Syn_2006 this company appeared in Moscow with the beginning of perestroika, I have a raclette of this company and I also bought a second bread machine from this company, personally I am satisfied. I also look at the ice cream maker, only I hardly eat ice cream, but I think to buy for sherbets all the same.
Galinka-Malinka
I already have this ice cream as an imposing idea and all because I dream of eating such ice cream, you know, my husband and I lived on Taganka in 1994 and there we sold such ice cream ice cream large in foil, like a pack of butter ... then I was pregnant so I ate evo 2 pieces a day and couldn’t eat enough. So I hope that the ice cream maker will give me just such a yummy. Muscovites, am I not dumbfounded? Or is homemade ice cream just the opposite?

Alyona, I remember, there was an idea to use disposable cups as molds. It should turn out quite portioned.
I tried it, I didn't really like it, because the ice cream is short and large in volume. In contrast to the traditional form, it is flatter and more elongated. Interestingly, in Ikea you can buy on order?
prascovia
Hello everybody! The idea with disposable cups was mine, I coat them well with chocolate, sometimes sprinkle them with nuts. Then before serving, I cut the glass and take it off. And with Ikeevsky forms I had problems - only frozen juice is well taken out.
I saw these forms in Metro in January.
Dana
I have a suggestion for all ice cream makers:
Please post in a separate post what type of machine, technical characteristics (including the height of the bowl) what you liked, what is not justified expensive (heavy, cumbersome, etc.). Or it can make the hardware part right on the forum - as with recipes, separately on the links. There will always be recruits. For 4 days I read 155 pages, my eyes are already in a bunch, bit by bit about each model.

I just dipped it in warm water, the glass remained intact .... though I had no chocolate.
So, you have to go to the Metro. Thank you

I made a separate topic for my ice cream maker - you can write reviews about this model there https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=59168.new#new

If there are those who wish to make the same themes on other models according to the model, it will be good!

Review about Ariet 638

Anna

Model modification: 638
Advantages:
Large freezer capacity. The ice cream came out after 15 minutes of work, the bowl freezes perfectly, you can make 2 portions in one go. True, before that, the bowl lay in the freezer for more than a day. The power of only 6 W does not degrade the quality of the product :)
Disadvantages:
Still cumbersome. The upper part could be made smaller.
Comment:
the combination of price and quality is excellent. Hurry-ups should remember that an ice cream maker does not make a completely finished ice cream; after cooking, it should still stand in the freezer for several hours. The technology is supposed to.
Ice crystals are slightly felt only in low-fat ice cream; ice cream and butter cream need 20-33%.

fugaska
and I just arrived from the Metro, accidentally saw the ice cream infinity ice 2010 (358 UAH)
it is somewhat similar to NEMOX GELATO HARLEQUIN (someone seems to have opened a whole branch on it here), only completely white
power 12W
capacity 1.2L
looks pretty compact (2 times less than Ariete 638)
but there were no instructions for it ...
who used it? maybe someone will come in handy, but I'm still thinking
Galinka-Malinka
Well, here's one rastroystro. Already decided .... Ariete 637, but I haven't found it anywhere in Ukraine yet. Maybe someone saw it somewhere?

to the outlet. ya said the model is out of production

Yes, about making ice cream and yogurt. These are the shoals of translations and the specifics of Western consumption. The fact is that such a dessert as frozen yogurt is popular there. In fact, there are very few devices that can prepare both yogurt (i.e., heat) and ice cream (i.e., cool) (there is a VINIS model, and some other manufacturers).
In any case, I would still advise not to take hybrids. What if you need to prepare both yogurt and ice cream in the same period? Freezing the bowl takes quite a while.
Galinka-Malinka
Rina72, I called them, they said they wouldn’t worry, it’s just that when the product is out of stock for a long time, it automatically changes to their meringue status to discontinued.

it's a hybrid
Galinka-Malinka
And that's exactly why I decided on such a hybrid, I always wanted a yogurt maker, got a slow cooker, I cook in it, but sometimes she's busy :) from and dmay, if I don't make ice cream, then at least the money won't go down the drain .. there will be a yogurt maker I like it Nemox DOLCE VITA 1,1 / 1.5 l just haven't seen this in Ukrainian stores at all.
Well, now I got confused again ..... Aryeta 638 and Infinity we have in the METRO 358 UAH is worth it and you don’t need to bother .. go, I bought a FSE .... damn, and I don’t know what to do
fugaska
GalinkaMalinka, if you ripen on infinity, then you liked sweatshirt or not - it looks very attractively compact

I think it is unlikely that ice cream and yogurt will intersect, there is only one motor, but the yogurt has its own containers, the ice cream has its own, one does not interfere with the other. The yoghurt is placed overnight; during the day, ice cream production takes a maximum of 40 minutes.

