tysia, Natasha, probably 41.02? I just grind the meat in addition to Kenwood. Something he does not inspire confidence in me. And let your meat grinder serve you for a long time and please you with good work !!!

Axion 41 disappeared on the official site ... Therefore, I also decided to take M32.02 until Orson saw it.

Bes7vetrov, Liza, why M32.02 and not 31.02? 31 models with a receiver, and everything else is the same. I'm thinking about 31 models. And all the models are here 🔗

Thank you, Elena. Found 31 more series. Now I was puzzled, which is better to take - Zelmer (2 years warranty) or Axion (! Year warranty). Tomorrow I still have to ring the store and inquire about the service centers for Axion. Otherwise, we may have surprises - we have equipment, but no service.

I came for help, I myself can no longer figure it out.
I finished my old lady Elbee by grinding tea leaves. They took it to the master for repair, it seems to have done it. But I feel that it is not for long ... grunts, and can hardly pull. I tried to grind only the boiled meat, and the rest I am afraid that it will completely bite. She served me for over 10 years and it's time to send her to a well-deserved retirement.
I read the whole thread last night. This morning I have been studying the supply and demand in our market. I realized that at the best price + quality you have to choose between Dex or Zelmer meat grinders.
1. If I take Dex, then only DEX DMG 200.
Satisfied with everything - iron sleeve, high power 2000 W (when the motor is blocked), productivity 3 kg / min.
But ... there is not a single attachment for him, only 3 discs and a kebbe attachment.
2. Zelmer 987.89 - found a very good price for it! Max. engine blocking power: 1900 W. Rated power: 650W. Productivity: 2.3 kg / min. Dicing attachment and 4 shredding drums.
In principle, this kit suits, but I would like to get a nozzle for tomatoes. I saw that such a nozzle is sold separately.
I already wanted to order. But now I sit and doubt.
Now the question is - who has such a screw nozzle for processing tomatoes? How is it effective for processing large quantities of tomatoes? Well, at least the tomato will cope with processing 1-2 buckets?
Or is it not worth messing around and spinning the juice on a juicer, the old fashioned way, by hand?
I don't want to spend money on unnecessary gadgets.I have a Philips centrifugal juicer, but it doesn't work for tomatoes. And now the season has just come to spin tomato juice and I would like to facilitate this process for my husband.
Or spit on all these attachments and order a more powerful Dex 200
Right now my head will explode from this choice Especially since I plan to continue my tea. And you need a powerful, reliable meat grinder so that you can twist the leaves too.

I have Zelmer986.80 included with this nozzle for processing tomatoes. But with a large volume, it will not cope
nila
Well ... I knew it
Well, for small volumes I don't need it, I can do it.
Natasha, thank you for answering, dispelled at least one of my doubts. Now I would like to decide on which model to choose Zelmer 987.89 or Dex 200. And now I thought, maybe I can find Axion here

Hello everyone! For a very long time I chose an electric meat grinder and a submersible blender for workpieces. I ordered a domestic meat grinder Axion M 41.02 and a blender SCARLETT IS-HB44K03-with a nozzle for dicing, a nozzle for dough. I have no doubt about the choice of the meat grinder, but the blender is completely unknown to me. Will come, we will deal with the units. Good luck to all! And first of all, I chose the Zelmer meat grinder, and the blender-Polaris PHB 1034L CUBE. Reviews did not like the firm. Or maybe in vain.

Hello everyone! It turned out very interesting. One order was canceled. Ignored. As a result, today I received 2 meat grinders. I decided to give one later. And meat grinders Axion M 41.02 and Panasonic MK-MG 1501 WTQ. Both opened. First Axion M 41.02. Very nice, modern, and most importantly with a bunch of high quality and very sharp \ I almost cut myself \ attachments for a lot of things. Then they unpacked Panasonic. I liked the appearance very much, some kind of all streamlined, smooth, the front part is metal, heavy, Axion is much lighter, the auger is completely made of metal, with its special bend, and the knife is forged, figured. Both meat grinders were included. Panasonic is quieter and the sound is more pleasant. We scrolled meat 3 kg in 5 minutes on Panasonic, because he liked it better. He sucked in the meat himself. Only have time to add pieces. We will try Axion at work another time.

In addition to vegetable cutting attachments, she also has attachments for sausages, sausages, kebe and so on ...? Is there a reverse?

Hello everyone!

I needed a new grinder. I had a good one, did everything perfectly, bought a year ago. But a week ago, a neighbor asked for a couple of days, well, and broke. And not the motor, but physically broke it. Well, okay, this is another sad story.

Right here, on the forum, because I trust the reviews here. Stopped at Axion. Thanks to everyone who wrote about him here. And just a lot of positive things on the net.She hesitated a bit between 31 and 32 models, but decided to take the reverse, since the price for them was the same.

