Marina22, Marin, well, you came up with the recipe yourself, I cooked according to your recommendation and it turned out great!

I'll raise the Temko. I have a microvolt Whirlpool for a long time. It came with a Crisp plate, large and small. In the service center, I ordered another one, as on the 1st page. Deep and smaller diameter. Took it along with a book of recipes, cupcakes. Baking carrot and nut. And the question is this. I have a special regime for her in microvolts - crisp. The recipe advises to bake it for 7 minutes and then 5 minutes on ordinary microwaves of 500 watts. I took out the cake and put it on a regular plate and baked it on microwaves. Or maybe it was not necessary to shift? Is there a word about this in the instructions? But the plate is Teflon, I'm afraid to turn on the microvoltage mode with it. What do you advise?
Florichka
I baked a gingerbread cake yesterday. I didn't shift, so I found out myself. 7 min on Crisp, 5 min just 350 W micro waves. Everything was baked perfectly, but a little pale and the roof collapsed. It was probably necessary not 7, but 10 minutes. And 500 watts. It is interesting that in other recipes they bake at 500, and in ginger for some reason 350.
Longina
I don't have a crisp plate, but I read it with interest!
Mirabel
Gaby, Vikulya! Do you continue to actively use your crisp plate?
Did you read something somewhere covered the baguettes with foil? In the micr? Is it possible to?
I also want to try to oppose it, but the metal is somehow scary. paper, and put it in the micra
Gaby
Mirabelle, sun, put baguettes, put them in a micron with a cup of boiling water (placed next to). Time passes, the loaves are spaced, I make cuts, sprinkle with water and set the time for about 10 minutes (I naturally remove the cup). 5 minutes pass, the loaves have grown and the top of the middle begins to be very ruddy, and therefore I from above I cover these places with foil and continue baking. My micra is small, so this is how it happens, the shades are close to the product. Maybe you have more micra and you don't need it, look at the situation.
Mirabel
Vika, Thank you so much!

Anastasia, Hi!! Finally I found someone who had a microwave whirlpool))) hurray !!! I adore this oven, I cook only in it, no gas stove, no oven, time has shown, and it is not necessary. I cook eggs in an egg boiler, bake pancakes in a pancake maker, and the rest is in the Whirlpool oven. I will definitely throw in recipes !!! just registered today. want to master and understand convection mode !! and want to master whirlpool baking. Cupcakes turned out! I want to learn how to cook pizza and pies with cabbage ???))) so far only woods and non-baked goods have turned out if there are recipes or links please throw in !!!!

Added on Tuesday 12 Apr 2016 09:42 AM

Gaby, baking pizza for crisp dough or semi-finished product (freezing)? I really want to master baking in Whirlpool)))

Added on Tuesday 12 Apr 2016 09:49 AM

anina, I am delighted!!!!! from such pies !!! I have been cooking on such a plate for a long time, but before baking I did not guess many thanks for the photo, I will try !!!!
Gaby
Tanya, I didn't bake frozen pizza, but usually, like in the oven. I didn't bake pies, there was no need, I baked buns and loaves. How I cooked, I already wrote, about 10 minutes, you need to look, you can always add. Unlike an oven, which needs to be preheated for baking, here you get the result in just ten minutes, which saves both time and energy.
I have a convection mode in my oven, I love it very much too for its speed and about convection you need to remember that you need to subtract 20 degrees from the desired temperature. If, for example, the recipe says to bake at 200 degrees, then in convection mode, to get 200 degrees, you need to set 180 degrees. That's all the wisdom.

