  • Hello! I will share my recipe for making pizza in the microwave! Honestly, I haven't eaten pizza tastier, I've been cooking for many years (since 1998). I have \ "Moulinex \", power 1100 W, capacity 27 liters, equipped with an automatic programming device \ "Dialog \" and a manual control device!
  • 200 g flour, 10 g yeast (I use Pacmaia), 1/2 tsp. salt and 120 ml of warm water. Stir for 2 minutes until the dough is airy. I make the dough for several pizzas at once (respectively, I multiply all the products by the number of pizzas), then I divide the dough by the same number of pies and put the resulting koloboks in a bowl, cover with a towel. The dough should stand for 15 minutes.
  • Then I take 1 piece of dough, roll it out and put it in a glass form (round, especially for pizza), pre-oiled with vegetable oil. I put it so that it works with the sides. I spread the frying on the dough (from onions fried in vegetable oil with tomato or ketchup or peeled tomatoes), then - a layer of cheese (grated), then - a layer of mushrooms (slightly baked in a frying pan so that the liquid boils away), then - a layer of sausage (I put boiled meat in cubes or boiled meat in cubes), sprinkle with herbs to taste, then - a layer of cheese, on top - mayonnaise (I put it in a plastic bag and make a little ma-a-a-scarlet hole in the corner, and how I would paint with mayonnaise on pizza), then - just like mayonnaise - ketchup.
  • I turn on the microwave in the "air" mode at a temperature of 250 degrees to warm it up for about 10 minutes (until it warms up to 250 degrees). During this time, the prepared pizza will fit slightly and then you can put it on the grid (low) and turn on the micro + air mode at a power of 170 W at a temperature of 250 degrees - about 15 minutes (I choose \ "Pizza \" in the Dialogue mode, diameter 28 cm , cook). And I'm waiting ...
  • Yes, a small addition: I cook in 2 molds at once: in a pizza mold and in a lid from a microvoltage saucepan (the same diameter - 26-28 cm). Therefore, I immediately make 2 pizzas, while one is baking, the second is suitable. As soon as I pulled the first one, I put the second one.

I also don't like "wet" dough. In this recipe, this is not felt, the dough bakes very well and there is no such effect!
I did not bake on two gratings, in my microvoltage it is impossible, since either a low or a high grate is placed! Try first on one grill, find out its true taste and appearance, and then on two! If it works out, I will be very happy! I understand that it is hard to imagine something without a photo (I love to see it myself !!!), I will bake and exhibit it in the near future !!!
