CASO 2000

According to reviews, a very decent grinder.
I would look at the money. But here she was greatly praised and even a separate topic.
Samopal
There is no comparison. And if the function (chopping or chopping meat, rather than chewing and pressing like Kenwood) is similar to CASO, and even for less money, then the choice is obvious.
Alenka212
gala10, thanks for the link, and Turgai, for info about the action in Technosila. I ordered 41.02 after long agony of choice. Waiting .....
Anchic
I read you and I also want a new meat grinder Although my Ratep, after the threat of throwing it out in the event of another engine combustion, has been working for 5 years
Alenka212
And I and Axion thanks to you and Technosila. Do all of them have nozzles tightly attached to the shaft?
Elena Bo
It's not tight for me, but as usual (it was the same in all others).
Alenka212
Elena Bo, this is just my first meat grinder of this kind. I bought it mainly for tomato juice. And the rest is easier for me to do with a combine.
I'm worried, because I'm afraid to break or suddenly worry about some kind of defect ...

Well, on the advice Paul I, clamped the knife and the net tighter at his Kenwood, and tried to scroll for the mythical self-sharpening for 10 minutes. (There is no such thing in nature, marketing deception. I am writing in parentheses, because this is my opinion, and I am absolutely sure of it). It turned out what I expected. Already in the first minute, the grid became hot (you can't take it in your hands). After the inspection, DEEP furrows appeared on the net and the knife. Now go to Sadovaya 11, to the well-known old grinder, to restore the knives. And before the check, the knives were fitted so tightly to each other that when I put them together, it was impossible to tear them off. how magnetized held. But Kenwood did not chop the meat, but pressed it. So I decided on such an experiment. Therefore, I do not recommend Kenwood to anyone, Axion, or Caso 2000, Panasonic or Philips. And Kenwood doesn't know how to make meat grinders. The motor is good though.

Hello, dear forum users!
Take a new one
I choose a meat grinder.
Yesterday I looked at the Bork M501 store.
I liked the fact that (according to the seller) everything is metal inside, a gearbox, not a belt, there is a nozzle for cubes and discs (not drums) with several types of curls.
But the price is rather big - 16 sput.
Perhaps someone will advise something with similar characteristics, so that the meat is well ground, and reliable, and with additional attachments for shredding, cubes, etc., and for reasonable money.
Lerele
Katya85, caso, only there are no cubes and graters, but everything is metal, powerful, the meat already sucks in.

Katya85
Lerele, Thank you so much! It's clear about Kaso, I see that they are praised here. But I don't have a harvester yet, but I have two little children, so shredders are also needed.
I can't buy it separately either, it's expensive.
So I'm looking for 2 in 1.
Lerele
Katya85, then zelmer look, there are shredders and a juicer. And there is also some kind of zelmer-like inexpensive, read the topic, it was praised here very much and many bought it.
is called axin, re-read the last pages.

Axion. I am very pleased. A beast, not a meat grinder.

I will support gala10 - Axion!
The price is small, you can choose a set with the necessary attachments / graters, very compact, excellent quality !!!
Samopal
Katya85, Axion, model 41.02. There is everything, see Number of attachments 7: Grater - Yes, Kebbe - Yes, Press for berries and tomatoes - Yes, Press for citrus fruits - Yes, Vegetable cutter - Yes, Shredder 3 types - Yes, For cooking sausages-Yes
Oh, yes, if you get another share, in some kind of online store, you can buy for mere pennies, for example, I bought it for 2990 rubles.Where else can you get to such an attraction of unprecedented generosity. Only knives before the first use, it is still better to sharpen in a specialized workshop. (where knives are sharpened). But this is for all meat grinders.

So I will support My Kenwood (which now costs about 12-14 thousand) I put it in a box. I use Axion 41.02
Miranda
And I like Axion.
I'm not going to buy a nozzle for Kenwood.
Natalia K.
And I am delighted with Axion.

Linen. and what kind of bars? Where did you get it?

I have Moulinex. When there was a choice with or without attachments, the choice fell on the minimum set. It seems to me that a meat grinder should function as a meat grinder. The set includes two grates and attachments for milking sausages and kebabs. As a result, we use one grill and a sausage attachment. And so the meat grinder is very good. good.

new stainless steel grilles
Oh Len, they're not decently expensive
Elena Bo
Axion has a sickle knife and is initially very sharp. I see no reason to sharpen it. And neither the knife nor the grate rusts. I wipe them off immediately after washing.
Miranda
Elena Boand I wipe it off right away.
Sometimes I rub a drop of sunflower oil. But it’s good enough.