Girls! Owners of the Whirlpool micra! Respond!
now in order, sold at the local virtual flea market mikra Virpul, new, in packaging, bought a few years ago and never started using it.
Well, of course, I'm very fired up,
Are you generally satisfied?
Does it replace a full oven?
How does he cope with baking and cooking meat?
Does the case get very hot? I
I am quite happy with my Samsung micro, but then this stove falls on my head ... how can you resist ...
Florichka
I have had this micra for 10 years and I am very happy, I can not even imagine another. Satisfied with everything. Favorite mode for roasting meat, poultry - microwaves with convection, just wonderful. I also steam in it fish, buckwheat, cook rice. These are the modes I use most often. I have two crisp plates, I ordered the second deep and smaller diameter additionally. It has wonderful jellied pies, casseroles, muffins. Everything is baked for 12 minutes in crisp mode, then another 5 minutes just in microvoltage mode. As an oven without microvoltage, I also repeatedly used it, baked cakes, pies and pies. And although I have a full-size electric oven AEG Electrolux, I tell myself, my Whirlpool will fail - I will definitely buy this model again right away.
notka_notka
Vika, I had a mikra Whirlpool JT 359 which served for 10 years. Not so long ago I sold it, at first it seemed to me that it began to make some strange sounds, but then it stopped, and I was already determined to get rid of it (I thought we could he will take the spare parts, since now this one costs 45 thousand). It is painfully huge and heavy. Previously, it stood on the countertop, and then it was necessary to free up space and put it on the freezer ... the door of the micra leans downwards - it became completely inconvenient at the top. We bought a Samsung with all the functions (microwave oven). In general, comparing these two models, I want to say that the "6-sense" function, which was widely advertised at one time, is complete nonsense. Auto defrosting on the 6th sense is also not very ... Eye and eye behind the product, otherwise everything will be half cooked. I liked the manual cooking modes, but I played around and abandoned them. The oven is still smarter and better at cooking both meat and pastries.
Samsung works much quieter, auto defrost is better (does not scald the edges), there is also a crisp plate - "healthy toasting".
A! More ... The case heated up decently.
Another minus I remembered is the impossibility of washing it from the inside, since there is a stainless steel, all around all sorts of holes, grates, pins for a baking sheet, a quartz grill is covered with some kind of sharp plates ... Vopschem cleaning the stove was torture for me.
Mirabel
Irina, I feel. what a solid micra! This is not only a micra, but a real oven. But, for me, in my opinion it does not fit, it means that it will be necessary to redo and equip something. and this is so problematic
Probably I will bribe additional crisp baking plates and I will be happy with my Samsung
notka_notka, On sale Whirlpool JT 358, also with a hinged door.
oooo, the fact that it gets very hot does not suit me at all, it stands near the wall on the pedestal, but I have no room for such a dimensional thing on the countertop. Iiii if it is badly washed, it is generally a disaster.
I have. by the way, also Samsung with crisp plate, with steam cleaning function
I'll go and read for general development about the function "6th sense"

I love this oven very much! I cook in it, there is no gas stove or oven in the house. A family of three people, quite enough. From technology, an electric kettle, a crepe maker, an egg cooker and a blender! I cooked in whirlpool 359 for 7 years, now we have moved and bought a new whirlpool 369. I gave it to my old mother))
Often I just use microwaves: broths, soups (cut, set for 30 minutes and walk;))). Chicken broth 650 W -30 min, beef 650 W-45 minutes. For soups I bought a 3 liter pot, earthenware, I like it very much! If I need to pass something, I use jet microwaves for 5-6 minutes. Add time if necessary. Somehow it even burned for me))))))))
Steamer: steamed cutlets 15-17 minutes, hedgehogs, fish salmon steaks - chic 14 minutes, cod-14 minutes.I bought an additional capacity of a double boiler with high walls for cereals: semolina porridge, oatmeal for 2 minutes. I boil millet porridge, rice porridge in a double boiler, then pour Milk in the same place and simmer it for 5-7 minutes using the double boiler function. Buckwheat porridge, wheat (I add boiled meat from broth). Steamed vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, put on the upper wire rack, water in a tray. Beets in the water below cook for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the beets.
Crisp function: fried fish, meat, chicken cutlets 16 minutes on one side, 12 minutes on the other. Cheesecakes, zucchini and apple pancakes 7 minutes on one side, 4-5 minutes on the other. Chicken wings in different sauces, fish fry halibut, cod. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes, sausage and cheese.
Microwave + grill function: cutlets, fried legs, meat steaks, zucchini casserole.

Despite the fact that the oven is a very long time ago, hands do not reach convection))))) so much can be done and so !!!!
The dream of mastering different pies and baking)))))
Please advise on the modes and time)))) I will be very grateful))))

About heats up! The oven must be on a level surface. With a gap of 10 cm from the sides and 20 cm at the top. Fans are built in, they must cool. The hinged lid is convenient to use when there is a candle on the countertop, the product from the candles is pushed onto it, mixed and back into the oven !!

