Hello!
Today I made a cake "Karpatka", where you have to grind butter.
I took a rubberized nozzle and, when working, it began to squeak very loudly (or creak, I can’t find the word) when rotating. Only this attachment has it.
Tell me, what could it be?
NataST
cv-1963, flexi creaks at all
LisaNeAlisa
Svetlana, I first creak, and then the oil is smeared and stops creaking.
cv-1963
NataST, LisaNeAlisa,
Thank you, on the one hand, they made me happy, and on the other - a terrible sound!
Smeared oil did not help. I changed it to a whisk.
LisaNeAlisa
Svetlana, I like to whisk butter with a whisk) it turns out more magnificently.
proshka
And I like flexi to churn butter. Such softness turns out to be airy.
Ketsal
Vinochek, dice vegetables for freezing, in Olivier and vinaigrette everything except potatoes and eggs. In the summer I can cut her salad except for tomatoes. Here is a raw pumpkin for soup and freeze. I just cooked a bucket! I'm comfortable. The cube is for me the most. In the cafe, nowadays, the tribute to fashion is generally cut with sashes!
cv-1963
Anita, I also like to knock down with a whisk. The custard cream came out. But it was not possible to compare with flexi.
In general, I am delighted with Kesha!
Bast1nda
Girls, but the potatoes in the soup are just a cube nozzle, yes.
I have shredding discs, there are no fries for fries, there are only smaller ones, but they are too small for me. How do you cut potatoes, like for soup or stew with meat?
And how do you like the citrus attachment? Works fine. The man insists on her, he squeezes the juice, and a small separate with us will probably soon. It is worth taking, otherwise the reviews on the stores' sites are contradictory.
Olga VB
I potatoes by hand or a 12x12 alligator.
The citrus juicer, IMHO, is inadequately expensive and no better than the others.
It is possible to buy several separate ones for this price.
Incidentally, I have a separate one too. Sell or something

I grease the edge with which it touches the bowl with oil.
I just spend a pack of oil and that's it. Doesn't squeak then.

Squeaks from rubbing rubber against metal.
If you lubricate, it won't. And if it's hot, that is, the rubber heats up, it won't either.

Made a lot of cupcakes on Saturday as a gift.
For yourself when, then 100-120g. I didn’t like the way all the nozzles were whipped. Or rather, it’s not that I don’t like it. Whipped, but not as I want. Flexy still here and there, and the rest are scattered along the walls.

And then she whipped more than 300g. flexi oils.
How I liked the result !!! Just awesome, I have never achieved such a result with a hand mixer.

It turned white, became lush, that is, it grew in size, cream. Well, oh, just.

I took the old flexi today, I will test it the other day.
If there is a request to try to whip something - write.

Outwardly, I liked everything about the old flexi.
I'll show you everything, I'll tell you later.

I like the cube.
In the summer there was no time for salads. But I liked everything very much for stews, fruits, for preparations.

Olivier hadn't done it yet, she was making a vinaigrette. Cooled steamed (overnight in the refrigerator). Large, larger than the usual Keshik. But a day later she stopped noticing. I think it will do for Olivier.

cv-1963
Miranda, Thank you!
I will look forward to your testing.

And I'm all staring at the flour mill. Can you grind chickpeas on it too? There is a nozzle for the bamix and an old coffee grinder, but it's all half a glass.

I also want to buy a wiper, I have a 096 induction model. What kind of wipe is needed?

I cooked 2 honey cake the day before yesterday, I already told in the topic of Shteba, because.baked one of them in Shteba. I'll tell you here too, because the dough and cream were prepared by Keshul.
I found 2 recipes for a honey cake in a slow cooker on the Internet. One of them is with the addition of poppy. I needed 2 cakes, so I decided to try to bake both.
The dough was made by Kesha. First, I beat eggs with sugar with a whisk attachment, added margarine (butter), honey and soda - all with a whisk. After adding flour, flexi mixed (so that the airiness does not go away).

