    Very unusual taste!
    There is a taste of cherry (cherry), a taste of tart dry wine with "hints of pepper" promised by the label on the bottle! The presence of alcohol is felt!
    This is not pastry jam, although you can try adding it to baked goods, to ice cream in small doses for piquancy.
    This is a table jam for meat products, cheese. Another culinary experiment!

    I understand that this jam needs time to brew (like table marmalade from lemons), the longer it costs, the tastier it becomes!
    Just a few days have passed, today I tried it - the taste is completely different and for the better! Now I'll open a new can for the New Year - let it insist, the taste is gaining!