Added on Tuesday 07 Jun 2016 16:54

As for washing, I also suffered before))) now half the water in a glass pan and squeeze a lemon, it boils for 20 minutes in microwaves. Then everything goes away easily !!! The main thing here is not to run)))) otherwise I washed it for the first time in a year
Mirabel
TanyaGudThank you, Tanya, for your feedback.
As I understood, you use everything except convection. And I am more interested in this function.
Micra with crispy and combi function available
There is also a steamer with a separate appliance and in each cartoon there is a basket.
And most importantly, I have no place for this giant (according to the parameters of my kitchen), my current Samsung is standing on a pedestal near the wall quite close to the nearest window with a curtain. I already thought to enlarge this pedestal, you can order it all from us without any problems, well, I'm so worried that the wall is nearby and, most importantly, the curtain. It is not possible to change everything in places, they dragged the power outlets there.
It's a pity ... but you have to do without this stove
Tell me, do you bake something on the crispy-prog? with this, my friendship does not develop in any way, somehow I tried to bake a baguette, it dried up and did not turn red.
TanyaGud
I tried to bake buns for crisp, but they dried up !! I know that girls bake pizzas and pies with cabbage and a baguette. Somewhere described above. But until the hands came to try. I bake bread in a bread maker, I really like the French baguette!
Cottage cheese casserole is good for crisp only !!
On convection, Vitushka baked with poppy seeds, it turned out well, I don’t remember the time, I followed and added all the time)))) how I will work it out, I will write))))
Mirabel
Tanya, ahh, it means that the baguettes for crispy also did not work. Someone baked pies in special dishes on this mode and was very pleased, but not in this topic, in my opinion, we had a dialogue.
How do you make a casserole?
TanyaGud
Casserole))) 500 where cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. l. Semolina, 50 g butter, raisins, vanilla sugar, 50-100 g sugar, 2 tbsp. l. Sour cream
Mix everything in a blender. Oil sl. grease a plate with crisp, sprinkle with semolina. you can preheat the plate in the oven empty for 2 minutes. Let the dough stand a little to swell. Then put the crisp in a preheated plate, 2 tablespoons of sour cream on top, level. At first, the dough will rise and then settle, but it does not affect the taste. And in the oven it worked the same way. We turn on the crisp function for 18 minutes.

Irina, I remember that someone reported that they baked successfully in a crispy plate and found who exactly. It is you!!!
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...752.0
I also ordered such forms for myself and the questions ripened - in what mode is it better to bake? crispy or microwaves?
what is the principle to choose modes?
Florichka
Mirabel, Vika, I mainly bake meat, chicken, fish on the microvoltage + convection mode. In a crisp plate with a small height of 6 cm, casseroles, jellied pies and charlottes are excellent. I also have a recipe book for this plate, I bought it (a small plate) separately. I cook on a crispy crust for 10-12 minutes and then in the same plate for 5 minutes per microvolt. I often bake pizza lately. I take the recipe from the instructions for the microvoltage for a small plate, and bake on a large one. I roll it out thinly. Just 13 minutes and you're done. Really like. Crisp mode. Even on the grill + microvolt mode, I make sausages on a high grate, like on a fire. I make yeast baked goods in the oven or in microvolt in the mode without waves on the baking sheet.
Lucien
Crafts girls, can you please tell me if a crisp plate in a pizza maker can be used as a form? And then my Tristar fries from below, be healthy.
Mirabel
Ludmila, In my opinion, this is useless at all. Tefal rugs and nets will help in such cases.
Lucien
Mirabel, maybe yes. Baked on a grid. The guests liked it))
Mirabel
Ludmila,
Ketsal
Girls, I got it from Mikra's relatives, as it turned out with a quartz grill and bells and whistles. I found the instructions, there was supposed to be a Crisp plate with it. Naturally, both the plate and the grates have long since sunk into oblivion. Do you think you can replace it with a thin one. Teflon coated mold? Found it in the service for 800 rubles. But the toad presses, because I'm not sure what I will use
Mirabel
Quote: Ketsal
you can replace it
I would not risk it. And suddenly this dish cannot be used with microwaves. For some reason, they made a special dish adapted for this business.

I have been using it since the moment I bought the Princess! I use it in the oven all the time. The baking has a very beautiful bottom. I dry the rusks, bake the meat like new.

They suggested a Panasonic gd39hs microwave, due to the fact that the set includes a high Crisp plate with a double boiler. I bought it and study it.
The instructions instruct the plate to be placed on the glass.
The first experience 2 legs with potatoes, half an hour in combi mode. I did not notice the effect of a crust from the bottom. I had to turn it over.
But the quick pizza came out just great
The dough (300 flour, 2 the cost of a spoonful of butter, 200g of water, 2 tsp of yeast), laid on a dry, a little flour, cold Crisp plate, smeared with ketchup with dry oregano, cheese, sausages and raw mushrooms on top. Then in the oven for 5 minutes on a microwave of 1000W. Then he switched to combi for 8 minutes. On top of the mushrooms and cheese were dried by the grill, the dough was slightly fried. The bottom of the dough has acquired a beautiful light brown color in spots. That's what you need. Very tasty, mine were eaten instantly. Came out 2 pieces. 30 cm each. One thin one thick.
ITU
Pole, Fedor, are you satisfied with the Panasonic 39? Is she very noisy?

