45 + 10 and 20 heated. It turned out delicious, but a little crispy, but inside I would like to land, but apparently because of 3 bananas. And it seems to me that she has fallen. Look.Multicooker DEX DMC-50Multicooker DEX DMC-50

so the casseroles fall off in the same way ... Of course, this does not affect the taste, but the view is not very ...

It seems to me that the temperature is a bit too high for cottage cheese casseroles in our Dexes. Here are biscuits - they turn out super, and for casseroles it is better, of course, a little lower temperature and longer baking time. Then it would be good, I think so.
Vichka
Interestingly, the first casseroles in Polares were just a miracle! That I just didn't knead in them. Then I began to fall.

Here, I thought so too, looking at my casserole. It would have had more time, it would have been baked better.

so if you add time to the casserole, it burns ... at least I have a dark brown crust in 45 minutes

I also had a fried casserole, but check the same recipe in Panasika and compare, I would just choose the time.

Girls, can you tell us more about this topic ... about the temperature for cottage cheese casseroles and cottage cheese-based baked goods.
I did 2 cycles of 45 minutes each, I thought I was under-baked, but I did not open the lid - the result is the same.

Do they need less temperature is that the point?

I think that the temperature is better less than in DEKSIK. In POLARIS, with a longer baking time, the casseroles are not so fried.

About the valve ...
Before baking, I untwist it, rinse it and dry it - and the smell of previous cooking is removed and baked better

it seemed to me that the baked goods were settling due to excessive moisture, so I began to dry the cartoon before baking

girls, let's think together, if the valve is loosely plugged in, then the temperature will be lower during baking, or, vice versa,
Will the program crash because the specified production parameters are not typed?

So I am absolutely convinced that all problems are associated with excessive moisture. In Panas, the temperature is lower, but the humidity is also high, it takes longer to bake, but there are also nuances. Deksik bakes faster, or rather, browns faster. And the same problem of excessive moisture. So the conclusion suggests itself - it's not so much about the temperature, but about the features of the valve, it delays active evaporation, which, of course, is good in most cases, but not always. I also planned to bake something simple, just to "play" with the valve (loosely close, then remove the second red half, leaving the first one).
And cottage cheese casseroles have already been discussed at the forum. They cannot rise high, like a biscuit, or rather, rising then they are pulled down again, like an omelet. The slower they cool down, the less they fall off.

STEINING is best suited for peas, about 2 hours. It may not be cooked in an hour, and so that its foam does not flood through the valve, it is better to pour boiling water over it before laying it and let it stand under the lid for about 15 minutes to steam

Maina, prepared the tincture as follows: 1 liter of vodka, 1 tbsp. sugar, in the recipe 300 grams of berries, I put 400 grams of frozen assorted (cherries, plums, gooseberries, black currants ...). Pour vodka, sugar, berries into a MV saucepan. We turn on the heating, in the recipe for 1 minute, I turned it on for 5 minutes, since I took the berry immediately from the freezer. After 5 minutes, she turned it off and left it to maintain the temperature for 18 hours, the MV did not open. All!

I will not say anything about the beans, I did not cook in the cartoon. And simpotishnaya pea porridge, the main thing is that you like it. I rarely cook pea puree, I haven't cooked it in a cartoon yet. And I always use mashed potatoes with a crush, so that it looks like mashed potatoes.

In Dex, the color is darker. Well, for example, a stew with meat can be darker or lighter, as we fry the meat. That's something like that in Dex and Polaris. My pilaf in Polaris is completely different, potatoes are the same.

They are completely different, each is good in its own way. In Polaris, pilaf is better and casseroles turn out well, well, as you can see, it is successful with tincture! I really liked the frying in Dex, there is no such program in Polaris, I fried on "steaming". I liked the peas today. In Polaris, it would burn, or just stick very well.

Lena, the beans are already being prepared. The peas went fine without additives. In the photo, the daughter's plate, ate peas and even a chocolate curd she mastered only one piece. Are you laughing that I'm a vegetarian? I would like to, but I am so sweet that I hide sweets from myself. The peas did not run away, I cooked for 2.5 hours, after 2 hours it was a little harsh, but after another 30 minutes it was already mashed potatoes, I still kept it warm.

Neee Vikul, I’m not laughing, in general, in front of people who can deny themselves something (diet, etc.), I APPLY! I have no willpower at all. I now have very high blood sugar, and I used to be indifferent to all kinds of sweets, now I can not resist not to eat everything that is forbidden! But I can live without meat, but sometimes I feel like it, and then I want a cutlet, a piece of meat, and then again I can not eat. Vikul, were you whole peas? My peas were halved, so 2 hours were evidently enough for him, and for another 20 minutes it stood drenched in boiling water.
