Smoked pink salmon salad with apple

Ingredients

Hot smoked pink salmon 300gr
Apples are sweet or sweet and sour 300gr
Eggs 3 pcs
Fresh cucumbers 150gr
Dressing (mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, etc.) taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

I propose to prepare a very tasty and delicate salad.

Peel the hot smoked pink salmon and chop finely.
Peel the apples and cucumbers and cut into small cubes. Without the peel, the salad will be very tender. But you can probably try with the peel.
Boil the eggs and cut into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste (you can do without salt, since the fish is quite salty) and season with your favorite dressing. I dressed with just mayonnaise, and sour cream in half with mayonnaise, and even just natural yogurt. Always delicious.

Note

Once upon a time I found such a salad on the Internet, but I can no longer remember where exactly. In the original, there were slightly different proportions of products, and canned green onions and canned peas were added, and pickles were used instead of fresh cucumbers. I tried different options and settled on this one. The combination of smoked fish and apple is very unusual, and the cucumbers add some freshness.
The main thing in this salad is an equal amount of apples and fish, and you can add less or more eggs and cucumbers.