Can't the plates be different? Put the Virpulskys on the glass, and the Panasonievskys and Samsunovskies on the bars. Why buy a lattice right away? There is also a grate in the house on which they put the bread to cool
I don't think it's about the plates themselves.
Here is mine from the complete set for Samsung, it is recommended to put on a high lattice. This is for Combi 1, worldwave + grill. Well, it is logical - higher to the grill.
And the Combi 2 mode, this is microwaves + convection, can be low. Or on a glass table.
The rubberized bottom on the outside simply will not allow the glass to burst when the creeper plate is heated too high.
Rather, the matter is in the distribution of heat and microwave fluxes under different modes.
Although I remembered - in the plate for LG, the bottom is without rubber. And I put it on the glass and nothing happened. (I have two stoves similar in function, in different apartments)

And can you tell us more about potatoes, how long, in what mode, how specifically? I also have such a micro as you and Lucia. But besides oatmeal, I haven't learned to cook anything in it in 10 years.
Yesterday I cooked potatoes in slices on creeps.
Cut large potatoes lengthwise into 4 parts, sprinkle with spices, grease with oil. She also greased the plate with oil, a bit. As the instructions say, I laid out the potatoes cut down and in combi mode 1 (I have it MV + grill, in this case We set MV at 600W) on 13 minutes... My plate was full of slices. I think it would have been possible to add another 1-2 minutes easily, but there were no raw potatoes. The inside is ready, the crust is dried on top. I didn't have enough for a couple of minutes ... (in short, see for yourself.)
She put the plate on a high wire rack. I have a Samsung with convection, and a max power of 900 watts.
Mirabel
MachaWill definitely try your recipe! I somehow do not get anything sensible in this plate.
If it doesn't bother you. write, what else are you cooking in it.

Macha, I will definitely try your recipe! I somehow do not get anything sensible in this plate.

This is not my recipe, this is a recipe for the "Slim fry" auto-program (as I understand it, literally "slim potatoes", but if humanly "thin crust"). Samsung oven, it has two modes aimed at healthy lifestyle. Here is this one and another "healthy food" with autorecipes.
I also cooked in the same way sweet potato (also from the instruction modes, but no longer autoprog):
1. Cut the sweet potato like a potato - into large cubes. About 200g cooks in 10-11 minutes on combi mode 450W + Grill.
2. Put it on a creeps plate (without greasing it) and greased the sweet potato with a brush with butter, sprinkled with spices. A plate on a high wire rack.
In fact, I liked the sweet potato even more than the similarly cooked potato. After all, it is rather dry from deep fat.
Until I see a strong grill from the creeps plate, it is the thin crust. But for the time being I can withstand the time according to the instructions, everything has time to be prepared, it will be necessary to add time ...

There are Fried Vegetables in the instructions. I haven't cooked it yet, but I'll write, you never know who wants to try ... and write here about the result.
300g (zucchini, eggplant, pepper, pumpkin), cut into slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle. Crips plate with vegetables on a high wire rack and cook these 300g for 9-11 minutes. Attention! in GRILL mode.
Curiously, no microwaves are recommended here.
I also noticed that in my instructions, none of the recipes says to grease the plate itself.

Mirabel
MachaThank you very much!
I cooked sweet potatoes today. It turned out deliciously delicious, but completely without a crust, but just very tender. Most likely, time needs to be added.
I'll try vegetables and potatoes too.
If you have anything else to cook, please don't forget about us.

Girls, I'm completely confused ... And if I have a VVK micra and there are such modes, will it work? Maybe someone will tell you ... Microwave crisp plate
P.S.The first one is a combined microwave and grill, well, the second one can be seen that microwaves and convection ..
Zima
Today I generally used only microwaves. Previously turned on microwaves + grill, but apparently the grill is weak for me. In my oven, the effect of a frying pan is obtained, it is fried from below, almost not on top. Flip to toast on both sides.

I join the question: someone uses this miracle dish in the microwave NOT Whirlpool?
Does it make sense to buy it if you have grill, convection and combi modes?
Melanyushka
I use. Quite recently, I suddenly became interested in cooking on such a plate, although I have known about it for a long time, probably about 15 years, but somehow there was no keen interest in it before. My microwave is the most common - Samsung, microwaves, grill, combi, there are no "cook" modes, only power and time, everything else is in manual mode. I now have two sizes of crisp plates - large 29cm and 19cm. I cook mainly grilled vegetables, very different, with mushrooms too. The family really likes the potatoes cooked on a crisp plate, I don't turn anything over, I don't stir it during the cooking process, just grease the pieces of potato with butter - it turns out fried from below, slightly golden on top, soft inside, completely cooked. The chicken, the fish, for my taste, comes out rather dry, maybe it has not adapted yet, it is necessary to play with the power-time, maybe it is necessary to marinate somehow before cooking. Cutlets, meatballs are fine. For now, I just take any recipe for the oven and try to adapt it to the microwave. I really like to steam in the microwave, it saves time. I want to try biscuits, rolls in the microwave. Everywhere it is written that it is prepared literally in a matter of minutes. Girls, maybe someone has a practical experience of baking biscuits, rolls in the microwave, please share.