The biggest misunderstanding was with the attachments. But after carefully reading again here and on the manufacturer's website, I concluded that 01 - no attachments, only three perforated discs for meat; 02 - a complete set of all possible attachments; 03 - grater / shredder nozzle; 04 - juicer with replaceable plates (whole for sausage, with a grater for juice).

And since I don't need nozzles, and the price difference was from 450 rubles (04) to 750 rubles (02), I decided not to overpay, especially since I did not plan to buy at all, and take the 01 model, that is, completely without attachments ... I looked at which store was cheaper, saw that there was a yellow one (in dns and technopoint, but in techno it was cheaper), and ordered it. I bought it today. I ordered it on Monday, the price was 2150 rubles, and today I bought it back, it turned out that they managed to raise the price a little - 2290 rubles, but they sold at what they ordered.

Even at the order level, I noticed that some 01 models, 31.01, 32.01, have different nozzle pictures. And today I can confirm this. I don’t know if these are new batches, or, on the contrary, the previous ones, but there are two options 01 and 04 models according to the configuration - with two attachments for sausage + for a kebbe, and without them.

My yellow one had sausage attachments.

I will remove the rest of the pictures under the spoiler.

Here is a photo of my box, you can see that there are sausage attachments for 31.01 and 32.01, 31.04 and 32.04

Here is a photo of the box of another 01 model (picture from the store), there are no sausage attachments.

Choosing an electric meat grinder

Here is a store photo, but I doubted that there would be these attachments, because there is not a word about them on the manufacturer's website, and the store description says that there are no additional ones. nozzles. On the Yandex market, one of the reviews said that there was a "surprise" inscription on the box, and other reviews did not confirm this. That is, I assumed that the store could take a picture of one, but in other parties it is not a fact that it is the same.

Choosing an electric meat grinder

When I bought it today, there was no one in the store, and the seller did not mind showing me boxes of other models. We did not open them, but looked exactly at the inscriptions on the boxes. He showed 31.04 and 32.04 - they were without sausage attachments, only a juicer. White 31.01 and black 31.01 were also without them. But 32.01 one was with nozzles, but the other 32.01 already without.

Actually, that's why I decided to write my own review here, suddenly someone needs these attachments, and to know what the box should be. That is, without opening the box it is already clear.

And I can't say about work yet, but after a while I will unsubscribe.

Dear experts!
And Philips HR2745-Philips HR2742 faced this group of machines. It seems that the price is not bad and the equipment is rich, the motor is powerful. the screw chamber is detachable. but the reviews are strange, even the test looks like a little customized. Has anyone come across their cars, like reliability or bare plastic inside?
Does it make sense to take or is it better to take an unkillable tank from Panasonic? Thanks to everyone who responds.

The meat grinder is a beast!
Cuts even with veins, slightly raises the sound, but cuts.
By the way, about the sound. Quiet. Well, how quiet, relatively, of course, but quieter than all the previous ones. A cat acts as an indicator of noise - he always abruptly broke off and ran away, and with this he sits and at least something.

Sausage attachments were also very useful. I had a big one, but I didn't have a minion, I was going to take a minion attachment for sausages for the next order with casings, and here it is.

In short, I recommend it.

People, has anyone seen a cookie cutter on sale?
How is it there?

Choosing an electric meat grinder

My mother has long been telling me how my grandmother had a Soviet one for a manual meat grinder, and how she was still a little helping to make different cookies. And I asked to find it, but I can't find something. And the syringe is not right for her.

If anyone knows where to get it or sees it, please tell me!

I've seen it in hardware stores, though a few years ago. Now I just didn't pay attention. But it was not made of steel, but of unpolished aluminum. If I catch my eye again, I will beep

I have such a cookie cutter (Soviet). Yes, it's made of aluminum. But it is for a manual meat grinder. You can, of course, screw it onto an electric one, but how can you catch cookies then? They come out with a tape and then cut into pieces. Of course, if the meat grinder has a very slow speed, then maybe it will.

True, the Caso has two speeds. But on the other hand, we have two hands and both will be free, and on the hand one we will have to twist all the time. And then she separated a small piece of dough, scrolled it, caught it and you can take the next one.

I ordered it on Ozone, we'll see ... they will bring the 4th. The price, together with ozone and savings points, turned out to be a little higher than 11 thousand, the only thing that strains a little-known company and a plastic fuse sleeve, but I'll try to immediately contact the service and buy such a pair. Although, if you think about it, all Russian axions, etc., are not big giants.
Miranda
Here is the magic of the forum!
Yesterday I asked, I bought it today!

Elena Bo Thanks for the tip to Avito, I forget about him all the time.

