Wow! To your health! I am always glad to share information! I have been using it from the very beginning when buying a microwave oven, I was looking for such a model so that it was included in the kit. Then (8 years ago) it was difficult to find one and it was expensive. But 2 years ago, they also bought my mother a Whirlpool with a crisp plate - now they are much more affordable and there are more companies to choose from!

To make it clearer what we are talking about, I will quote here my post from another topic.

Girls, I wrote about the crisp plate here
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2773.0

It's practically a Teflon pan, but for microwave. I had it in my kit. I bake everything in the microwave with it, and quickly and very rosy.
You can make baked goods (charlotte turns out to be so airy, without meringue on top, as in the oven), meat, wings are gorgeous, depending on the cooking time, you can bring the product to the state of a crouton - my love these wings for beer. And it does not need to be warmed up like AG before cooking, so time is saved great! Now such CRISP dishes go to many microwave ovens, and when I bought microwave, it was a novelty.

Here I had an old photo of meat in French cooked in it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8930.0

Oh, Anastasia, I will also come to you with thanks for the information about the crisp plate. I have been lying from the date of purchase, for several years, in the top cabinet on the top shelf. When I bought it from the instructions, I didn't really understand anything, but yesterday I took it out and fried the potatoes - as tasty as from a deep fryer, and poured a little oil, less than in a frying pan. I wanted to ask you about cooking on it - did I correctly understand that you need to pour a little oil? Do not tell me the recipe for meat in French, it looks too appetizing.

To your health! Girls, and I'm already wearing out the second frying pan, that's how often I cook on it! The second one was specially ordered at the Virpula service center, when the first one was completely worn out and the Teflon was completely worn out.
Now I'm telling you how I cook in it, don't pour butter into the pan. For example, potatoes are either purchased frozen (I do not defrost them! I like French-made slices in a peel-potatoes in a country style) or self-handed potato slices I sprinkle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with seasoning for potatoes and sprinkle on a crisp plate. And in the microwave (on the combination grill + microwave)

Meat in French-elementary-meat-pork, beaten, salt, pepper on both sides and put on a crisp plate. Top onion rings, mayonnaise on top of onion and grated cheese on top. And in the microwave for a combined mode (grill + microwaves)

And be sure to try making chicken wings, there are 2 options, some are juicy, but without a crispy crust, others are almost a roach to beer, both delicious, but each in its own way.

Option 1 - here you can use the seasonings you like - I usually marinate the wings in a mixture of ketchup, honey, salt or soy sauce, pepper and garlic. After marinating, put it right on the CRISP plate and fry until the result suits you. But it won't be crispy.

Option 2 - wash the wings, dry them, do not wet or grease them with anything else, but take dry seasoning for chicken and sprinkle all the wings thoroughly with this seasoning. I love this seasoning the most. Put it on a dry CRISP plate and bake until it crisps for about 20 minutes. Do not be afraid - they will not stick to the plate - they will still melt so much fat from them.

Only thanks to the CRISP plate, and the CRISP mode is just microwaves + grill, which is found in almost every modern microwave oven. So by purchasing a CRISP plate, you can also cook.

Anastasia well and here Microwave crisp plate This is some kind of a revolution in my head. I knew the sponge cake recipe, I always cooked in the oven, and then 7 minutes and oops. This dish can be safely called "a guest on the doorstep". I cooked half without apples - my daughter doesn't like apple biscuit. And I also got the idea that you can quickly bake 2 pieces and smear with some cream. Thank you Anastasia for the recipe for the wings - I was ashamed to ask a question about them last time. And now it’s a coincidence that I just bought such a seasoning the other day, thinking about what to adapt it to. I will try. Anastasia is some kind of expansion of horizons. The one that I bow to you.

Something GUGL didn’t give anything good about the creeps plate annoyingly, where to look for it

And Yandex found

"WHAT IS" CRISP "AND" DOUBLE RADIATION "? Some manufacturers have microwave ovens, in addition to the grill, have additional functions under the names" Plate Crusty "or" Crisp "(which translates from English as" Crust "). In this function, as the name suggests, a special metal plate is involved, which heats up to 200 degrees, due to microwave radiation, and fries like a frying pan. And at least two manufacturers (by the way, they cannot share this invention in any way) have a proud phrase on microwave ovens - "Double radiation". The microwave source is bifurcated, and it is believed that this increases the efficiency "

Microwave crisp plate
alyona
I have a question about the crisp plate.
I need it in microwave-convection combi mode.
I bake pizza in this mode. I'm baking on a glass pizza plate. The dough sticks to the plate itself, so I cover the plate with parchment. The result would be quite satisfactory, if not for the white bottom, without a crust.

