This is not Antonovka. I'm going to my mom's at the weekend. I'll pick Antonovka. And I will create deliciousness)))

gawala, Pebble, my sun, I finally got it.
I will report: I cut my apples (this year the first harvest is 2 buckets of not large apples) just cut in half, simultaneously cut out the worm and on a baking sheet in the oven.

Part of the harvest
Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator Wasps started eating apples right on the tree, I don't know what to do with them. This year, they spoiled the whole and so small harvests both apples and plums

Then she rubbed it in Kenwood. Then, strictly according to the recipe, whipped without fanatics. I leveled everything on baking paper, on a rack and in the oven. A layer of 2 cm. With all my tender love for Isidri, I can't do any candy in it, I didn't think it was right to take a new dryer with the ability to adjust the temperature in the oven. Moreover, I have it with convection. I had to really adjust the width of the open door so that it worked, and not turned off and turned over the pans. For my taste, the pastila is better than the store one (the one that I bought in the winter for 100 rubles per 100 grams), not cloying.
The photo of the marshmallow remained on the plate, I undertake to report.
Conclusion: she puzzled her peasants to make me baking trays with a mesh bottom in the oven (I hope they will ripen by next season, since they were also impressed by this deliciousness).

And today I tried marshmallow for the first time in my life, Tanya Babushka brought me it, it turns out to be so delicious !!!!
I have already found where apples can be picked, before where I lived in the fields it was full, now there are no in the area, but in the orchards you can pick them yourself for little money, I want to try to do it too.

Ir, come to me. I'll do it for you on purpose, take it and eat it heartily.
Fifanya, Anya, well, it's great that everything worked out, and even liked it. Well, it's not at all difficult to do right? But it is better than a purchased one. I don’t know whether it’s cheaper or not, it’s necessary to make a calculation, plus email. energy. but we do it for ourselves, which means that expenses do not count. The main thing is tasty and healthy.

my husband said today at breakfast: “You don’t give the marshmallow to anyone and don’t treat anyone to anyone.” Curtain.

As an option. just bend the corners. The mesh can be bought to me, it seems to me in the OBI type, the wire is on the sides and the pallet is ready.

I used to treat her with marshmallow and this time asked they say did you like it? Yes. I liked it very much! Well, they say, still give? Come on! went to cut. Husband is watching. His friend came on Friday. sat down to drink coffee, well, I cut the marshmallow. he liked it too. wrap it with you. Wrapped it up. Well, what kind of man can withstand such a squandering of pastel property?

gawala, I owe a lot of thanks. I have been making pastila for a long time, I have even adapted to the proportions in my dryer Dachnitsa 4m. It fits on one baking sheet, if you make 1 kg of apple mass + 1 protein + 4 tablespoons of sugar, taking into account the sprinkling in the oven or, depending on the variety of apples, add sugar to taste. I have 4 baking trays in the Dachnitsa, so I do everything at once. There was no time left for harvesting in the winter, they ate immediately. And I like it more without smearing. Everyone takes a sheet of marshmallow and eats it in the evening. But now there seems to be a reserve. Hence the question. Did you leave for the winter? I roll up ordinary pastille and in glass jars for twisting, they stand for several years without problems. And what about Belevskaya? It's embarrassing that there is protein here. Share your experience.

Did you leave for the winter?
Of course not. I have it for a maximum of 10 days. In the pantry, in parchment and in a cake carrier. Today is 8 days, how I did it and how we eat. I can say that in 8 days it became even tastier.
Well, if you take a store, then it is in parchment and cardboard packaging and lies on the shelves, but they just take it apart, there is a queue, they do not have time to bring it up. So you can store it like that. Parchment cardboard box and dry place. Create storage conditions like in a warehouse or in a store. Do it, just smear the souffle, for the purity of the experiment, and put it on storage, it's still far from winter, just enough time to see how it is stored.

Maybe your apples are different. I can see the difference, so I wipe it. I have apples with a thick skin and no matter how you punch it with a blender, you still won't get a smooth mass. Yes, and rubbing 3 kg of puree is not at all difficult for me. But the most delicate mass is obtained, and the final product is also very homogeneous and tasty.

gawala, the option does not work. Firstly, it will not stay until winter, someone "accidentally" stumbles upon it. And I want to open it, for example, for the New Year and enjoy the summer. Secondly, in the Kuban moth is spiteful, so I start up the whole drying process under rolling with iron lids. Even under the plastic covers, it manages to seep. I'll look, I'll think, if I still manage to snatch, then I'll roll it. Although I strongly doubt it. I once in one person persuaded all 4 "pancakes" in a day.

