Ingredients

Cooking method

  • 1. All products, except for tomato paste, mix in HP on the program "Dough for dumplings" (20 min.), At the end of the kneading add butter (margarine) in pieces and salt. Leave for primary fermentation in HP for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • 2. Leave 200 g of the total amount of dough in the HP, add 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste (I have - "Tomato"), 1 tbsp. l. flour - mix (tint the dough).
  • 3. In an hour, stretch and fold the main dough, knead the colored dough too. Leave on for another 2 hours.
  • 4. After 2 hours, knead the main dough, leave for 10 minutes. relax. Form into two blanks, put in molds, greased with a non-stick mixture. Divide the colored dough into 6 pieces, roll them into balls. Use scissors to make cuts in the main blanks, insert colored balls into them. Leave the last proofing for 40 minutes. - 1 hour.
  • 5. Bake for the first 10 minutes. with steam at a temperature of + 220C, 35-45 min. without steam at a temperature of + 190-200C.

I decided to "organize" yellow (orange) and green from tomato paste and spinach, but there were problems with red. beets would not give such a bright saturation. I had given up on chemical dyes in advance .... In short, with red. did not "grow together". "Beads" came out.
