Cucumbers with chili ketchup

Ingredients

cucumbers
water 5 tbsp.
vinegar 9% 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp.
salt 2 tbsp. l.
chili ketchup 1 pack
dill
peppercorns
Bay leaf

Cooking method

  • Boil water, vinegar, sugar, salt and chili ketchup. While the marinade is being prepared, we are preparing the cucumbers. Put dill, bay leaf, peppercorns at the bottom of a liter jar and fill it with small cucumbers to the top. Fill with hot marinade and set to sterilize for 7-10 minutes. Then we roll up the cans.
