Ingredients

Milk 250 mg
Eggs 1 PC
Margarine 70 g
Flour 500 g
Sugar 50 (95) g
Salt (fine) 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • To be honest, I was not friends with yeast dough! But after that, I was just stunned! And not only me, but also my friends !!!! Let's move on to cooking!
  • I will first describe for manual kneading:
  • Knead milk + sugar + egg overnight. In the morning stir the mixture with yeast, add salt, and gradually add flour. Add melted margarine at the very end. Knead everything well and put in a warm place to fit!
  • For a bread machine:
  • Loading according to your bread maker:
  • 1. Milk;
  • 2. Egg:
  • 3. Margarine;
  • 4. Flour;
  • 5. Sugar + salt + yeast
  • * Sugar = 50gr - for savory pies (pies);
  • * Sugar = 95gr - for sweet pies (pies).

Note

This dough is very easy to prepare. Especially for beginners! The main thing is to adhere to the recipe !!! Try it! You will not regret!!!

I made the dough in cotton, (only I added butter instead of margarine) after the program in cotton was finished, I left the dough in it (cotton) while making the filling, then I worked directly on it, the dough turned out tender and elastic! Then she rolled it onto a pie, when the pie was baked, spread butter on top and covered it until it cooled! Yum yum delicious! The family liked it! In one word, thank you for the recipe!

Kneading in a bread machine, slightly changed the recipe: flour 450g, and village milk 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup warm water, there was no margarine, added 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, I was worried, but the cabbage pies turned out great!

Kneading in a bread maker. The only thing, instead of margarine, I took butter, added it at the end of the batch (looked at Chuchelka's advice).
I made pies with cabbage and a pie with green onions according to this recipe. The only thing, after baking, the top crust was a little harsh, but apparently this is a problem with all convection ovens. I covered the hot pies with a damp towel - it got better. Homemade recipe is appreciated, now they require pies more often!
