Unfortunately, I didn’t find Temka exactly on the hob, but I really need advice, because I never had experience with such a technique, but here my grandfather decided to make me a New Year's gift by buying a FAGOR 2VFT-330S hob, and so the same built-in oven. There is an instruction manual for the oven, but for some reason only the foreign, Russian version is not present on the hob. While the grandfather is "reshaping" the furniture for the new technique, I ask for advice on which pots / pans can be used on this tile?

Congratulations on a wonderful gift! You can search the Internet for answers to your questions. To begin with, read at least the most general information here:
On our website there are topics for choosing electric stoves, there you can also clarify something for yourself:Choosing an electric stove. (click on the green inscription)
There is also a topic about dishes, there is a lot of information:Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids for them)

Reading these topics is useful, but for a long time ... and in short - you need dishes with a good fit to the burner with a Smooth bottom, without bulges and "bulges", as with any electric stove. It is undesirable to use aluminum, there are traces that are difficult to wash off.

Thank you for the promptness, but it seems that my husband's idea did not work out in full, because he wanted the Sobachevich porridge to cook faster in a large aluminum bucket pot. and on my 5 peasants, I also have a frying pan of not a small size 50 cm in diameter for cast iron. I am afraid that it will be difficult to find the "correct" dishes of the required sizes.

I ask for help in choosing a built-in glass-ceramic hob, I never dealt with electricity, there was gas in the old apartment, and now in the throes of choosing: which one to take, what to look for, how to use it ... Please advise!
nut
I have a Bosch hob, it works for 5 months. - very happy At first I was also afraid to approach, because they used to live with gas, but now everything is one electrician. I like it very much, it is easy to use, it washes perfectly, it turns on with a light touch of a finger. I was very afraid that with strong boiling the temperature would go down for a long time, it turned out that everything went down instantly - the class Technique I have all Bosch - built-in oven, cooking hob and chill
Svetlana201
I have a NEFF induction cooking and a NEFF oven, everything is just super, and in the oven the door opens and rolls up under the oven itself - it is very convenient to use this way. For 3 years now I have not been overjoyed with my technique.
Jaroslava 333
Thank you very much for the answers, I bought the Electrolux combined: 2 induction comforts, 2 glass-ceramic ... I liked the design, that there was no need to change the dishes especially for induction and there was just a big discount on the action on the hobs, so I chose this one ... Actually, there was not much to choose from, all the rest were glass-ceramic, there was not one more induction ... Let's see how it will work.
Aunt Besya
Be sure to share your impressions !!
I am now also at the stage of choosing and also looking at the combined (ceramics + induction).
I'm so sorry for my stove - only 2 years ago I bought a freestanding Kaiser, the oven in it is SUPER !!! but for repairs, I would like to make an installation so that there are no unnecessary cracks ..
Girls, I accept any advice and recommendations
sazalexter
Electrolux induction type IMHO, halogen I would not take hot from it
Cvetaal
I have siemens induction,
When choosing, I read negative reviews about Electrolux-induction, so the choice fell on Siemens
Jaroslava 333
Aunt Besya, I shoveled a bunch of reviews and many advise the combined one, it's much more convenient ... And even more so, I used to have gas, I can't spend money on dishes either, moving to another city, repairs, and without this there are a lot of expenses ... I had an electric oven, it is not yet a year old Bosch of German assembly, it bakes amazingly ... And by the design I really liked this cooking stove, there is a timer, protection from children and a bunch of functions, until I figured it out, it is in the package, waiting to move ...

And where can you see that she is a halogen?
Jaroslava 333
The fact is that there was not a single induction in the store at all and there was only a combined one, I never dealt with electricity, I have no experience of use, I took it because Germany and the combi ... Objectively I can only say after connecting ...

I was staring at this one yesterday, but I never realized why she is better than others. what is the price tag on her?
Once again, I have been using induction for over a year https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=731.0 I have never regretted that there is no simple stove with a heater

I support, I have not regretted for 4 years either, I did not have to change the dishes drastically, almost all fit. A huge plus that nothing sticks to it, the surface is not injured by scrapers, always like new
Vichka
I have not combined, but completely induction. I also thought to buy a combined one, and now I praise myself that I was not stupid.
Very often I use extra power, from one comfort to another, so I don't think I would use simple comfort.
dopleta
If the time comes to change my hob, I'll buy one - siemens flexinduction, it is so smart that it adjusts itself and turns on the heating only under the bottom of the cookware. I would have already replaced, but it stops that all the dishes will have to be changed.

