blagorod, of course, it was a little besieged by additives, in addition, onions have phytoncidal properties, and although they are not as evil as just onions, they can slow down the development of yeast. Spinach, as far as I understand the acidic environment, is, in principle, not bad, but this is better for rye flour, on the other hand, it is not bad for whole grain flour, we will consider it neutral like paprika. My subjective opinion: next. Once on this recipe, add another 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. yeast or fry the onions in the oil that is prescribed for the recipe and pour the oil and onions into the dough.

Nice holes, the onions do not stand out as much on a greenish background as on plain wheat bread.

It is noticeable, but the mromor did not work, apparently also because my onion was cut into half rings, and not into cubes. I found a photo to compare, but I certainly don't have a gorgeous crust

I baked a chocolate cake with raisins, walnuts and cranberries in a bread machine. It turned out delicious, the only thing, I doubted the recipe and added more liquid (the recipe had 30 ml of milk), as a result I had to bake not 1:20, but 1:40 and held the cake in the cooling oven for a while. I made a fruit cake according to the recipe from a book from a bread machine, only added a little cocoa and used kefir instead of milk.

There according to the recipe:
200 g eggs (three pieces large)
200 g butter
180 g sugar (took cane sugar)
30 ml of milk (took kefir)
200 g dried fruit
300 g flour
baking powder (I have 1 teaspoon of soda slaked with vinegar)

I liked the combination of cranberry and cocoa, vanilla also sounds good here.

Perhaps because of this new lid, the cake bakes evenly and makes the crust the same thickness on all sides, although I have nothing to compare with, this is the first bread maker.

I did not follow the recipe and added 70-100 ml of kefir instead of 30 ml of milk, as a result I baked longer than it was written according to the recipe.

Why bought

From the bread makers, I have two Moulinexochki Starozhil with baguette holders, molds for pits and muffins and RZ for round bread (with a large bucket; a program for storing the dough in three temperature modes, etc.)
I've never had a Panasonic oven. I have the most general idea about them. I've heard a lot of good reviews, for example:

Quote: Anna5311
I love Panasik very much, I have it for sure about 10 years old, it is completely without problems, it is not necessary to adjust and modify recipes at all. I'm not worried about him, I threw all the ingredients and forgot until the end of the program, the crust is always thin. ... But if someday the Panasik fails, I will not hesitate to buy it again to help the mullet!
Quote: Anna5311
Marysya27, but Panasik is still needed
And so it so happened that there was an urgent need to use automatic bread programs with a stable result. Many people like my Mulinekschki, but: "I threw all the ingredients and forgot until the end of the program" is not their strong point.
I decided to look at Panasiki. Moreover, during the holidays there were discounts on them.

Why model 2000

First I looked at models 2511 and 2512. I stopped at 2511.Confused by the dispensers. With all the understanding of the convenience of their presence, I have a "fad". There were reports from the owners that they were sometimes removed for the freedom to rise the dough, covering the open area with foil. I have a gas oven with an upper grill, which, for all its usefulness, "eats" the height of the oven. Sometimes it gets in the way. In xn I would not like such a repetition
In earlier models, the roof is flat, but fewer programs. Perhaps this is somehow limiting.
Then I saw new items, models 2000 and 2522. Here I was completely confused.
2522 is a gorgeous madam with all sorts of charms: two stirrers, two modes, two dispensers, a variety of programs. And all this wealth, + at a "luxurious" price, only for a small size bread? It seemed too sophisticated to me.
Model 2000. What tipped the scales:
flat "roof";
features of the bucket (rounded bottom) and the shape of the mixer (similar to the mixer in HP RZ);
the possibility of two sizes of bread M and L;
the presence of two modes (with a crust and normal);
variety of programs;
somehow lower price.
* I would also like:
the presence of a separate program for baking in the crispy mode;
well, more for "playing", a mixer for rye bread and the "Compote" mode (he was very much praised)

Acquaintance

She opened the box. The first thing I did was sit down to read the instructions, because I heard that the Panasiks had their own peculiarities of exploitation.
The instruction is good, understandable, detailed. I was very pleased with the table "Menu Schemes and Baking Options" indicating the time intervals of the processes.
* There is a small "but": the number and time of intermediate strokes is not indicated. Without them, there is no clarity and integrity of the presentation, only the overall picture. We'll have to empirically determine when time permits.
Puzzled by the "durum flour" in the recipes. After multiple leafing through, I decided that I probably meant coarse flour. Although also marvelous. But I didn't have it. So I just used flour.
I was sooo upset, I thought that I would return the stove without unpacking, tomorrow when I saw the size of the bread. It turns out: "500g - L; 400g - M"
And what, "eggplant is not green?"
I was sure that M-500g, and L-750g. And then 100g difference Not "Feng Shui" at all
I came to my senses a little, revised the recipes again. I saw in some compositions: 200g + 200g of flour + 300ml of water + other things ...;
or: 250g + 250g flour + 260ml + 80ml water + 40g honey + 40g malt + ... other miscellaneous.
Obviously not for 400g of bread. A little relieved. Calmed down a bit. I decided that I would unpack it, take a look at the stove and the bucket, their potential capabilities.