And I made custard cream like this: I beat flexi with eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar, then, without stopping whipping, but reducing the speed (so as not to splash in different directions), began pouring warm milk in a trickle. When everything was well mixed, I covered everything with a lid and turned on the heating to 110 degrees. I really like to make flexi custard, because the nozzle prevents the cream from burning. She carefully scrapes it off the sides and bottom. It turned out to be a very tasty cream! I also added a piece of butter to it almost at the end of cooking. I didn't need to add it, but I needed to use it up, because the fast starts on Monday and I don't want to leave food.
After baking the cakes, I let them cool and then cut each into 3 parts. On my mother's advice, I made prefab cakes. In one cake it turned out 2 poppy seeds and one simple cake, and in the second - 2 simple and one poppy. During the night, the cream soaked the cakes very well. It turned out very, very tasty! Well, and of course, I sprinkled every cake with chopped walnuts from the bottom of my heart, because I just love all the nuts!
And the cake that I made to take away (where there are 2 poppy cakes), in addition to nuts, I also added dried prunes chopped into strips.

I will show you the cake that I made for my family, in which there is 1 poppy cake. More precisely, not a cake, but what is left of it!

I like this nozzle, I really did come with it in a set with the combine, I did not buy it separately, and at first it was idle from me because it was free-standing. So, freestanding citrus juicers, especially cheap ones, are not designed for squeezing juice from a large amount of citrus fruits, but also for a couple of oranges. My motor burned out on 4 oranges and I threw it out. Then I pulled out the attachment from Keshina's closet and squeezed out the juice from 2 kg of orange without any problems! So I really like Keshina's citrus attachment, although I rarely use it lately. So decide for yourself whether you need it or not. But if you often make juice from citrus fruits and a large amount, then I recommend the Keshina nozzle.

We have a separate one - kilowatt Redmond and for Kenwood. I compared them. Kenwood will definitely lose. Both in terms of performance and convenience. The reason, as I see it, lies in the shape of the edges of the working surface itself. For some reason, Kenwood made them "round", "dumb", despite the fact that almost all manufacturers make them "sharp".

The difference is so tangible that I'm considering making an adapter (it's not that hard) and using a Redmond head on Kenwood.
By the way, at the same time, Redmond has two nozzles of different sizes. For oranges and tangerines (or lemons).

I understand that for rolling it goes into the same nest as the meat grinder. And at MultiOne, the meat grinder is stuck in the same place as the corollas.
Korata, call the hotline and find out, you will find the number on the office. I think - they just have a different meat grinder (with a different input or whatever it is called), not the same as for older cars. This series has all its nozzles and I have not seen them separately on sale, these are the ones I bought with the car and that's it.

Korata, I ran through the sites, there are two types of dough rollers - 1) for senses and kmix, 2) for chefs, majors and induction. I did not find it for yours.

Paul I, did not even pay attention to it. I went and looked at the old mulyu, which I have for a long time, yes, it has rather sharp edges. In general, the conclusion is that for now I use what is in the kit, and there I read this topic (I have already read up to half) and we will have a look.))))))

I have a shredder nozzle - a harvester, and I also have a mounted shredder (I'm used to this with my Boshik), which cuts right into the container, so I saw a disc with large notches in its kit, but I don't have it, only with small , I wanted them to cut potatoes))))) but it turned out that I did not have it in the kit. These are the nuances even in disks. And the discs are not sold one by one?

Bast1nda, yes, they are on sale, look in stores selling spare parts for combines of the required company or in service centers for repair. Look here 🔗
Miranda
Bast1nda, in a sense, do you run the disk from a separate shredder into the processor?
They won't fit.

Or does your separate shiknovka not have a disc in the set, and you are thinking of buying it in addition?

Here Maria compared the disks. There you can see that the pimples are different.

Although the ribs are round at Kesha's nozzles, and the juice squeezes out, in my opinion, it is quite normal. And most importantly, it copes with a large volume, and not all stand-alone ones.

It’s hard to start the week, I’ll never get to cook anything.
But I decided to just take a picture of the differences and do a little test with my new nozzle - an old-style flexi-beater.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

Weighed all three nozzles.
Iron K-eshka - 550g, new flexi - 252g, old flexi - 252g.

Inside there is some kind of solid base, probably plastic, judging by the weight, it is doused with strong rubber or silicone. That is, the nozzle does not bend, only the tips.

In addition to external differences, it has a wire rim on the pin. Either this is the case with this attachment, or it has been done by everyone before. I put on and took off the nozzle, and it seems to me that the ring, which is millimeters wider than the pin, holds the nozzle more tightly in the socket.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
The rest of the appearance pictures + small comments will be removed under the spoiler.

