Sugar 65g
Instant yeast 6g
Dough:
Opara
Butter + margarine 100+125
Sugar 200g
Eggs (yolks only) 4 things.
Sour cream 150g
Vanillin to taste
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Flour 900g
Raisins

Cooking method

  • About 20 years ago, I was given this recipe! And he reminded me, Easter cakes from childhood !!!
  • And so: We start the dough, we need it to rise and sit down! Dough: All the dough, then add everything else ... knead in the kneader ... let the dough rise once, then add the soaked raisins, and put them in the molds .. distance .. and bake. I baked in the oven at 150 degrees for 40-50 minutes, you have to look at your oven.

I haven't baked Easter cakes for a long time, they've stopped eating .. A question about yolks ... yolks from 4 eggs ... is this a lope? I just baked cakes yesterday where the yolks were indicated both in pieces and in grams ... and so "my" yolks obviously did not reach the "prescription" ones, I had to add one by one to the "grams" ... maybe here I can take from 5?

Great recipe! Kneading the dough by hand, the flour is just soft, fat, lovely! True for 40 grams. I put more sugar, sweet - just how I like it! Thank you! I recommend everyone to try this cake!





And yes, who asked about raisins - on about, 5 servings put 50 grams. and zhmenka homemade candied fruits, just in moderation!