Oh, and we changed and we do not regret And friends, too, with our help, got themselves dishes for the dacha

And what to do with your panel? If only it broke, or something! Sasha, is that yours?
No, I have a simpler induction coil Gorenje IC 3400 DP https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=731.0

I was afraid of this too, but everything turned out to be much easier - I got rid of unnecessary old dishes, which I had just felt sorry for before, but all the enameled dishes work this way. I did not buy dishes especially for induction, very expensive, but in Auchan I found inexpensive pots, from 350 rubles. And in use they are no worse than much more expensive than Rondel.
triyxa
And I choose a built-in gas panel. I read reviews for different manufacturers. Somewhere the handles melt, somewhere they heat up, somewhere they are located so that large dishes are right on the handles ... I liked the non-standard arrangement of the handles on the Kuppersberg FV6XG 070 built-in gas hob. Has anyone come across this manufacturer? I did not find any reviews ...
Floks
I came across. I can say that this is a wonderful surface - stainless steel for the hob is just a gift!
The main thing is to leave enough space to the left and right of the surface so that the handles of the pans do not rest against the cabinets, and so that the walls of the cabinets do not get too hot! Good luck!

I'm also busy looking for a built-in hob.I choose between stainless steel and "gas on glass", preferably a light shade, not black. Tell me, in care, which is preferable? And who has any feedback on Smeg fittings?
olesya26
Covered hob "gas on glass" now the problem needs a new one, the current is definitely not glass. We need help choosing a new one. I would be glad to any advice. Why gas and not electricity, the house is old wiring is bad
fugaska
I have a cooking whirlpool, stainless steel, with a cast-iron grate. I was looking for enamel, but for some reason I could not find it with cast iron - it is not available anywhere ...
with stainless steel more trouble, enamel is more practical. and a cast-iron grate is better than a simple piece of iron, more stable, in any case I like it better. in general, I'm happy with my brewhouse, while it turns out to look after

smig is a good technique, my dishwasher smug. only a little expensive for a cooking ...
Irina F
If we talk about gas panels: I had a five-burner SIEMENS stainless steel in my apartment (I don't know if I put it right, in general, metal). Oh, and I suffered with her in terms of cleaning, by the way, I have a Liebherr refrigerator, too, the same. So I was spitting all over, because it is almost impossible to bring these things to an ideal appearance. What kind of means I have not tried, the result is. And when I moved into the house, I bought a six-burner ARISTON with a black coating (I don’t know what it’s called correctly, like spraying), I have been using it for almost two years, no problems have arisen It washes perfectly, the handles do not interfere and do not melt), the comforts are conveniently located. If interested, then I'll take a picture and show)
Good choice everyone
olesya26
Thank you Irina for your advice. I really liked the glass and it was easy to take care of it, it just exploded or burst: girl_cray: well, at least I didn't stand nearby. It's bad to take care of stainless steel, you say, what is bad to wash? do divorces remain? I was just now looking in the direction of the stainless steel, although, to be honest, after the dark glass I don't really want a light one. I also looked at five comfortable ones, but we were not very large in size, and it also seemed to me that the distance between the burners was small. Yes, the problem is still the same, now it is necessary to choose according to our sizes Yes, the photo is interesting to see.
z_alice
Olesya, what is the manufacturer of the exploded stove? I'm still searching. And still looking for "gas-on-glass" What is it all so bad? Don't even look in their direction? Girls, answer, who else has glass?
Jefry
I have glass. We are very satisfied. mmm
olesya26, can you tell me how it happened? I understand that this requires a sharp temperature drop? Or did it just take and burst like that?
It's bad to take care of stainless steel, you say, what is bad to wash? do divorces remain?
The fact is that real stainless steel is found only in expensive surfaces of the premium segment. And we sell more from an incomprehensible alloy coated with a stainless steel. Any fingerprints remain on it and they cannot be wiped off without special means. And if you overdo it with something abrasive, then you can rub to the base. They say it looks more like aluminum in color.

olesya26
Z ... alice I don't think that glass is bad, it's just not our option, my husband is inclined to think because of bad wiring, since during the explosion the wiring in the kitchen in the box melted, (n) probably shorted. But until they were dismantled, the automatic equipment was turned off immediately. The manufacturer of pyramida was not specifically looking for, they ordered a kitchen and the dimensions of the built-in appliances were urgently needed. In general, I liked the stove in all respects. I'm happy with the electric oven. Yes, they bought exactly two years ago If it were not for the wiring, I have current for electrical.
olesya26
Jefry thanks for the advice. Oh, I don’t really know the smallest burner was on. All my friends have electricity and gas, it seems like everything is fine, no problems, just not our option: girl_cray: after everything that happened, I like the hob glass surfaces even more: girl_sad: And about the stainless steel, I'm terrified Thank you again, we'll think
Irina F
Jefry, frankly, I don’t know what you mean by the premium segment. I had a SIEMENS surface, as I already wrote, I don’t remember exactly how much it cost, but it was not cheap. Now I have an inexpensive Ariston (about 17t. R.)
Built-in hobs
The care is simply wonderful), and the stainless steel (at least for me) ... there were constantly stains on it, I had this fad. I just suffered with both the stove and the refrigerator (remember, the Liebherr refrigerator seems to be considered a premium class). But everyone, of course, chooses what he likes)))

