How is electrifying coffee? Did you make 1 serving or 2-3 times at once?
This is when the coffee is as if magnetized to the container in which it was ground.
As a synthetic dress sticks to the legs, the same effect ...: D Well, figuratively speaking ..
I don't know how anyone has it, but I only pray for coffee for one time. If you do it for a few and leave it in a container, then it quickly loses its taste ...
But in a manual coffee grinder with ceramic millstones, there is no electrifying effect ... And the taste of coffee is different ... In general, I just have something to compare with. I have a manual one with ceramic millstones and an electric one ... I make an electric one for a filter coffee, and for a cappuccino I only make coffee in a manual one ...

About electrification, it's really like a dress ..
But I did it for 1 time for home consumption, and for work several times, so that it was enough for a day ...
Apart from electrification, there were no problems. The coffee turned out to be of excellent quality, both in taste and in smell ... The aroma just knocks off your feet. At work while I'm sitting, there seems to be no smell, but when you leave the office ... When you come back, the smell of coffee ... Class ...

How delicious you describe! Now I will start to want and look again, but then how I’m going to buy, they don’t exist, then I seem to calm down, I look, there is on sale, I’ll think, I’ll get together, and again it disappears, a vicious circle

1 kg of this coffee costs from 800 to 1200 euros ...
I tried it in a capsule coffee machine ... I won't say that something very outstanding ..
In my opinion, Brazilian Arabica tastes better ...

That one, that the second is not cheap. In Europe, the first costs 72 euros, and the second 99 euros ...
But if I have to choose between the two, if the price does not really matter, I would choose the second option. In my opinion, the second option is better ...
I only use the electric machine to grind coffee for the filter coffee machine. And for espresso, I grind coffee in a manual coffee grinder and ceramic millstones .. The difference is certainly palpable between manual and electric. In favor of manual ... (I also tried for espresso in electro)
valushka-s
but please advise, I need a coffee grinder from very inexpensive, in order to do-grind powdered sugar.
just before I had a very simple Soviet mixer, and a simple mill went to it, so it turned out powdered sugar without any problems.
and then I tried to somehow make powder in a mill to a blender (powerful), and nothing good happened!
and now I don’t know what to do! before 16-17 years there were no problems with powdered sugar, but now, what to do ?!
do not want to buy! I think that ready-made powdered sugar is too expensive!
notglass
For powdered sugar, a coffee grinder is not the best option. She will quickly fail. Not meant for this. There, even in the manual it is written that you cannot use for grinding sugar, etc. For this, a blender is better. But all the same, the powder will not work as finely and evenly as ready-made from the store.
valushka-s
yes, I know that a coffee grinder is not recommended for making sah. powder, but some use it, and it seems nothing!
the mill from the blender does not cope!
but the mill from the old mixer was great for making icing sugar! you would not even understand where is purchased, and where is your own grinding !!!
oh, I feel like I have to get this old mixer and look for a craftsman to fix it!
notglass
I have three coffee grinders, of which I ground sugar on two old "Rostok" and "Vitek", the motor gets very overheated and starts to smell. I tried it once, I don't want it anymore. It's a shame. Otherwise, buy the cheapest coffee grinder and go for it. The quality will be the same. And it will burn out - it's not a pity.
Birke
Buy the simplest knife (rotary) coffee grinder ... Sugar in them perfectly turns into powder ...

the fact is that Krups will seem to be smaller, and given that I plan to grind coffee once or twice, then a large one is not necessary, like
Birke
Well, then maybe it's better to consider the option of a manual coffee grinder with a ceramic cone? One or two times just for manual ... If only everything rests on time. Work-running-once ...Coffee grinder 44 euros worth. I know what such advanced coffee lovers praise ..

Then the question is this. How many beans do you need for 1 large cup of coffee?

Did you say you have an espresso coffee machine? If on it, then you should have a measuring spoon for this machine. For 50 ml of espresso coffee (then I add milk) I take one and a half tablespoons of measured coffee, in the sense of grains ... If you need it exactly, I can weigh it ...
And a big cup, how many ml do you have?

Girls, and the coffee grinders themselves determine that the beans are ground and turn off or do you need to control the process, hold the button, for example?

I don't know the cheap ones, but everything above 50 euros is automatically turned off. and there is a scale for 2 cups for 6 cups. You set the required quantity, fill up the grain, press the button, it will stop by itself .. I think a maximum of 6 cups grinds .. or 8 .. I need to look .. I don't remember ...

In our stores, I saw (though I didn't look very much) only Krups and Delongy. But, according to reviews, Delongy is worse, so I look closely at Krups. In the meantime, I'm grinding a manual coffee grinder with conical burrs. But something often gets lost in the grinding setting, you have to constantly tighten it up. Apparently, this is the model.Well, what I wanted, handicraft China. I haven't met something much more decent, but changed the awl for soap ... So I thought that maybe the electric one would be better ... I know that a VERY large percentage of taste depends on the grinding ... Thanks to everyone who answered on my question.

Krups turns off. But there the trick is that it grinds for a certain time into a certain number of cups. That is, coarsely grind half the container into two cups, and finely grind a teaspoon

Girls, with the next question: Is the container for coffee beans sealed? Can I pour a lot at once, close and grind into 1-2 portions as needed?

That's why I liked it - a smart machine. There is no need to puzzle over how much coffee of which grind is needed per cup, the machine itself will weigh and grind everything.
Margit
And two weeks ago I received a new coffee grinder from Germany, Mazzer mini E chrom. Grinding coffee is now a pleasure. There is a timer, weight setting for one and two cups, a portion counter and manual pressing on the grind. I love!