Rare, 30 kopecks cost in Soviet times. And, as they said, never used (there the aunt on Avito, apparently, disassembled the mezzanine, sells a lot of things). What a funny name - dough molding

Choosing an electric meat grinder

I'll go and choose a recipe and try it on Axion, if I make a lot of dough, then I'll try all the holes.

Please tell me, do you have to put the bars?
I tried it without, I'm afraid that the auger will go on a spree, but I still can't get it to buy a support ring, no matter how I order casings in a sausage store, it's not available.

For sausages, I put the grill, which has the largest oblong holes. (photo not mine, googled)

I am reporting.

If you play with the cookie cutter in the electric meat grinder, then, of course, the speed is high.If you are with someone, then great, you have time to pick up and cut off, and if you are alone, then you definitely need to turn it off sometimes.

We did it in four hands - excellent and fast.
I put a lattice with large holes, because it was not native, and the auger was walking, I was afraid without a lattice. But, by the way, I took out a Soviet manual one from the mezzanine; there, too, the auger walked without a grate. Not thought out.

From what is not directly related to the meat grinder, but to close the topic - it seems to me that when the dough is steep, it will be better to keep the shape, because simple holes such as a crown, a circle and a square are ok, but the complex ones are lost.

The result is under the spoiler.

twisted stripes from a circle and a square

Choosing an electric meat grinder

Elena Bo
Here. I have the same dough forming. If you make the dough steep, the "hedgehog" will come out. I always wanted to choose a more elastic dough, but to keep its shape well.
Miranda
Elena Bo, I will still experiment with different recipes, although I doubt that there will be a radically different result. But it's funny and faster than a syringe. And the sensations of taste are slightly different, although it may seem so to me.

thanks again

And yesterday they brought me a Panasonic MK-G1800PWTQ. In my presence they opened a box sealed in polyethylene. Everything is in place, but it is absolutely clean, without any lubrication.
Apparently there was an individual production, they brought me today, I thought and thought about all sorts of cobos and decided to take the already proven Panasonic MK-G1800PWTQ, since it has been produced since 1998, I don't have that much, it's just that everything is covered with a two-millimeter layer of grease - the auger , grate and knife. The oil is strange, without a nasty smell, but it was difficult to wash off. The machine roars would not say that it is terribly, in 3-4 minutes 4 kg of pork with a shoulder blade chopped lightly, only one vein remained inside - it wound around the knife and that's it.
The store strongly advised to take Bosch MFW 68660, they say "super cool, and Panas is the father". But somehow it looks a lot of gloss, but what's inside ...
Alenka212
And again I have the pangs of choice! Help, kind people! Are the 32.02 and 32.04 juicers the same in Axion? I'm completely confused!
Axion 32 is the most reliable - right?
I am inclined to 32.02, as it is necessary 1) to make tomato juice in the summer, 2) minced meat sometimes, 3) to cut vegetables in the summer for a salad would not hurt.
But here's the problem, maybe in 32.04. is the juicer more adaptable, since there are fewer attachments and the price is not much different?
Elena Bo
Alenka212, the juicer is the same in these models.
Have you seen Axion M 41.02? Cool.

So 02 is a complete set of all attachments.
04 - only a juicer (it is for sausage).

Well, they also have a new line, in which they began to put sausage attachments (large and mignon for sausages). In the post that I quote, I show the pictures of the boxes, without opening it, you can understand what is inside.
Alenka212
Elena Bo, looked. But I realized from the reviews that the 40th line is less reliable than the 30th. Sometimes this happens with technology. With improvement, reliability is lost. But if this is not so and 41.02 does not suffer from this, then I am in favor.
Most of all I am worried about the tomato squeezing process. For him, in fact, I want to take. And there are more reviews for meat.
Dance
Virgo, but how to choose a meat grinder, because lope happens, you buy, and she chews the meat, grinds badly, reels it on a knife ... Then you won't hand it over, that's all, used ... how not to make a mistake, how to choose the right what to watch? After all, they all work well in vain, but as soon as you throw the meat, it’s then you understand that only having missed, you understand how you got there!
I don't know if I wrote it clearly or not, but I just can't choose.
Taia
Dance, it seems to me that you can only choose from reviews. How can you determine by a meat grinder whether she will chew meat or grind? I can not even imagine.
I have had a Panasonic meat grinder for a long time. It does not jam anything; at the end of grinding, 1 or 2 thin veins remain on the knife. When I was choosing a meat grinder, I read a lot of reviews about it. The only complaint was that it works loudly. But the concept of loud-not-loud-relative ... I'm happy with the choice.
The girls praise Axion, but we don't have them on sale.
We must also proceed from what is on sale in a particular region.