In the operating book it is written that in this mode a golden crust forms on the crisp plate, and on the Internet on the forum people write that no.

This dish is not in my model.
It is possible to order from the service.

A question for the owners of this wonderful plate: will I have a golden brown crust on my pizza? After all, when making pizza, I put the raw dough on a plate, and then put the plate in a preheated micra. That is, in this case, I cannot preheat the plate, without the pizza.

I wrote a little chaotic, I understand that when heating frozen pizza, you can preheat the plate, and the brown crust will turn out, but I wanted to clarify that I need to cook the pizza myself, and immediately put it on the plate, without warming up.
Gaby
Alyona is about to come Anastasia and educate in this matter. She advised me, but I haven't cooked yet. According to the instructions, this plate can be heated for 3 minutes, it is teflon-coated and warmed up to 200 degrees during cooking. On the advice of Anastasia, I did a lot of things on this plate and a sponge cake in 7 minutes, fried potatoes with a minimum of oil are obtained as from a deep fat fryer, fried wings without oil are all very tasty, but I haven't baked the pizza yet. It is my post that I do not agitate, I do not advertise, but I share my admiration for this plate.
THANK YOU again to Anastasia!

I was baking pizza without heating my plate. The top is rosy, the bottom is not rosy. But in finished pizzas, the bottom is also not rosy.
alyona
Gabi, tell me
You laid out a biscuit on a preheated plate,
or in the traditional way - into a cold and heated micron?

anina, that the bottom is completely white?
Anastasia
Girls, I don't heat my plate and my pies, pies, pizza and cookies below are browning normally! Although I also read in the instructions that it is possible to heat the plate, but I am scared to put the plate without anything and turn on the microwave. Maybe I just keep it for longer, so my bottom browns well enough? But as for the biscuit, I will say that I also have it only reddened on top, and there is a crust on the bottom, but thin and everything in the end remains on this crisp plate - the biscuit's crust is so tender. I photographed cookies from the microwave here, I wanted to post a photo, but the memory card is not readable. If her husband revives her in the evening, I'll post it.
Gin
mother-in-law has a Samsung microwave with such a plate. only now I found out what it was called - a teflon round protrusion with as if rubberized bottom and sides outside.
I now miss this plate - it's very convenient - food does not stick to the non-stick coating (well, if only especially fried parts) and can be used in combined modes.
I looked on the Internet - I only came across offers from Whirlpool. hmm ... but it was in Samsung!
at the expense of the bottom of the pizza - my bottom remained light. although, of course, how to fry
I don’t know what’s special about the food that is prepared on it, I personally did not notice anything.
but the indisputable advantage is the ability to use this dish in microwave mode! and it sticks to it much less than to a glass baking sheet
Gaby
Alyona, I wrote about warming up the plate, but I never warmed it up myself - obviously I confused everyone, it was just that the instructions were written, but why it is not clear.Anastasia advised to grease the bottom just a little bit with butter, pour the dough over the pastries. I did just that. Read all the pages of this topic - you will find a lot of interesting things, by the way Anastasia exhibited photos of even fried cutlets (without oil), fried chicken wings - so rosy. I discovered for myself that sunflower seeds can be fried in the microwave (BUT NOT ON A CRISP PLATE), of course. Good luck!
alyona
Anastasia, Gin, Gabi,
thanks a lot for the answers.

Even if this plate won't brown when baked, it's a great alternative to glass and ceramics.
And then I was tortured to cover the dishes with paper.
I bake pizza in a combi-mode with microwaves.
And I bake the biscuit in a microwaves on one convection mode.
Here, a baking sheet is in use, and Teflon molds, and silicone (although silicone can be used in world mode)

Conclusion - you need to order. I will contact the Samsung service center.
Gaby
Alyona, a special pen is still needed for the crisp plate - be sure to turn back a few pages, Anastasia gave a link to this pen. If I can't open it, I'll take a picture and put mine.
Flip the barberry a few pages - I put my biscuit there, its thickness is about 2 cm, and I also made a biscuit cake from two cakes like this, smeared with cream between myself. And convection is not needed for this baking.

