Yesterday, from the evening into the morning, I set on the timer to cook oat milk liquid porridge. Cooking on the program heating, 8 minutes, without automatic heating. I didn’t take instant flakes. The milk was diluted with water 1: 1. Just in case, the walls of the saucepan were greased with oil. It turned out great.

🔗 Meow! porridge is good. And today I cooked oatmeal in a ladle in the old fashioned way.

But I still don’t understand how it’s to leave milk overnight at room temperature until morning? So what? Doesn't it sour at all?

From under the cow the milk will definitely turn sour, but the fact that "eternal" is not.

VS NIKA - of course Boiling water chocolate.
Yesterday I was already confused, it was too late.
Regarding replacing boiling water with milk - I don't think it's possible. After all, the process consists in brewing the dough with boiling water. Better make a cream with milk with semolina and lemon.

Start with Honeycake - it's very easy to make. But you will know how DEHIK bakes.

I took the recipe here:

True, I ran from forum to forum, the recipe was there, but here I clarified everything and whipped the whites and yolks separately as recommended Cake.
My thanks Tortyzhke for a detailed lesson.

In height, I rose to mark 8 in the saucepan, I looked at it later when I washed it.

Vikul, are you laughing at me? ; D I did not even hope that something decent will turn out. I thought for the first time I would get a pancake and throw it away. And when I opened the lid, I slammed it back with fright. And after 10 minutes I opened it again. We will try it tomorrow, so I don’t know what happened, I didn’t have anything at hand, because I didn’t hope for the result, so I had to soak it with apricot jam, not very nice, but ... Tomorrow I will report back.

Vika, I beat whites and yolks separately, as Tortyzhka advised. Whipped the whites to the peaks, began to add sugar, without stopping, whipped further, add a glass of sugar in 7-10 times. The whites took on such a tight cap, then beat a little yolk with vanilla sugar. Sifted flour with starch on the squirrels, poured the yolks on top. I quickly mixed everything with a spoon. The entire mass did not settle. Everything took me a maximum of 15 minutes. Greased the pan with oil and sprinkled with semolina. I laid out the whole mass. Did not level. I baked a full cycle + another 25 minutes. After baking, I removed the valve to gradually cool down. And that's all.

On the forum, the addresses of some sites are autocorrect.

Just look carefully, if the address in your answer is not the same as you put when writing, then insert the asterisks, in the way I wrote above.

I asked for a reason, I beat the whites separately, and the yolks with sugar. And at the expense of the valve. I could not even imagine that it should be removed somewhere. I have to go and see it before I even imagine this picture.

Vika, I just pulled out the valve so that the biscuit gradually cooled down. And then stuck it back.

Do you bake only in dex? I also baked a mannik, everything is fine. Is there something wrong with flour or other foods?

My casserole once burnt, I first baked in Dex, and I took the time from the recipe for Panasonic - 45 minutes + added another 20. Now I bake as standard - 45 minutes. You can just keep it on Automatic Heating for 20 minutes for sure, and then don't open the lid for another 20 minutes. And then, and then ... you can still let it cool completely in the cartoon, without reaching it, with the lid open. I think it will bake and not deflate. Good luck!

Vic, you run one cycle, then carefully open the lid, poke it if not enough, then you will also add time. What recipe do you bake?

So, while I was writing, another assistant came, I completely agree with Lozja.
Lozja
VS NIKA, I forget to ask everything. How do you like Dexic? Not disappointed?

And what should be done with the valve when cooling?

I think you can first leave it like this for 20 minutes, and then remove the valve, instead of opening the lid.
Lozja
Why am I writing with assumptions, I just never have the patience to wait-cool-not open. Therefore, as a rule, everything happens like this, baked - you have to check it, opened the lid, and it is bamts, and blown away.