The old flexi is wider and longer than the K-shaped one exactly the size of the soft elastic band.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
But it is difficult to compare with the new flexi in size, since the new one is strongly twisted. It seems to me that the new one is wider by a couple of millimeters. They are similar in height, however, the height is adjustable.
It is not as straight as K-eshka, but also not as twisted as the new flexi. The underskirt is also with a wave.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
There is a company name at the top.

And now a little test.
I used a brush to stain the bowl with yogurt. That is, only smeared on the walls.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
Let's see how different flexi will collect yogurt from the walls.
Under the spoiler

Let's start with the old shape.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
On the one hand, I cleaned it up well.
All the yogurt went down and went beautifully in waves at the very bottom.
That is, the bottom is good too. There was a beautiful star when she just stopped, but while she picked it up and took a picture, she was no longer so beautiful, it got confused.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
But on the other side there was a blind spot.
Either the car has something wrong, or the attachment
That is, which is thicker, it will hook on itself, of course, but it will not collect cleanly.
Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
I immediately experienced a new form of flexi.
For a long time, by the way, I wanted to. And even once I did it, but I did not smear the whole bowl with oil, it was a pity for the oil, I ran a strip. And now I smeared the whole bowl again, and it is necessary to compare. Here the question has already been raised that someone has a blind spot on one side, they talked about centering, etc.

And the new flexi form did well!
And she even drew a beautiful circle at the top.

A couple of pictures, otherwise the shadow falls.
A little bit at the bottom, the sides are not the same, but the middle and top are fine.

Preliminary conclusions.

Outwardly, I really like it, okay like that. And what is lighter than the K-shaped two times is also like it. Heavy good when kneading minced meat, tight dough. But the cupcake breaks (as it seems to me).

Most likely, the new and old flexi are similar in functionality. And it is not necessary to suffer in the old form. If there is a chance to acquire it, then well, no - do not suffer.

The new one collects better from the walls, and the new one has two rubber bands.
Most likely, removable elastic bands and a hole inside, this is due to induction, that is, the ability to cook. And risotto and dessert are better with different gum. And risotto does not need a crossbar inside the nozzle, you just need to stir it.

But it still seems to me that removing the beams and making a hole reduced the ability to whip. I already wrote that 100-120g. I don't like the way the new flexi whips, acceptable, but not ideal. But 300-360gr. whipped in a way I've never whipped in my life. Whipped brilliantly!

I really hope that the flexi of the old model with 100-120gr. oils will do better. And I will write again when I cook something.

By the way, the old one was not noticed in the creak.
But there is a slight rustle against the wall

***
PS there was also a flexi of the third type (under the spoiler, let all the options be in one post). In the very first induction, the 70th episode, but it was not released for long.

According to reviews, it is considered not as successful as the previous and subsequent form. But about these two flexi in foreign forums they argue which is better, and somehow they cannot agree. There are fans of the old uniform, there are fans of the new one.

Miranda, 8 years ago they made a rim only on flexi. I bought from one woman both flexi and k-shaped, and she bought 020 about 8 years ago. Of course, the bezel would not be superfluous on all attachments.
Conclusion for myself from your tests - I liked the new flexi more, cleaner after its work.
Yes, you cannot put a K-shaped stainless steel flour into beaten eggs, everything will fall off at once, it is good, in addition to minced meat, to knead the dough for Italian bread (moisture content 80% and above). I introduce very well to my "relatives" from silumin, but it's a pity that there is no less speed than the minimum one.
For the report to you, Miranda, respect and respect, and thank you

OK, thanks.
Perhaps the bezel is really for a snug fit in the socket. And they did it at flexi only, because flexi clings to the walls. That is, not a smooth rotation, but with an obstacle, difficulty, so they decided that they needed additional. strengthening. Such thoughts.

I also bought from a woman with a 20.

Quote: Peter Push

The old flexi was meant too, so that it was cleaner on all sides. According to the video on YouTube, the old ones should be so. There it is indicative in a glass bowl, it cleans well.

But since the new one works cleanly for me, it means that either something has been slightly changed for the induction ones, or something else. Here such a nozzle will come to Masha, I hope she will write how she has with this.

For new ones, they also unsubscribed here, they say there is a blind zone. I don't remember who, I remember the circumstances - they boiled toffee, and stuck on one side, cooled down and stuck, washed out later.

I wanted this old one and out of greed at first, and then I began to pin my hopes on some processes, where, it seems to me, the new flexi mixes and interferes more than whips.

It would be ideal to combine them
Kenwood is experimenting with baits and that's a good thing I think. Maybe this flexi will appear.

