Ingredients

Fat-free pasty cottage cheese 250 g
1 lightly beaten egg + buttermilk (kefir) = 180 ml
Fresh yeast 15 g
Salt 1 tea the spoon
Sugar 2 table. spoons
if you like sweeter + vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Instant Oatmeal 3 table. spoons (measuring)
Butter (margarine), melted 50 g
Flour 450 g

Cooking method

  • From a brand new oven with a "blower"
  • I "Curd buns" got it!
  • Utilized the old curd,
  • I slightly counted my recipe.
  • This portion is more convenient for a bread machine.
  • Let the dough ferment, there will be no "leakage"!

  • Stir cottage cheese, egg + buttermilk, salt, sugar, yeast, heat to "steam" temperature and pour into a bucket of HP. Add sifted flour, oatmeal and warm melted butter or margarine.
  • Dough mode.
  • Knead the finished dough, cut into 12 buns, put on a baking sheet, allow to come up and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  • The taste of cottage cheese is absolutely not felt.
  • It is very valuable for me that the curd dough does not stale for a long time, although you are unlikely to have time to make sure that this is really so! The rolls are disappearing suspiciously quickly ...
  • Z. Y. I didn't grease the rolls before baking, I was lucky with the oven, it will blush beautifully itself.

For those with a sweet tooth who will eat these buns with tea, you can add sugar (which I did).

I crush the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, sugar on top. I pour the liquid directly from the refrigerator, sift the flour on top, all the other ingredients on the flour and on top chopped butter or margarine at room temperature.

This time I had no time to cut dough and I baked a loaf of bread in a bread machine.

Your recipe with minimal changes:
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 1 lightly beaten egg + kefir = 240 g.
- 12 g fresh yeast
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. oat flakes with bran
- 30 g of olive oil
- 430 g flour + 1 tbsp. l. flour to kolobok

The dough mode is 1 hour 25 minutes completely. At the end, she took out the dough, kneaded it with her hands into a rectangle, greased the surface with melted butter, sprinkled it with sugar and cinnamon on top, rolled it into a roll, removed the stirrers from the bread machine, put the roll in a cotton bucket. Left to part. (I must say that rolling into a roll and sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon was superfluous, I will bake next time, just roll a loaf and that's it, that's enough.)
When the dough increased 1.5 times, gently smeared the surface of the roll with yolk, turned on the baking mode. 50 minutes, light crust.
Disconnected 3 minutes earlier, it turned out very rosy.
And delicious! I really like this dough, a good option!