But I would have listened to new grilles
Samopal
Elena Bo, I agree, the knife was initially sharpened well, but the large mesh was not even. And she spoiled the knife. After sharpening, everything fell into place. But maybe the grid was not even only for me, so never mind. The knives are sharp. Before her there was KENWOOD. I regularly sharpened my knives, but pushed the meat through the grates of the mesh. He spat, decided to buy CASO 2000, but the crisis broke out. I bought Axion, did not regret it. There are no leftovers at all, unlike Kenwood, where a whole cutlet got stuck between the knives, mesh and auger.
Helen
I took such a set and I am very pleased, did not spare the money .. otherwise with those gratings, I could not, they darken, I have to wipe it ... I can’t ... disgusting ... but now the buzz !!!!!!!

Elena Bo
Have you tried? I can't imagine what kind of stuffing will come out of there. Probably very large? Take what?

Helen3097, great stuff
Thank you. On the occasion, I will expand the possibilities.

Is the knife better than the original one? Or is it just a stainless steel?

I can't say anything concrete, I just changed everything to stainless steel ... and I'm delighted!

ElenaPlease tell me, will these grilles work for Zelmer? I put my eye on the lattice with double holes. Is it for coarsely ground sausage meat? And how do you like the knife at work?

Peace be with you bakers!

So not all knives are suitable for models - here you can see what for, it's just an info site -

And I am delighted with my Axion M31! Cuts dry sinewy elk in a matter of minutes, without hesitation, you do not have to untwist it and remove the veins from the knives, as it happened with other meat grinders. The price pleases. And after I was on their official website, written in the instructions for use, I bought an additional 100 pieces. safety caps! at a ridiculous price, my meat grinder has no price at all!
On their website you can buy for all models of meat grinders that they produce and additional attachments, and caps, and knives and grates. I really liked it. And then I was upset after breaking 2 of the 3 safety caps.

Girls, hello! So I finally bought myself a meat grinder. For several months I chose, chose, chose, chose .... I came with my husband to Auchan and instead of the 2 models I had planned worth about 4000, we bought Bork 501st. Until I understood my impressions. I chopped minced meat 5 kilos, meat for cats, yesterday I made Olivier with a nozzle. The veins are wound, but it does not bother much until you start to take it apart. In general, he cuts at times better than Bosch. Cubes ... Filipok cuts cubes the best so far. Now you need to splurge on a sausage lattice and a saber knife. Did I understand correctly that this knife just chops meat better?

I still have a question, maybe someone knows where you can order to make a knife and a grate for a meat grinder?
svetaastro
Fu, well, robyats ... I read the whole Temko .. I WANT AXION! USYO.
Thanks to all the owners - convinced! The heart is filled with joy - this is for me the measure of the truthfulness and correctness of the choice ... And then, you read praises, you read ... but the heart is silent
Now the question is small:
Is there a Korean carrot attachment? I mean, can you buy it?
Question 2:
I want to grind frozen fruits into a sorbet (banana, strawberry, currant, kiwi ..) -will it?
Thanks again to everyone!

Hello everyone!
Here I was puzzled by the choice of a meat grinder so that it would be guaranteed to chop meat for a long time and with high quality, chopped meat on any grates. Any additional attachments in FIG are not needed.
In general, while I'm looking towards Panasonic 1500/1800 and Caso. I read a review on Caso - in the photo, of course, the minced meat is gorgeous both on the largest grill and on the smallest.
As I understand the material of both knives is completely different, Caso somehow liked more for its massive, cast.
Of course, the new ones probably all work fine, but what will happen after, say, 100 kg of ground meat? What knives can be sharpened easier and better?
In general, I do not want to be mistaken with the choice! Other options are also possible, of course, I just somehow did not find anything. The budget is up to 15 thousand rubles, but it can be cheaper, of course.

And another question for Caso users - if you need to buy, say, other grilles or renew a knife - is it really possible to find it somewhere? I climbed all sorts of sites - did not find anything. To Panasonic - full.
Alenka212
svetaastro, I didn't get juice from currants. It flowed from the hole in the nozzle onto the body, and not into the prepared container. Maybe she didn't adjust the nozzle correctly, but she spat and twisted the old manual ...
Isn't the sorbet in specials. do sorbetnitsa (type name ionanas)?
Stebovich
Andrei, we haven’t taken knives and grates separately yet. Nobody asked. I don't think that I will be a problem with this if necessary.
abc26
S-t, Thank you! Do you sell them?

Yeah, they make in the MAXWELL MW-1443 PK ice cream sorbet maker, and in Junonos ... But, here in the reviews, our forum member wrote ... "twisted all the ice cream components in the Gamma meat grinder. It turned out even better than in Junonas, the consistency is much thinner ! " Here. And all these sorbet dishes are simplified primitive meat grinders in fact, as it is written in the reviews. + Junonas is very flimsy and there many have already burst plastic parts.
Elena Bo
Well, if people make sorbet in a meat grinder, why not try it. Just what kind of grill to wear?
