I bought myself a new mini-oven, I found only one review, there were mistakes in the characteristics, I took it at my own peril and risk, I hope everything will be fine,
made a video review, maybe it will come in handy for someone.

Today we tried to bake bread, did not bake a little, set t as in an old stove, but apparently the heating of the GF is not aggressive, I will adjust, in general I like the stove very much, the only 2 minuses for me are t from 100 and in position 4 the door is not fixed but falls on the table, but I think I will adapt myself with time and make friends with my new assistant

Crown, Gemlux had electronic control with a set of programs, but it was 26 liters, the GF was 30 liters, but I would not say that it is much larger, yes, and the depth and width are almost the same, by weight it seemed to me that the GF lighter and stronger body, the Gemlux's sides seemed to be "softer" or something))
the heating also seemed not as aggressive as in the Gemlux, very convenient control, the video showed all the modes, what I needed, convection can be turned on or off in the process and the heating also changed the top-bottom and t, the Gemlux had to cancel the program and expose everything in a new way.
Gemlux had no coating inside, it was terrible to wash it, here the coating is black, and I was tempted by it, although there were no illusions, because any coating is scratched, I hope it will last a long time.
I also liked the Gemlux, it just broke, I had to choose something, having experience of use I decided to take a little more volume, inside it is black and with mechanical control, I liked it.
Cirre, I have filmed a video of chicken baked in salt, after the weekend I will edit and post it, today relatives come to visit for the weekend, so now there is no time.

In general, the oven passed this test, I think the next time you can immediately set t 220-230 * with convection for 40-50 minutes.

I continue to test my stove, today I baked pies with fish filling, I fried pieces of fish with onions, added greens,
simple dough, sour cream, sl. butter, a pinch of salt and sugar, baking powder and flour
First, I set t 190 *, set the timer for 25 minutes,
but after 20 minutes I changed t to 200 and added another 5 minutes, in total, the pies were baked for 30 minutes,
I think it's a long time, because the filling was ready, next time I will immediately put 200 * for 20 minutes