Why is it so difficult? I bought apples or took my own and made them. I've been doing it all winter. first there were apples, then purchased ones. You can enjoy this pastille all year round. Both fresh and tasty.

gawala, the most delicious for us when the marshmallow is only from the dryer and it is crispy. Here she flies away. Sometimes I am horrified! This tub, which I have placed in one baking sheet from KM Kenwood, with a volume of 7 liters, is a little incomplete, that is, somewhere 6 liters, this is 1 pancake and I eat it in an instant !!!
With an interlayer it is beautiful, also tasty, but it did not go well.

Flax, I made the very first pastilles in such a dryer. But at that time the technology was not developed. I did what I saw in the video at Khlebnikova's, what I read at Chaideika's. But .. In general, you try, the truth will probably have to stop pallets here and there. My first dryer was quite cheap, I gave it to the girl here, let him use it. Well, I was rearranging. A minus in a round one, that you can't get a high one, when you put on finishing drying .. Well, a maximum of three round pieces and that's it.
Len, but try it, I think everything should turn out well.

kartinka, Right Svetiashka said, I put the drying, marshmallow, candied fruit and so on in glass jars and roll them up with ordinary metal lids, store them in the pantry in the house. Recently I came across a can of candied fruits from 2011. They opened everything straight from the tin. But the banks must be completely filled. Once I rolled up a half-filled jar with candied peaches, when it was opened it was not very fresh and there was some foreign smell, not very strong, but no one ate these peaches, I had to throw it away.
Good luck.

Well, we continue the conversation ...
An experiment was carried out yesterday. The applesauce was poured into silicone trays. Pallet 31 * 27 * 0.9.

Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator

There were two pallets.
310 grams of applesauce was poured into each pallet.

Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator

Dryer for 15 hours. Since I did not know how the apple mass would behave in a silicone pan, I set 15 hours for a start, deciding that I would then look at the layer and adjust the time. Well, what actually happened .. But it didn’t quite work out, although what happened, it’s good that it happened that way. And the result is cardboard-bezelny layers. Since sleep knocked me down, I set the time less, but I realized that this was a lot and went to bed. I thought that let it be a cardboard meringue and I will show with this example that it is not necessary to be afraid of overdried layers. Everything will be adjusted by the subsequent additional drying at + 53 degrees. Well, since the layers are thin, then 3 hours is a lot of drying time, and two is quite enough.
Here he is. Smooth, beautiful and cardboard.

Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator

After the final drying at a temperature of + 53 degrees. The pastille has already cooled down so that it can be cut

Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator

Well, the result. Everything is soft, not cardboard and very apple. Apples found some kind of summer-autumn, red, with a pronounced apple aroma.

Belevskaya marshmallow in Lequip D5 Eco dehydrator

Silicone trays require much less time than conventional ones on paper. I think about 9 o'clock. More precisely, after 9 o'clock, start looking at the reservoir.

This experiment turned out to be unexpected.

awesomely amazing.

Well, that's it - you either need to buy such or similar silicone molds, or go the way of Irsha = change reality to fit your needs = cut off the thin silicone molds that are sold, there are rectangular shapes, leaving the sides 1.5-2 cm = just for Belevskaya pastila

Filmed naturally, that at times. But for me and on paper, no problem. I left the layers in the dryer for a couple of hours and the paper came off without problems.
Dries on silicone. But I can't say good or bad. because everything has dried up in a biscuit .. Well, let's consider that it is good. The height is small in these silicone pallets. turns out in finished form, somewhere 0.5 cm. But whoever doesn't want to mess around with paper, frames and other troubles has a right to exist. Actually for this, and was done to show an alternative. But with the school ruler, I still leveled the mass.

And today I did it, already the main one, so to speak. From apples, which were in MK on 1 page.
But today I decided to put a little more layer. The photo shows that not a thread, but three threads .. The mass was very thick. Pastila only benefited from this. Very tasty and apple. All the same, different varieties of apples and a different result. So far, these apples are the most delicious result.