I unpacked the stove. Beautiful, pretty, neat. The size is about the same as Moulinexochka (1.500kg) with baguette holders: about 3cm higher, but 3cm shorter in depth. The bucket is lovely (similar to RZ), and quite suitable for +/- 1kg
I was a little surprised by the asymmetry of the concavities on the bucket.

This time I cooked on the 1st program with a crispy crust. I did not remove the stirrer. The last workout was in 1h 35min. before the end of the program. Of these, 50 minutes. for baking. The kneading is not intense, a couple of turns, but after it you need to touch up the dough. And then in the center, at the point of attachment of the blade, a "funnel" is formed.
In the recipe: instead of water - water + whey (50/50); instead of sugar - 40g of honey; 2st. l. olive oil; without "Extra-R", but + 100 g of rye sourdough (at minus 50 g of water and flour each); 1.5h l. ground coriander (seeds run out); salt, yeast - no changes; only rye flour.
The bread turned out to be delicious, soft, slightly moist inside and with a crispy crust.
For comparison, I will try to cook this bread on the 1st program, but without a stirrer and on the "Rye bread" program.

Hello . Just registered. I haven't figured out how to use the site yet. I think this is fixable.
I bought Panasonic 2000khrustina. Yesterday I baked rye bread according to the recipe given in the instructions for the bread maker. I don’t know if it’s so or not. This is my first bread maker. What can I say: the bread came out delicious, but not very risen and hard. Rather, this crispy crust .. I think it is not very appropriate for this recipe. Something needs to be changed, but what?
Here, I think ...
Sabrina
Good afternoon, everyone on the 8th of March. Also just registered and immediately with a question. I ordered a stove in Wildbury, by the way, it was 17,500 rubles yesterday and today, it suits me very much in design, but after reading the forum yesterday I fell into frustration.

It turns out that there is less bread in it than in other models, in the photo it’s some kind of ugly and torn and very dark crust, and I was guided by the photo, as I understand from other bread makers, smooth neat bricks, it’s probably not enough to knead the dough there, and in general I like gray bread and sometimes rye bread, with additives, but here it turned out there was no rye mode, and the crust is very dark, and I always chose a lighter and softer crust in the store.

I have 2 teenage guys who eat a lot, that is, I always multiply the dough in recipes by two, otherwise it won't be enough. In general, I walk in the morning and get upset that probably this model does not suit me, and 2511 is not there now. Or is everything not as critical and scary as it seems to me?

How small is the bread? From the photo in the subject, it is not clear what size, how much test is obtained at a time and how long is it done?

The French regime, which also does not exist, is it a very necessary regime, or is it possible without it?

Can't make dumplings dough either? I didn't find such a regime, but I dreamed that at last I would make dumplings, the dough does not work out with my hands, the dumplings regime seems to be in all bread makers, and I did not even check the presence of this regime.

Thank you all in advance for your answers.
Mandraik Ludmila
Tkach1969, congratulations on joining the group of Panasik fans, and on the holiday at the same time Rye bread in any oven is not an easy task. Unfortunately, you have to help with your hands. Try this recipe, it contains quite a bit of wheat flour, it makes it easier to knead and even turns out almost a bun, but it tastes quite rye

Sabrina, happy holidays.
I have just 2511, and when I take Christina, then her - the second stove. There is not much bread in our family.
On the one hand, it is really small for your purposes. But about rye bread, it is generally still better to bake it in manual mode. That is, kneading on the dough with manual help with a silicone spatula, since the box does not work, the dough is like plasticine, then proofing on the service heating and then an hour of baking. Now, in general, I just knead on dumplings in my 2511, then the crossbar to the multicooker, I have a small Redmond rmc-01, it has yogurt proofing and pastries in the same place. So for pure rye bread, so that it turns out well, you have to "dance"
Sabrina
Mandraik Ludmila, and for what purposes will you take Christina? I'm just trying to figure out if I bought a 2511. why do I need this one? Just for the crust? If only for her, then it probably won't suit me, we don't like thick and hard crusts. Or are there some others?

there the crust is crispy, not like a stone, but if you do not need it, you can put it in a bag after the bread has cooled, the crust will be softer. Happy Holidays everyone!
