The first time I did it with convection and upper heating - inside the plasticine is not baked, in silicone molds the bottom is like boiled, in the metal the bottom is decent, but the middle is the same. The second time I increased the temperature by 20 degrees, without convection with upper and lower heating - the top and bottom even darkened in silicone, in the middle without changes. Maybe lower the temperature (how much?) And bake longer (how much?) Or some other trick.Even my cottage cheese cookies are not baked - when the circle is sprinkled with sugar, cut into sectors, the curls are twisted. And the problem is with the curd dough, there are no particular complaints about the rest. Here's what to do?

2. It is I who chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator before molding and laying on baking sheets - margarine heats up very quickly and can give such plasticine

3. Do not sin on cottage cheese - I make homemade, ferment milk with kefir on the fungus ... All baked goods turn out fine
