fugaska and patrold Thanks for the congratulations

I have everything new and a stove and scales and a sieve and a spatula.

Today I will swing at Elena Bo's cake, and then I will move on to Fugasca's recipes - they suit me, probably because my mom is an Odesite.

Hello everyone.
I want to tell you a story from my life.
I am not very good at rye bread, it turns out beautiful, but not tasty.
Therefore, I rarely bake it.
Any white man turns out well. Today I decided to bake with prunes, I don't have the best quality and I don't risk eating raw.
I added a handful of chopped prunes to my usual recipe. In the process of kneading, he grinded into pieces. After baking, the bread turned black, like a store bread. The husband, not knowing anything, said - well, finally you got a good brown bread! Here's a story.
RybkA
Fuf! I reread the WHOLE (!) Topic, my poor eyes ...
Lady, glad for your latest success. The main thing is not to tell my husband what the secret is! Traced your dry bread history. How are you now with that?

I was not pleased with the moment of breakdown in one of the male users, sorry I did not remember the name. Yes, and the backlight bulbs are a little junk. About programming, in general, I'm out, it seems it is, but it seems not

In this regard, questions to users:
-what hardness / density does this model have a top crust? As dense and crispy as the sides? Or thin and brittle?
- Is the bread evenly browned? Side and top?
- a bucket ... how thin the walls look ... I can't explain more precisely ...
- the touch panel, as I understand it, is very sensitive, is there a "lock" from children?

Thank you in advance!

mr.Flasher
1. Normal, slightly crispy (look for photos of bread made in this oven). No, as a side, it essentially cannot be. Thin, but not brittle (I don't understand what brittle means).
2. The sides are even, the top is slightly lighter.
3. I do not know, there is nothing to compare with. Seems thick enough!
4. She is not sensitive, she is just sensory, touched - turned on. "Castle" is missing. (Here it must be said that it is impossible to change the program during operation. You can only stop, for which you need to hold down the "stop / start" button for a few seconds. And when the oven does not bake, there is a physical switch on the back wall.)

PS DO NOT BUY THIS HP! ))
psvet_37
How can anyone, and I really like this stove (there is something to compare with), bakes no worse than the Panasonic, the bread is uniform in color, does not burn, you can add your program, for example, for rye or Borodino bread, so that you knead well once, about 30 minutes, and then the dough came up for 2-3 hours, without heaving. The crust is denser if the bread is left to heat for 1 hour after baking, and if immediately after baking - the crust is super, even, not thick, and crispy. Good in this oven, and it turns out a cake, whole-grain bread, rye, you just need to adapt, as with any household appliances. Before that I had (and still have, only at the dacha) a Panasonic stove, which is also good, it bakes well and interferes, but is not programmed. I wanted to buy something else and did not go wrong))).

Brittle - peels off when cutting, not crumbles.

mr.Flasher, something is stopping me so far, there are a lot of BUT ... even with the same programming, especially familiar to me after 125th Delongy ... and something can also happen with the attachment of the bucket. I so understood that there is frayed over time. Again, everything is easier in Delongy ...

psvet_37, then the dog is buried! That there is no such possibility in this model for the dough to fit without hesitation 2-3 hours only if the stirrer is removed. The owners of this HP model have repeatedly written about this.
psvet_37
IT IS POSSIBLE, carefully read the instructions, you can change the program from 1 to 5, only when you set 2 or 3 kneading, you must set it to 0, this is how I bake rye bread). There is a plate in the instructions, I did everything according to it. I, too, did not figure it out from the beginning, then I tried to "maybe work out something" and it worked out (though from the second time)))))

Ladies and gentlemen, and also their comrades!

Tell me please, is it just that I can’t change the color of the crust on any of the 5 "favorite" programs?
Do you think it is possible to achieve a darker crust color simply by adding a few minutes to the standard baking time?

Regarding the 5-hour standing ... I didn't seem to have any problems either. This is how I prepare yogurt, and at the beginning I preheat for 30 minutes, it is no longer possible. This results in a maximum time of 5:30, and without any intermediate deboning.

Ladies and gentlemen, as well as their comrades! ...
...
Increase the baking time by drying the bread and browning.

In 5 hours 30 minutes preparation of yoghurt (maximum possible 7 hours 40 minutes), your stirrers work at least twice.
If you write down the program and listen at the right time, you will hear everything.

The programming capability looks like this:
1. Temperature equalization - 0 minutes (0 - 60 min.).
2. Mix 1 = 0 minutes (0 - 10 min.).
3. Mix 2 = 0 minutes (0 - 30 min.).
4. Rise 1 = 0 minutes (20 - 60 min.).
5. Mix 3 = 15 sec.
Mix 3 mode always 15 sec. and turns on if the Ascent 2 time is selected more than 0 min.
6. Rise 2 = 0 minutes (0 - 2 hours).
7. Mix 4 = 15 sec.
Mix 4 mode always 15 sec. and turns on if the Ascent 3 time is selected more than 0 min.
8. Rise 3 = 0 minutes (0 - 2 hours).
9. Baking = 0 minutes (0 - 1 h. 30 min.).
10. Heating = 0 minutes (0 - 60 min.).

No, well, comrades, owners of the 450th model, can anyone make it completely clear?
Someone personally tried to banish his program inside and out to the maximum for all 5 hours? Maybe they made typos in the instructions for the whole world?

