I want to buy a bread maker, choose between PANASONIC SD-ZB2512KTS and Panasonic SD-ZB2502BTS. The difference seems to be in the two programs and in the manufacturer. Knowledgeable, share your impressions

Ninelle
Natalia_Tambov, and who is the manufacturer of the new bread machine?
Natalia_Tambov
M-Video store declares that the manufacturer Malaysia
Ninelle
mmmmm ... I have 2502, China. Fie, fie, fie, five months (bakes twice a day) - normal flight. A new clone of mine, in my opinion, with slightly more advanced features.
Natalia_Tambov
To be honest, I don't know anything about the Malaysian assembly. The new model has two new programs, but the price is more expensive than 2502 by about 3000 rubles. On the other hand, the new model is still better?
Ninelle
I would take a new one, but it's up to you.
Natalia_Tambov
Thanks for the support!

If you pay 3000, then you need to know for sure for what... For "maybe" 300 is enough.

I agree, I really want to know, but probably you won't know until you buy. Again, probably!

What new programs are there?
Natalia_Tambov
As I understand it: Basic Filled Bread and Basic Low Yeast Bread. This is from programs. I don’t know the rest, I haven’t had a single bread machine yet.

It is unlikely that Panasonic has only one HP factory and it is located in China.

But Mr. Eldorado positions it as made in China, in how ... Whom to believe?

we do not have this model in Tambov in stock, only to order

Then take the risk. With all my attitude towards the Eldorado, I think that this store in this case is NOT lying. And don't be confused by China. This is a plant under Panas's control, not Dzin-dzian's uncle's shed.

Natalia, too, today began to look for what model to buy, and also stopped at this one, and I also suffer between 2502 and 2512)))) I have never had HP. But I am inclined to take 2512, since it is the last one, and, I hope, should not be worse than the already tried and beloved 2502.

Vasilika, I confess. I have not read it (I will read it, if possible), I will not do it again.
ps: but it's a pity, I think there are a bunch of useful reviews (in any area, not only HP), thanks to which you can make the right / not very correct))) (since a lot of things are "bought") the choice for yourself, or at least to make a decision

Good day. Last night, China received the long-awaited 2512 production. What a beauty she is. Of course she could not resist and at night put the first hlubushek. I chose Dairy in the main mode 01. She took out my noisy Khlebushek dispensary in the morning two hours after the end of the program. In forty minutes it cooled down, the crust that was damp was dry and became crispy. The bread is delicious, aromatic, slightly crumbly, not free-flowing. I really liked it!
Natalibah
Good day. Yesterday I bought 2512. Today I made bread. I chose the recipe like I did in Zelmer BM-1000 - white with bran. Since I thought that I was almost "experienced", I did not read the instructions very carefully, and loaded first liquid, then dry, I completely forgot about the yeast dispensary. And it turned out that in Zelmer this ratio was normal, and in 2512 I added 5 teaspoons of water. I put it on "French". The bread is awesome, high, the crust is baked evenly. In general, I am very pleased, at first I doubted whether it was necessary to change Zelmer (it was bought on March 8) if it bakes well, now I have no doubt.

I advise you to look at the instructions for the bread makers yourself.
I used 2501 from my brother 2502, the difference is 1 scapula and that's it! Pyok is all the same as him.
According to the recipes, I concluded that there is no difference in the new and old models (they changed the position "02 moved to 04" in the menu) !!! and 2502 you can simply add less yeast. I did it on 2501 and it worked out great.
Nikael
The difference between 2502 and 2512 in two programs and price. In 2512 there is "Low-yeast bread" and "Bread with a filling" And 2502 is currently out of production.

Hello everyone! Just bought a Panas 2512. and made the first recipe bread - "milk". Everything is wonderfully baked, the recipe is true, the stove is quiet, you can hardly hear it, yeast is flying out of the dispenser)) you don't need to wash the bucket after cooking - everything is clean Advise who knows how to switch to live yeast from dry yeast. Will the recipe change somehow?

I'm somewhat confused between live and compressed yeast, and it's too lazy to figure it out (kitty character). Therefore, I report on pressed yeast: 1.5 ... 2 g. per 100 gr. flour. Bread turns out
Natalibah
I made rye according to the recipe from the instructions, it turned out great, I didn't even expect it. The only thing I don't like is the yeast dispenser. It makes a lot of noise, and the yeast spills out when there is already a bun. And so it seems to me that the bread is not so fluffy when you throw the yeast immediately into the liquid.

The recipe will not change, only the amount of yeast. The ratio of live pressed to dry is approximately 3.3: 1, i.e. 3.3 g. live are equal to 1gr.dry. Deviations in the range from 3: 1 to 4: 1 are perfectly acceptable.

Please tell me, does this stove have a lid when it is closed, how is it fixed?
notglass
It just closes and that's it. There is no backlash. Bread does not raise it when baking. Why else should we fix it? And so everything is fine.

I wanted to ask questions, who knows what, please tell me:
1) After reading the instructions for the 2512th model, I realized that yeast must be put strictly into the dispenser. It turns out that this is the only way to do it in a bread machine with a yeast dispenser, but is yeast put in a bread machine without a dispenser at the same time with all the ingredients? Maybe it is better for bread to put yeast right away, at the beginning, in a common tab? Can this be done or does not make much sense?
2) Also, the instructions do not say anywhere that you can use live yeast, but only strictly dry. As I understand it, people do not pay attention to this and calmly break the rules, and put live yeast right away with flour? Live yeast, which is better than dry?
3) Is it possible to make Borodino bread in the 2512th bread maker? Find a dough recipe and choose a suitable program. But which one of all?
Natalibah
ZAJIGAEM8

I already wrote above that I do not like to pour yeast into the dispenser. If I make bread on a delayed start, then I put the yeast down under the flour, if I do it without a delayed start, then I throw the yeast directly into the water, while the oven is standing, the yeast swells, I like it better. Raw (pressed) yeast must be diluted in water. Borodinsky did it on the program "Rye" to the stove, it turned out great. Eternal leaven also works well.

optional, you can just crumble it into flour
Taia
Then the question arises: why overpay for a bread maker with a dispenser?
And then contrive where the yeast is - pour it under flour, into flour, whether to breed it or not.
Natalibah
Everyone decides for himself what to buy. I bought two stoves: 2500 daughters and myself "more impressive" -2512. I decided. But when I put on a delayed start, then I pour yeast into the dispenser as I see fit. Before that, I had a Zelmer, now, out of habit, I can pour water to the bottom, and then everything else.

It makes sense if you constantly or often use the delayed start in unattended mode. Then the yeast will definitely not get wet and will not work ahead of time.

Thanks for the comments!
It seems to be becoming clear ...

I also heard about sourdough along the way. In the booklet I did not find something about it. And finally they don't write anything about the leaven.
Explain what it is and how to use it, what it is for and where it is best to use it.

Girls, I found a site through Google where you can download the instructions for the HP and get acquainted with its functions. 🔗 I found it interesting, although I have been using the 2502 model for three years now, and I am very happy with it. For a change, you can buy it as an assistant. I bake a lot, my family is big, why not? I used my "old lady" as a dough mixer. I mostly used the Basic 4 hours program. But in the new HP I don't understand the Basic Fast 2 hours program. This is the third program. in a new bread maker. Who has already used it, the bread has time to rise and bake?
