Porridge for rice and millet garnish (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Millet 1/2 stack. (100ml)
Rice 1/2 stack. (100 ml)
Water 2 cups + 50 ml (450 ml)
Salt 1-1 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
1 cup = 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Pour water into the pot of the pressure cooker. Turn on Warm-up program, pressure - 3. Close the cover, but leave the valve open.
  • While the water is heating, rinse thoroughly each type of cereal separately. After 5 minutes (when the water is already approaching boiling), turn off the “Warm-up” program.
  • Pour two types of cereals into a saucepan, salt, pour in oil. Mix everything.
  • Close the cover and valve.
  • Cook on the "Rice" program, pressure - 3, time - 20 minutes.
  • After the signal, release the pressure forcibly. Mix the porridge.

  • Serve as a side dish with meat, poultry, offal or just with butter.