Thank you. I also baked a biscuit for the cake in a slow cooker, but I was interested in the opportunity to make something from the baked one in 7 minutes. I thought. that convection is required for baking in the microwave. I'm looking for a crisp plate. Charlotte fast is great!

Both a plate and a pen for it in Moscow are sold in a store in North Butovo, I also gave it the address 🔗
alyona
Gaby, why do you need a handle for a crisp cymbal?
If for convenience, it is not necessary, but desirable.
Or is it meant for something important?

There is also a deep crisp plate under the link, this is the thing!
It is good to bake cakes in it, I guess.
Gaby
Alenka's plate heats up very much and in order to get it out of the microwave this handle is needed, in general, it is needed for convenience. For example, I laid out the potatoes with a little bit of butter, sprinkled with salt and set for 5 minutes, then I took out the potatoes, mixed them and put them in the microwave again for 5 minutes. Then you can still for 5 minutes for a ruddy look. The plate is very hot, as I already wrote, it warms up to 200 degrees.
alyona
Gaby, thanks, good thing.

And I take everything out with a towel the old fashioned way Volume in the microwave
much less than in the oven. Already burned more than once.
After all, glass and cake molds also get very hot.

Of course there is such a thing as a potholder mitten, but the easy ways are not for us. Yes, and I do not have this miracle.

I'll order a plate first. And then I'll think about the pen.
Hopefully the handle is versatile and will work with other brands of cymbals,
Samsung for example ...

Anastasia, Gabi! Please tell me for those on the armored train. If charlotte, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp. flour and 3 eggs - beat all together? I beat the proteins separately in this recipe, but in the case of the CRISP plate, it will probably climb over the edge? Do not need to cover the plate during baking? And the CRISP mode is probably in my LG COMBI ... And there are three of them. Choose the most powerful one?

In the case of charlotte, I beat everything together - I don't divide into whites and yolks. You cannot cover the plate - it will not brown on top. Yes, COMBI microwave + grill mode. With power, the question is, what is the most powerful power in this mode? I have 900 watts.

The most interesting thing is that I also had my plate in the far corner for 8 years, and my microwave oven was also without convection, just like you. And it's definitely worth a try, turn a few pages back, there Anastasia showed what you can do in it, and I showed that I baked. By the way, when I tried to bake a biscuit for the first time, I was afraid that it would rise a lot.

Definitely worth it! After all, you will not lose anything to lose, but if you also like it, you will be happy to use one more function of the microwave! Last year, we also gave my mom a Whirlpool with a crisp plate included, but without convection, and everything is being prepared absolutely normally. So convection is not at all important here!

And I recently baked pies with a liver.
There were many of them. Baked simultaneously in a gas oven and in a microwave oven on convection mode.
So, from the microwave, pies are tastier, softer and rounder!

By the way, biscuits, meringues and pies with the advent of the microwave are cooked only in it.

Once again, please answer those who have crisp plates with a diameter of 29-31 cm
in Samsung or Whirlpool microwave ovens.
I need a model and serial number.

Model certifications do not indicate the diameter of the plate itself.
There is a rotary table diameter - 28, 36, 40 cm.
Are the plates the same diameter as the turntable or smaller?

Anastasia, I will try this option too, if I don't get anything in the service in my city. Thank you.
Gin
alyona, we bought a 30 cm diameter crisp plate from Samsung for LG last week. The plate just needs to be no larger than the turntable. We have a rotary table diameter of 34cm.
The diameter of the native bioceramic dish is 30cm. Accordingly, we also purchased a plate with a diameter of 30 cm.

I just want to share my misfortune! After reading about your crisp plates, I decided that this is the edge for me too! I was especially struck, for some reason, by Anastasia's cutlets. I ordered this miracle on the Internet and they sent it to me right away. Well, I decided not to give up right away, put some cutlets and bought frozen fries ... Aha! Dreaming! In what modes I did not cook - nothing worked for me! I almost starved my child to death.
