I sit, I miss, I think where are my friends? But it turned out that my mail stopped coming again. It's good that I decided to take a walk on the topics, otherwise I would have sat alone.
Keti! Your casserole is EXCELLENT! And in Dex too! And the first one that you have already eaten? I understand that the cut in the photo was not from Dex?

From DEHIK. He is my only dear, beloved.
Just one photo there, one here.
Thank you. Everyone said - how delicious, but she's with dried apricots. I say, yeah, with dried apricots - with pumpkin !!!

We tried Boiling Chocolate at Dex. It turned out to be so huge and delicious! There are no pictures, as he immediately disappeared in a certain direction!

Sponge cake in DEKSIK, my sore point! Write sc. minutes to bake a biscuit?

Yeah, and I want a recipe too! The beauty! True, I will not have time for baking for another week, because winter has come, and I was impatient to change the heating radiators!

All please for more details, we are waiting ...
Jefry
Well, the biscuit in Dexico is worse and lower than in the oven. Maybe it's better to bake it without a valve? Otherwise, it turns out to be some kind of steamed, not baked. In general, it will go for a summer residence, but at home, no ...
"CHOCOLATE AT KIPYATKA" in my understanding, not a biscuit, but it rises almost to the lid. Then it settles a little, but still remains high. The weight of the cake itself is two hundred kilos! Made on "Pastry" 45 + 20 minutes.
TyominaAlyona
I bake pseudo-biscuits like Boiled Chocolate (with and without cocoa - vanilla or honey) in Dex for 2 cycles in a row without opening the lid. True, the second cycle, perhaps, can not be kept until the final signal. Never burnt, baked well, high "cake" -preparation for the cake.
annet13
Has anyone steamed a beet, potatoes and carrots? Can you please tell me how long the vegetables were cooked? U is sure that this was discussed in the topic, but there is simply no way to read everything ... Small on the head downloads Thank you in advance!

Wai! And why did my chocolate biscuit almost burn out, but not baked in 45 minutes? Well, who will explain to me? And then almost two cycles!

I cook steamed vegetables on Vegetables - Vegetable, it seems, 20 minutes - for carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and potatoes - is enough for the eyes, but a beet, if healthy, you can give 2 cycles of vegetables or put on meat (in the same place for steam) - 30 minutes seems

My scheme is this usually - potatoes are cooked for a couple of minutes 20-30 (depending on the size), carrots - 40 minutes somewhere, but beets earlier than 55-60 minutes I never succeed.

And I usually cook for vinaigrette by immediately cutting the vegetables into cubes (raw). I cook beets the longest. On average, potatoes are about 10 minutes, also carrots, and beets are something from 15-20 minutes. Although I honestly have not cooked for a long time and have already forgotten the cooking time. I just set the time to 20 minutes and after 10 minutes I see what happens to her. You can cook everything together at once, or you can cook it separately!

Whole-cooked vegetables retain more vitamins. In pre-cut before the moment of eating, only fiber remains and, in fact, the meaning of the vinaigrette as a vitamin salad is lost.

So you steam them! Useful substances do not pass into the water. By the way, on the forum My bread maker, some girls cook vegetables in foil for a couple! Come and see if you like this option!
Lozja
I steamed the beets in foil many times so that the stand would not stain. The last time I didn't take the foil, I soared. The time is the same. But I always stew whole vegetables. I don't see much of a difference when cutting them raw into cubes, or already boiled. All the same it is necessary to cut.

Well, logically, yes, it should be faster.

I also cook whole beets and potatoes and carrots ... a couple of times I had to cut the beets in half, the lid did not close, too healthy beets were caught. I did not notice the time difference, for 40 minutes the beets are cooked unambiguously, well, give or take 10 minutes.

For 40 minutes, in my cauldron, they cook quietly on gas, why waste electricity? : girl_red: Well, I don’t even know, my cut was cooked literally for 10-15 minutes. Maybe of course the beets are different or I cut them finely. Ches word tomorrow fair, buy beets and specially set to cook for the vinaigrette cut and timed!

