Igor, no, I didn't succeed.
Sails, Helen, did you really press, did you feel the moment of pressing? Maybe you just didn't get on the micrik?
CASPER
It looks like they did not understand me, it is located on the stove body on the top right and left along the hole for fixing the door and the second on the right below to control the closing of the door on the door itself, such as a triangular protrusion, when closing it and presses on this mikrik, so he hooligan to press something with plastic or wooden.

I went to the kitchen. I saw this hole. I chose a program, the door is open, I pressed a micrik, the stove started working. I closed the door, opened it, closed it, opened it .... And the stove continued to work))))) I turned it off. I tried to turn it on, and she programmed everything, but did not turn on. It looks like Lena's. I thought that I had finished badly)))))) Until I just pressed the micrik again, but corrected the metal plate inside the hole (it just presses the micrik inside the stove). And everything worked fine for me. It looks like the problem is just with this metal plate, it just needs to be corrected. It is perfectly visible in the hole. I was poking around with a metal knitting needle.
Sails
Yeah, but I was also digging into the upper holes, so there the door latches went somewhere, and now the door does not close completely (I was poking around on the case in the holes, and not on the door.) In general, such handles as at me, it is contraindicated to poke in any holes. Well, okay, it's all the same - repair. Can you tell me, in steamer mode, at the end the water should stand in the stove at the bottom of the case. I collected it so well with a cloth, squeezed it three times. Or is it also some kind of malfunction?

Lena! The main thing is you now know that the issue is not in the temperature sensor)))) Negative experience is also an experience
If the temperature sensor flew, the stove would not turn off. Would warm the shadows and not turn off. The repair will be easier.

I did not use a double boiler at the smallest setting. I use medium and maximum mode, the temperature there is higher, and therefore more water evaporates. At the bottom, it certainly settles. But it is easier than washing a regular steamer (water also runs down there). Then I rubbed it inside and that's it. It doesn't bother me)))
Sails
Lena, it doesn't bother me too much. I used it on the second level. If this is the norm, then it's good, I'll know. It's just that there is a recess on the body at the bottom in the far right corner, so I thought that water should only be there. So in this regard, everything is ok, thanks.

It's okay, that's the way it should be.

This is not just a groove)))) This is a gutter (read the instructions). Slightly higher, above the gutter, is the water supply pipe. The heating element that generates steam is located under the trough. Water from the tube enters the heated chute, steam is generated, which fills the furnace chamber. When cooled down, the steam settles to the bottom, the excess falls into the catchment. It is also a decorative panel mounted on the front legs of the stove. By the way, do not forget to take it off, drain and wash it.
And there is a special program for cleaning the gutter
Sails
Yeah, now I understand everything. Thanks everyone. I haven’t studied all the instructions yet
Sedne
They brought me this miracle. Hurrah!!!

Listen, but here it is possible (as in a micro with steam from Panasonic) to turn on convection and put steam for 3 minutes, that is, not all convection with steam, but just put steam on a little?

(And you can figure it out with programs)

And I covered the pan with Teflon rugs (cut out to the size of the bottom), and decided to try the Healthy Fry mode and baked curd pancakes from the recipe book. Time, though a little more is needed, since I love tanned ones. And so, it's delicious, now I'm eating it with sour cream.Panasonic NU-SC101 Steam Convection Oven

Everything is very simple. Immediately turn on the convection mode (without warming up, the stove is already warmed up) temperature 230 *, time 5 minutes. Just enough to brown. But for me it is already delicious and beautiful))) Wonderful cottage cheese pancakes turned out!

Sails, Helen, pay attention there to the forms for portioned omelet (also from the recipe book). The molds are slightly larger in diameter than the crème brulee molds. I was looking for the right size for a long time. I found the most suitable ones in Metro. And they cost 99 rubles.

Hello everybody! Also today in the morning I saw this Nusenka with a good discount. I knew about Lena Kubanochka's sausage that it turns out well. Long dreamed of this stove. And now I still need it to ferment at the exact temperature I need. So I didn't understand ... Girls, educate me, plz ... Is it possible to set the temperature in the Fermentation mode - 56 degrees, for example. And what is the temperature range on the Fermentation program, if any.

A.lenka, now specially went and played this mode. If I understood everything correctly, then the temperature in the "fermentation" mode is not optional, it is standard - 40 degrees, it is only possible to select and change the time up to 12 hours.
If I checked something wrong, girls correct it!
A.lenka
Ilmira, I also studied the instructions, and did not see the possibility of setting the temperature. Therefore, I clarified. Although it's strange ... they (Panasonic) position this mode, including for proving dough ...

Or maybe there is some other program where you can keep the temperature 30+?

A.lenka, if you are not urgent right now, then I can scroll through the entire machine a little later. programs and write to you. I'm just going to run away from home now.
A.lenka
Ilmira, not urgent ... I'm thinking for now.
I think I still have a week - for "maturation" ...

I just do not know all of its capabilities, it is useless for me to study theoretically, I need to do it right away in practice.

Is there no manual setting of temperature and time?
A.lenka, Lenus, there are automatic programs and manual selection. Only the temperature selection range for convection is from 100 to 230 degrees. At fermentation 40 *. The temperature is lower on the steamer. Time can be set differently. Steamer only maximum steam - 30 minutes maximum. The water supply in the tank is calculated for this time. On convection, the time range is more than 30 minutes))).
A.lenka
kubanochka, Lenochka, thanks! In general, I realized that it would not suit my tasks with leavens. And on what program then do you cook sausage in this stove?
Ilmirushka
I try and get used to it. For a dietary dinner, I have a steamed chicken breast.
Unfolded fillets, sprinkled with seasonings, beat off with "cloves".
because of laziness convenience, covered the baking sheet with foil.
Convection + steam program with two dashes (medium), time 25 minutes, temperature seems to have been 210 degrees.

This is the very first time I baked the breast on a plate. It's okay, but then you eat it out, and put it hot, but that's so ... little things. I gradually fall in love with the stove for its not beauty, but work

I continue to master. For tea, ordinary puffs from ready-made dough.
Convection "temperature 210, time 25 minutes, these figures turned out to be average because at first the temperature and time were different.
In the process, I had to add both.
