Ingredients

Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 150 ml.
Ground nut 3 tbsp. l.
Butter 200 gr.
Vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • Nutella is never too much!
  • I honestly looked through all the recipes on display, I didn't find this, we really like it and is done regularly, so I decided to share with you
  • So, let's begin! Let's take all the ingredients you need

  • Mix cocoa, milk powder and icing sugar in a saucepan. the first time when I cooked cocoa I put it with a decent slide, it seemed a bit bitter to me, now I cook it with 4 spoons, but the slice is so-so - without fantasy.

  • we gradually add milk so that there are no lumps and put on a "small" fire (I cooked on 2-ke, only 6 divisions).
  • Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly, so as not to burn, until such large and lazy "puffs".

  • Nuts, I took hazelnuts, fried and ground them with knives in a blender bowl until they are mushy.
  • We add ground nuts, butter and vanillin to the saucepan, I took the butter at room temperature, but you can also from the refrigerator, we add it to the hot mass, it will melt there, but it will melt a little longer in time

  • mix, pour into a jar and put in the refrigerator.
  • I did it in the evening, the pasta was in the refrigerator at night, in the morning it was the consistency of really pasta, very tender and tasty.

  • The photo shows that the "hole" in the jar remains, does not tighten, as if the mass were liquid.

I, too, when I cooked Nutella the second time, I put 130 grams of butter, and the third time I didn’t put the nuts and it still turned out delicious! The second time I put light cocoa, and the first and the third time, MRIYA cocoa (dark, 100%). It tastes better with dark! From personal experience - it is easier and more convenient to melt the sl.butter and mix cocoa with sugar and milk into it - it dissolves without any lumps there, and only then add milk. And yes - delicious indescribable ...