Duc, it's the same for me, for example, I have electricity there, and there. But there is a difference, don't tell me. I like steamed vegetables more than boiled vegetables in water. In the water they turn out to be watery and sometimes disintegrate, if you digest a little, or you get such a variety. And steamed - it's already ready, but not too softly, without water, plus vitamins are saved.

And the diced vegetables will be ready in 15 minutes, we believe you.

The multicooker takes very little electricity, and they put all the vegetables in a hinged pan, turned it on and left, you don't control anything, go about your business, you came - everything is ready! It is very convenient and nothing runs away from the pan and does not drip around ... well, I don’t know, I’m very happy!

Of course, I completely agree with you. I also actively cook in the cartoon. I have VES14. I even bought Perfez for my son in the hostel. Now I'm thinking about a new Dex or Brand. But when I cook vegetables for salad on gas, for some reason it doesn't run away and I don't control the process. I put the beets on small gas and went about their business. I know for sure that in 40 minutes after boiling, I can take it off the gas and put it under cold water. It always turns out to be 100% cooked. I love to cook baked goods in a multitude, stew, fry (I have a separate function for frying), I cook vegetables in a double boiler for salads if necessary quickly. In a double boiler I make fish, cutlets, bacon. I cook soups in it in summer, but because of the strong boiling I have to control it. The power in my multitude is 900 watts.

but I don't have gas ... I have an electric furnace and it runs away often, that's why I closed it and I have two multi-ones on it, I will soon put on a third

Then, of course, it's 100% more convenient to do everything in a cartoon! Then I would generally change the stove for another 3-4 cartoons and put a beautiful table instead!

What I am doing with success, but it’s a pity to throw out the stove, I have a good one, but ..... it turned out unnecessarily ....
Lozja
No, defki, what are you? And where to fry pancakes? And pancakes (it's still more convenient in a frying pan)? And for everything else, you can and a bunch of cartoons, here I agree. Also there is a dream to change the stove for 1-2 hotplates, and next to it there are a number of cartoons.

Well, and pancakes .. .. to buy a pancake maker, it takes up sooo little space and you can shove it on the windowsill))))) I’ll soon be kicked out of the house with my culinary accessories. and the third cartoon will soon be there

I have gas, but I use it. But I really want a pancake maker, I think it should be cool to bake in it. Here's the current I can not decide how many pancakes I want ... Or maybe with replaceable ones where is it?

It depends on what. My husband is an electronics engineer, when he comes to the choice of technology, first he carefully studies everything from all the pros and to all the minuses. He is so suited to the choice of any technique in the house! Therefore, I trust him to choose all that himself. And the son went into it.
lenok2_zp
People, remind me, plyz, how to translate the clock on Dex? I forget constantly
Jefry
lenok2_zp, press the "Min" or "Hour" button for more than 3 seconds. The cartoon must be plugged into an outlet.

Yesterday, in my 50s, I cooked jellied meat for the first time in a year. She regretted not having cooked before. It is very convenient, not confusing. It turned out 5 plates, you don't need a lot of space in the refrigerator, you need less meat than if you cook in a large saucepan, and you can cook more often. I really liked it.

Discharged, an infection, they haven't used it for 100 years. And the cake baked one cycle and, just in case, added 10 minutes, baked perfectly, the height turned out to be 7 cm.
Keti
I peeled the pumpkin and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick and 5 cm high (the height of a pumpkin slice), folded it into a cartoon, sprinkled with sugar, then another layer and sugar. And turned it on for Baking. Turned off after 20 minutes. The sugar has melted, the pumpkin which is slightly hot on the bottom - very tasty, albeit simple.
You need to try on some other mode, maybe on heating. Someone tried the pumpkin pieces?
INK
Keti, sounds delicious. And maybe grease the bottom with butter so that the sugar caramelizes less at the bottom? I will definitely try one of these days!