1. Temperature equalization - 0 min. (0 - 60 min.).
2. Mix 1 = 0 min. (0 - 10 min.).
3. Kneading 2 = 0 min. (0 - 30 min.).
4. Ascent 1 = 0 min. (20 - 60 min.).
5. Mix 3 = 15 sec. Will not turn on.
Mix 3 mode always 15 sec. and turns on if the Ascent 2 time is selected more than 0 min.
6. Ascent 2 = 0 min. (0 - 2 hours).
7. Kneading 4 = 15 sec. Will not turn on.
Mix 4 mode always 15 sec. and turns on if the Ascent 3 time is selected more than 0 min.
8. Ascent 3 = 0 min. (0 - 2 hours).
9. Baking = 1 h. 30 min. (0 - 1 h. 30 min.).
10. Heating = 0 min. (0 - 60 min.).
If the instructions say the same, then there is no way to get away from the boning, because we want to increase the lifting time.
mr.Flasher
This is exactly how it is! There is no escape from the boning! You can bake black bread only with a tambourine and the knowledge of dancing with it.

About the crust.
If the yeast is dark (for example, SAF-LEVURE), then the crust is darker.
If you increase the sugar, the crust is darker.
Increasing the baking time will dry out the bread. It is important not to overdo it.

Good day everyone!
There is such a question in those. data on the stove says that there is a possibility of making yeast-free bread. But not in the instructions, not in the book with recipes, there is no such bread, yeast is present everywhere ... Maybe what did you miss?
And I also wanted to ask, did you cook apple jam in this oven? are there any nuances? If you can get a recipe ... Thank you.

In my experience, yeast does not affect the color of the crust, and SAF-levure including, except in the 450th model
Sugar - yes, it does, but this applies more to baked goods than to plain bread.

Of course it's a pity, but I don't understand what the danger is? from apricots and berries, but not from apples? or danger in beer bread (recipe in the next branch)? clarify please
mr.Flasher
What does apricots and berries have to do with it? Of them, too, you can not! Rather, you can of course, but I DO NOT ADVISE. Since it is a solid liquid, it also contains sugar. There is a chance that the bucket will jam. I generally do not recommend cooking jams in HP. This can also be done in a cauldron. Especially if you have pectin.

Tell me more, please
The topic has repeatedly mentioned the function convection in this model?
And what does it give?
mr.Flasher
The same as in the ovens. This is a fan that drives hot air through the chamber, thereby allowing you to bake more evenly. You cannot program it! In HP, he himself turns on at a certain time (at a time when he is not able to harm the rise of the dough).

Is it possible to finish some bread? yesterday I decided to try the quick program and bake onion bread. He measured everything by weight, he fried the milk onion, in general, he did everything as in the recipe from the book, started the process, I look after a couple of minutes the SMELL is burnt, and then the smoke of chtoli, I open the lid, it can be seen barely dragging the dough, I cut it off, added somewhere else- then 50 ml of milk, and on a new, normal, kneading went, as a result, after an hour the bread rose to the very top, pulled out, and then a bummer, the "roof" was crumpled inward, and the bottom was completely damp ...
I wanted to finish baking, but I still could not find how, if I put my program, then why is it raising the dough for at least 20 minutes and already 3 cycles, wait a long time, put it in the oven for an hour, in the end nothing sensible came out ... of course you can eat, but the sediment remained, now I will either put in 2 times less ingredients, or even forget about this function.

Good afternoon to the happy owners of Kenwood (and not only) !!! For a very long time I thought, wondered, chose between Panas, Tefal and Delongi !!!! and decided to take a Panasonic. But I was confused by the lack of a window and, in general, its design ... and after reading a little more of your reviews, I immediately decided that I would have a ken450
Many thanks to everyone, the forum helped me a lot in collecting HP. I'm happy as a hundred elephants
Yesterday they brought it from an Internet store ... But there is a small deformation - the rubber band (gasket), on which the lid is lowered, "got out" in one corner, and it is impossible to insert it back due to metal deformation. Today they will bring another HP ... I have not slept for several nights - I dream of bread
I have read to the point that everything is already confused in my head "into this cherished kolobok"
And now I am writing with a question ...
I seem to be a brake, but I haven't found the simplest recipe for white bread for our CP.
In the recipe book on the website
🔗
the very first recipe is egg bread
Give pliz a recipe "for a beginner" of the simplest wheat bread for HP 450 !!!
A couple more questions (sorry, but there is no time to read / search - small children do not give)))
1. Is it possible to replace dry milk with "live") or something else, for example - water, kefir, baby formula. And if so, how and with what and in what quantities?
2. Is it possible to take baked milk instead of regular milk?
3. Is there a separate topic here about recipes for HP450 - do they match the recipes from the book (link above)?
And by the way, the recipes and books do not match the recipes in English. language, also on the site ...
4. And to our HP it turns out that the recipe book is neither in Russian nor in Ukrainian. not included? or am I missing something
thanks in advance for the answers
Alesya

AlesyaI'm sorry. You are not the only one. This may depend on the batch, and / or on the time of purchase of HP, and / or on the place of purchase (region). Now it seems that they are already completing with all the books. I have - Frat., Arabic., Italian., English., Russian., It seems also in Ukrainian. and in German. I don't remember exactly. More stickers in all these languages, and instructions in all these languages.
