Girls, and I suddenly suddenly bought a rabbit. Well, I had to. I want to make something of it for "hot", otherwise these chops, grill, shish kebab, etc. are already tired. Suggest a delicious rabbit recipe

Kara, eg, HERE.
Albina
Kara, I make it easier. I take a rabbit and cut it into pieces. I put it in a cartoon or a brazier (this is when there was no multi) to grow. oil. Top onions and carrots. The carcass, depending on the "youth" of the rabbit, 1 - 1.5 hours. For 8-10 minutes before readiness, add dill, sour cream if desired.
Mikhaska
Albina, thanks for the recipe! Holidays are big and, among other things, the rabbit is also waiting for its turn. So I'm looking for a recipe for how to make it easier.
Albina
This week did so rabbit. Was young and frozen. There was no time for defrosting at all. I cut it, folded it into a cartoon and cooked for 1 hour.
Chamomile
Mikhaska, grandfather and grandmother bred rabbits and we often cooked them. I liked it better without vegetables, just with spices and sour cream. Or the sauce was prepared: melt butter the size of a walnut in a pan, add 2 tbsp. l. flour and continue to heat while stirring. Then add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, interfering with bringing to a boil and turning off. When the rabbit is ready, pour it over with this sauce, bring to a boil and turn it off.
Mikhaska
Chamomile1, Olya! This is how I cook with the sauce. Only, of course, we put vegetables. Thanks for sharing!
And at Albins yet another recipe. I must try to diversify my dancing with a rabbit, or something ...
Happy girls!
Kara
Girls, thank you very much for the recommendations I'll try to cook on them tomorrow

Oooh, Natasha, with wine. I'll add an open bottle of Pino at the same time. Thank you!

Oh yeah!!! Stifado !!! Delicious !!! Natus, when she already made this dish! Now all of a sudden I realize that I will cook the rabbit according to your recipe, and not according to the previously planned one!
By the way, I'll go and take you a thank you for the rabbit, otherwise I don't remember if I said thank you!
Jouravl
You can cook a rabbit with a mango. I love this dish very much - it is light and tasty. Cut the rabbit into portions, peel and cut the mango into pieces. Marinate for 3 hours in white wine, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, curry, pepper, salt. Wrap each piece in foil, put the mango pieces, add 2-3 ice cubes and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve to the table in foil.
The recipe is also gastronomic, Sometimes, in the absence of mango, I make it with oranges.
Rabbit meat turns out to be the most tender and juicy.

Jouravl, on occasion, issue this with a separate recipe. I like it, but I'm afraid it will be forgotten. It shouldn't!

Ikra, Irish will issue later. I cook it often. While I fulfill my wishes .. I marinated the duck, I will make it in cherry sauce. If I have time to take a picture, I'll post it.

Jouravl, duck too - a must! Now that's only at Rady-dms in the thread about Portorož I read about such a duck - it was in their hotel on the Christmas menu. Hit of the season, it turns out!