I think I will love this new old flexi of mine.
I already, in fact, fell in love with her

Miranda, I forgot to write, she still perfectly whips the whites, and you don't need to pick anything out, but the silumin one is not.
Twig
Peter Push, K nozzle? Whisk the whites? And just eggs? How interesting.
She hesitated to pick out of the twigs.
Peter Push
Twig, to pick out, and especially from my "fluffy" - this is God's punishment. I didn’t taste the whole eggs, but only the protein. The result is practically foam in the same 8-10 minutes and at the same 6-max speed. This rationalistic thought came to me, and Olga VB... Several times she recommended that we beat the whites with a casserole. If you missed (another learned rational thought) - Olga VB kneads dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor.
Twig
Peter Push, I am aware of the dumplings dough from the foot processor.
I used to do that. And after I saw at the masterclass that Kenwood kneads perfectly and quickly with a hook, she began to do it in the "traditional" way. I like it this way more, you can follow the process, add flour as needed, and more homogeneous comes out. And then with knives it is damp, then it comes out a little dry. I could not find the ideal proportions.
Jiri
Peter Push, does the protein casserole whip only in the induction version? I have a regular cache, no induction. As far as I understand, the quality of the attachments is different?

does the protein casserole whip up only in the induction version? I have a regular cache, no induction. As far as I understand, the quality of the attachments is different?
Jiri, I have the same usual KMM770 Premier, and whips. That's just me whipping with a stainless steel cachet. And I tried to beat one protein with my own keshka from selumin - it didn't work, I think - why, maybe there was only one squirrel, or beaten for a little time, or maybe because of the small weight of the keshka. If you have keshka made of selumin, try it, you can always whisk it with a whisk.
Jiri
Peter Push, yeah, I'll try, I also don't like to clean off the remnants from the twigs.
Bijou
Quote: Peter Push
or maybe because of the low weight of the cache.
Oh well .. What's the difference to a squirrel?)) Maybe aluminum itself behaves so badly - I remembered how once upon a time we had a manual beater with silumin rods inside a glass flask, and a handle with a gearbox on the lid. So if you whip something for them for a long time, then the product acquired a grayish tint. ((Well, it was not whipped so much there.
Peter Push
Quote: Bijou
Oh well .. What does it matter to a squirrel?
Bijou, the protein was from one C1 egg, the silumin cage “nailed” it to the walls, and the tip itself was spinning in what was left on the bottom. Maybe it was necessary to beat a little longer. I put on the whisk and beat until.Silumin keshka and hook are of high quality, nothing from them stains, does not turn gray, their weight is only much less than from stainless steel. I spread the dough for an hour in a bowl with a lowered hook. Maybe the squirrel doesn’t care what weight anyone has, but the eggs beaten with sugar don’t even care, I calmly add a spoonful of silumin casserole, stir in the flour at the minimum speed (it’s a pity that there is no lower speed), and the stainless steel spatula is right there , almost in one revolution kills all the splendor.
Miranda
Beat whites with K-eshka - you must try, thanks.

And the whisk is not difficult for me personally.
First, I stick in my native shoulder blade and do it left and right, most of it falls out. Then I knock with a whisk on my palm and almost everything is shaken off. I raise it higher and as if on the edge of my palm with the upper part of the rim - clap-clap - only a little bit remains on the rods. I don’t want to knock on the cup - loudly and suddenly that I’ll bend, there’s a lot of strength
Peter Push

Miranda, try it, you will like it. Although your reinforced whisk is not so thick, it's hard to get whipped protein from mine, and why is it so Rituslya wants, we already had a message that these "lush" will not be released. After the work of the K-shaped, it's a nice thing to walk with a spatula and that's it. The reinforced whisk is my second, after the food processor, in the shopping queue for Kesha. I still want to whip them butter. I don’t know, maybe the result will be comparable to the work of flexi, but I think it is still for connecting and mixing difficult-to-connect components.

I don't know how much you can buy from us, but I noticed with a recent googling that in Kiev (and in general, in Ukraine) the range of service centers is cool! For the price including. For example, this corolla costs about 2 thousand. And abroad I saw 35+ euros.

Bijou
I'm afraid to be mistaken, but it seems that some blenders have some kind of time limit on the grinding of dry products. It is connected with overheating, since the water does not remove heat ... Either the oil seals deteriorate, or the bearings, I don’t remember, but I can look. Shouldn't you be paying attention to this in Kenwood?
