. Here is the result
🔗
🔗
For 300 ml of oil. The time can be 30 seconds longer than a hand blender. It is very convenient to reach when removing the knives. It can be seen that the blender is splattered, but not much.
Bijou
Vinochek, good mayonnaise, by the way !! Great!
I need to screw myself up ...

And today for the first time in my life I made pasties. I made some flour, then I gathered to mold all the dough into a pile. And I remembered about the combine. I took out three attachments - hook, K-shku and flexi. I thought for a minute what to prefer. The hook will knead, but I don't seem to need gluten. K-shka, on the contrary, will tear, it will be difficult to trace the consistency (well, this is what I was thinking, no experience).

I chose flexi and was right. In just a few turns, she mixed all the flour into the brew, and I got a lump of excellent, soft and unbroken dough.
Arlei
Bijou, at the beginning of my confectionery activity, I decided to be smart and beat 1 egg in the cache and added 2 more proteins. Nothing was whipped ((((. I am inclined to the idea of yolk in egg white ...
Kara
Leila, you certainly wouldn't have succeeded in standing squirrels. But Kesha whips the eggs for 5 plus, in a white stable foam
Bijou

I tend to think of the yolk in the protein ...
Damn .. People, do you read me sometimes?
Well, I wrote that in pure form the whites were whipped to foam fine! What does the yolk have to do with it?

Quote: Kara
But Kesha whips the eggs for 5 plus, in a white stable foam
And not only Kesha - all my life I have been making a "lazy biscuit" when the whole eggs are whipped. Anything - even a whisk of a blender, even a mixer, even a combine ..
Arlei
Lena, I'm sorry, I only read the last comments from the phone, I didn't read your post. I always beat the whole eggs with a bang, but here it just turned out 3 whites and one yolk, it did not work! I tried it more than once, I did it well at least, it's not critical. At first, I sinned on sugar and eggs, and then began to lean towards the latter option! Forgive me if something goes wrong, I wanted the best!
Bijou
Arlei, oh well.)) You are also sorry. The yolk would simply be to blame - it would be whipped with a defect from the very beginning. Nevertheless, several people almost in a row wrote about the yolk, although the whites were perfectly whipped.
Well, I could not resist, finally.

happy owners of KENWOOD FIGURE PASTE AT910, please share your impressions, pros and cons of this attachment. I want to buy this attachment and additional matrices for spirals, horns, shells. for me, Phillips is not that expensive, but just in my family they do not like long noodles, spaghetti sometimes, and for a sheet of lasagne there are dough rollers for kenwood and an atlas with a motor. Now I bought a Delfa, I will try it in my work. I found only two reviews here with us, maybe after a while tell me something new.
Belka13
Oh, if not for Barilla with her discounts, I would have gotten her at least twice a month. And so - lies in a box in the pantry and waits in the wings

Phillips is not that expensive for me

So I looked at the excitement, but not mine.
Unless it kneads the dough, and if it is long, then it is flat, and this is a rolling noodle cutter. And if not long, then the spirals are the most favorite, shells, horns.

But in Globus there are many species of hard varieties. I want my own, but I always look to see if the gadget has a spiral matrix.

I want Kenwood, but in the forefront there is a Wishlist.
Oktyabrinka
girls, it's good when shops are available, but I live in a village, we have two shops and there is no choice. I get out to the city only if I really need to, although I write a list of what is necessary, but it is not always possible to buy everything, so I am very interested in this attachment.
Belka13
Tatyana, Oktyabrinka, then the nozzle should like it. I'm just lazy, because there is something to cook. But the soul asks for homemade macaroons. For the holidays I want to make different ones.
Masinen
Girls, Filya makes penne and horns, and you can also buy attachments for curly fins, he makes not only flat noodles and spaghetti.

well, that's me, by the way))

But I left everything and I will not sell the attachments.

kseniya D, Aha, with such adventures, I cannot describe!

There are various nozzles thicker / thinner than spaghetti or flat. Round ones can be cut off earlier, you get vermicelli. And from the curly ones only for the penne there is, which can be squeezed out of different lengths and cut in different ways to get a twist or feathers.

In additional, those are sold that are not included in the younger model, but are included in the older one with weights. Plus absolutely additional ones with a wave for cookies. Even a photo to them with cookies (under the spoiler)

But there are no such ones as Kenwood, or the expensive Marcato electric with a batch, and others for restaurants / shops, which are also expensive.
I mean these, I like this. In some pasta machines, spirals come across, but no one has a variety of curly things yet.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

These are the shells, not the curved short penne.

Different shapes, thanks to bends, voids inside, etc., work differently with sauces. Well, the sauces are different to them, of course. Not so much taste as in density.
Phillips is cool, but in terms of matrices, it's not my thing yet.
Here the diversity is stamped - I'll think
Miranda
I put a video from the Russian branch in the main topic about the car, and I'll put it down here about the nozzle. In less than a heap of years, they shot their own with real use. And then all are foreign, but without translation they put it up. That would have learned to shoot recipes. Although they began to translate, and even then bread.

I would have liked a little more about the blender, but a whole lime with a peel is also cool.

The remaining 11 videos are under the spoiler.

Nothing new, except for beginners, but without any special embellishment they removed, for example, in a sieve you can see how much cottage cheese the girl did not rub. Or that the multi-shredder probably holds it in his hands for the third time Eh, I want a second knife so that the tastes don't get in the way.

Multi-chopper, sieve-pulverizer, mill, dicing, high-speed grater, sheeting-noodle cutter, for curly pasta, two juicers, press for berries, meat grinder.

Yulia, and your online store Pudov does not deliver day-to-day? They had a wide choice.
Miranda
julia_bb, in Ashan, and if in the north-west of Moscow, then in Globus. Or Pudov.
julia_bb
Olga, there is a minimum order amount, probably. I just need to get out to the store or Auchan or pick them up

Well, yes, I ordered for 1000 rubles. But I took flour for pasta, and for pizza, for dumplings. Although in Moscow it may be different.

The other day I received a KAN647 attachment, that is, a food processor, somehow I did not expect anything worthwhile from it, I have it in the Philips combine, I used it for 10 years. And how he pleasantly surprised me: the bowl, however, is smaller than the Philips one, made of thick transparent material, the lid is easily attached, everything is so smooth from the inside, 6 discs inspire respect. I have already tried it - potato pancakes and "julienne" onions and carrots for pilaf. In the filipov disc for potato pancakes, the holes are larger, but here they are smaller, the output is very tender mashed potatoes and potato pancakes are tastier. Easy to clean and rinse.

Dear forum users !!! I congratulate all of you on the upcoming holidays !!!! Health, happiness, success in everything!

Peter Push, congratulations on your new attachment!
And today I made macaroons on my AT910 attachment. I used two matrices: Macheroni rigate - Macheroni rigate (included) and Casarecce Casarecce. I kneaded the paste with a nozzle for 2 minutes, the crumb should have turned out, but it did not work out. I rolled balls with walnuts, rolled them in flour and then threw them into a nozzle. Pasta 200 durum flour, 100 g of premium flour, 2 eggs + water = 140 ml of liquid, 1/2 tsp. salt.