There are professional stainless steel work surfaces, there are no problems with them. Looks like new for years. It can be assumed that somewhere in nature there are slabs of big bucks, on which fingerprints do not remain. And it seems that even here there was a response from someone "from there", who sincerely wondered what the problem was with our "stainless steel".
Oksyusha
I had both surfaces: stainless steel (or something like it, as they say here, from Krona steel) and now black glass (gas on glass). IMHO, it is more difficult to take care of glass, the stains are more visible, all sorts of drops, including from water. I would buy it again, probably would prefer a stainless steel, there is less hassle with it (it was with cast-iron gratings and we sold it after dismantling and 5 years of work on the ad, the buyer was very pleased with the state of technology). But glass, when clean, looks more modern and impressive.
olesya26
Oksana thanks for the advice. Toko I am now at a loss what to choose: this: I have to check everything by touch. The store praised the company HANSA, who knows what, write.
fugaska
as for me - go to the store and feel all the cooking with your hands, do not hesitate! just don't look at the price tags, just go all over the place. choose from those that your hands like. rewrite the names and go to the consultation on the Internet
Irina F
Yeah, it would be great if there were no prints left, and everything would be absorbed by itself, but this, of course, is fantastic. Therefore, the girls correctly advise, you have to go and feel, and choose according to your feelings. Well, to be honest, then, probably, all the same, only empirically you can determine the ideal thing for yourself (if, of course, such exists)
My friend had the same stainless steel surface as mine and she was happy) When I expressed my doubts about the traces of different, she said: what traces? I am fine. At this time, I stood in front of her stove and saw all these stains). Maybe I'm paranoid and it's time for me to go to the doctor's office?
olesya26, good choice!
annnushka27
I also have a plate with the same coating as Irina F, only Whirlpool 4-comfort, Black, already 4.5 years old, looks like new, enamel grilles, in two parts, it is convenient to wash in PMM when I bought it and did not think , and now, when I bought the PMM, I'm not overjoyed. Especially, I like in it that if the fire goes out, for example, it floods with water, then the gas stops flowing.
Built-in hobs
White circles around the burners are only stained, but to be honest, I haven't taken them seriously yet, I need to buy Sif.
Julia V
Girls, and you do not cover the surface with foil, so as not to wash it often, you just rolled up the foil and threw it away.

Julia, at one time covered it, and now I cook so little on it that I stopped, and I still forget to buy foil. In general, it is very convenient to cover it with foil, just throw it away on time, and not like I, I think, I'll cook it once and throw it away, and so on several times.

Fugaska, Sveta, there is practically no place to "touch" the plate. I live in Uzhgorod, like a regional center, and there are 2 shops, and even then in 3 rows. Recently, there has been no assortment. I saw the Pyramid, Hans is in black, and Burning in white. It's not that. And I'm looking for champagne, ivory, with cast-iron grilles, so that the manufacturer is worthy, but so that it is cheaper. And then I read that they scatter into a thousand fragments, I don't know what to do at all. I rummaged through the entire Internet, soon I myself will be able to work as a representative of any of the firms selling "gas on glass"
Freesia
I have a GORENJE G6N50RW. Serves 3 years. I did not find any flaws. I was looking for with a cast-iron grate. There will also be the same oven
Built-in hobs 🔗
olesya26
Freesia and GORENJE you have glass?
z ... alice well, I have thousands of Toko fragments, I haven't heard this anywhere else or someone else. When the gas from the draft was extinguished, my automation also worked. Even now, on this stove, I cook Toko, I light it with matches, when I remember what it was like, my heart squeezes. I'll try to take a picture of my beauty if anyone is interested.
Jefry
We have glass Zanussi:
Built-in hobs
Freesia
olesya26 no, enamel. And the color makes me very happy, sometimes the milk will run away, nothing is visible
z_alice
Lesya, I read about several similar cases on the internet. There is an assumption that this happens from improper installation, supposedly there is little gap, there is not enough space for the glass panel. And I think maybe it depends on the quality of the glass? Therefore, I bother looking for a good manufacturer. And put the photo by all means. Evgeniya, are there steel gratings on your plate? How do they behave? Are the pans slipping? How to care for them?
olesya26

Anya, Irina, my question is: your sputtering is not ceramic. I even always thought that ceramics was clay, but I just looked at the microwave and the oven inside the ceramics, as it is written in the instructions, and they said when they bought this type of class, but not clay as I thought it was for sure, still oppose the oven with such a coating, I'm even confused. I don't know, I wrote it clearly, no
Irina F
Oles, I also wrote enamel, anthracite) I really like the care, no problems)
Wish you a happy shopping
Julia V
Olesya I have the same as your Pyramid, and the arrangement of the burners is the same, only I have enamel. I heard enough horror stories about glass and took a simple one, so far I have been using it for almost a year.