When I was in the METRO, I looked at Ariete638, well, it’s too big (my husband immediately protested, “why do you need it and there’s nowhere to keep it, how much ice cream we eat, then we’ll buy it in the store, and she looked at Infinity, it’s some kind of very" Chinese "and the ear has already been broken off in the crush there was a broom too soft, we didn't buy anything.
So I decided to my husband for now such a homemade ice cream. She took the recipe for ice cream "It couldn't be easier" and made it. All the ice cream was devoured yesterday and this morning I finished the rest of the coffee with coffee
I decided so that I will buy Ariete 637, I will wait where it will appear cheaper.

GalinkaMalinkaof course, your own ice cream is a hundred times better than the store's one. Even if you don't buy it often. So that you decided correctly.
And in the original recipe, then pour the whipped cream with condensed milk into the ice cream maker?

So I wanted ice cream. Summer will be seen soon.

Freken Bok mmmmmm what a mouthwatering mouthwatering
aramat
I bought the Clathronic ice cream maker. The first time I decided to make vanilla.
It didn't work. The bucket was in the freezer for 9 hours .. it was not enough. 50 minutes was spinning. And also bitter. 1 teaspoon of vanillin is written, but it seems to me that this is the amount and sucks bitterness. Anyway. The first wedge is lumpy.
The second time the bucket was already 4! days, that is, 96 hours (or maybe more, I just washed it and put it on. We left for the weekend and it turned out to be about 96). Now I'm making chocolate. Fifty minutes have passed, and the mass has not changed yet, the same liquid. What am I doing wrong? Help!!!
Gypsy
aramat, what kind of refrigerator do you have, are you satisfied with the freezer?
Qween
aramat , 1 tsp. vanillin is sooooo much. Need to on the tip of a knife. And preferably real vanilla, or vanillin for desserts. The recipe probably said about 1. tsp. vanilla sugar?

And a very important point is the temperature in the freezer of the refrigerator. Didn't you measure? It should be minus 18 at least.
aramat
it is written vanillin - this is a recipe from the instructions for the ice cream maker.
The temperature was not measured, but the husband says that according to the idea -18
Qween
I also have a clathronic. I don’t remember that amount of vanillin there. Although I didn’t read it, I guess.

All the same, measure the temperature of the refrigerator (freezer). Maybe you defrosted it for a long time? And even then he will not have such a low temperature as at the beginning.
k.alena
My experience (so far small) suggests that, in addition to the temperature of the freezer (with which there should not be any problems in modern refrigerators), the temperature of the mixture loaded into the ice maker is very important. It should be cold (overnight in the refrigerator for those mixtures that we cook, or 20 minutes in the freezer for those that are not) A very noticeable difference. Last time, my ice cream (according to Rina's recipe) practically did not thicken with 35% cream. It just didn't cool enough. And strawberry (according to the recipe of Assorted Popsicles from Anastasia), where only 100 ml of 25% sour cream (though I changed it a little and I have 115, packaging, Activia and 135 g of sour cream), after 20 minutes. thickens in a freezer in an ice maker in 30 minutes.
And the readiness of the bucket at Klatronic, IMHO, can be determined by shaking: if nothing squishes, you can freeze it. I think 9 hours will be enough if the bucket is not completely thawed (that is, after use and rinsing, do not keep it warm, but immediately into the freezer).
aramat
1. Defrosting really long ago (in the fall)
2.Nothing "squished" in the bucket (checked)
3. The mixture was at room temperature.
4. Refrigerator Stinol - I'm happy with the freezer. He is 10 years old with temperature control. Then he was worth decent money.
Qween
Try it again with the advice and I'm sure everything will work out great!
I repeat that I also have a clathronic. I am very pleased. Any ice cream is great. I do not cool the mixture before loading it into the bowl, it also happens ~ room temperature. You know how it is when you really want ice cream.

Good luck and delicious ice cream! If anything, write!

Well, now try to lay a mixture of refrigerator temperature (5C).
And with vanilla, the girls said everything right - you need it quite a bit, it is much safer to use vanilla sugar. I myself so pissed off a whole casserole with vanilla.
Qween
k.alena, and my friend casually poured stevioside instead of starch into the casserole. Not only is the casserole bitter. So also very expensive, and at the same time thrown into the trash.
k.alena
We ate our own bitterness, but not critical, so in the bucket. But we have already gone off

I thought the translation was not accurate. There really is vanilla sugar. I just baked buns before this, then there is also vanillin. so the dough was bitter, and the speckle was normal. And then it happened with ice cream. Well nothing.
Yesterday I put the bucket in the freezer until morning. But it is clear that I could not wait for the morning. I take it out, but since I only took it in my hands for the second time, I did not think that it was heavy. And ... the bucket falls and everything spills. my husband calms me down, I almost cry. A bit left. So while I was at work, my husband called and said that he did not even expect. How delicious it is !!!! I hope I want to stay a little longer. In the evening I will defrost the refrigerator and make the next portion. True, it did not freeze, it can be seen from the fact that cream and thick sour cream turned out ... So I think, maybe half milk there?
Qween
aramat , you will write the entire recipe. And be sure - as they did.

Then it will be easier to advise.
