Pilaf in the microwave

Ingredients

Meat (beef, lamb, chicken) 300 gr.
Onion 2 pcs.
Carrot 200 gr.
Vegetable oil 60 gr.
Parboiled polished rice 300 gr.
Water 420 g
Condiments taste

Cooking method

  • * Cut the meat and onions into small cubes, cut the carrots into strips, put in a deep dish, add oil, close the lid and simmer at 60% power for 20-25 minutes.
  • * Rinse the rice in advance and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • * Add hot water, spices and seasonings to cooked meat with vegetables.
  • * Boil at 100% power for 5 minutes.
  • * Place the rice in the cooked meat and cover with the lid.
  • * Let it boil at 100% power for 5-6 minutes.
  • * When the water has boiled off the surface of the rice, reduce the power to 60% and keep the dish in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. After cooking, stir, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
