Marysya27, as always a masterpiece!
Well, you have to live in the kitchen
And I'm with a question. Nowhere is there information about comparing the temperature regimes of the GF and the princess grill?
Yesterday I baked FOCACCHA WITH GARLIC AND DIED (I was honored) but without dill, but with Provencal herbs. I put it on 210 for 15 minutes in the GF. It tasted gorgeous (even for me). In addition, the method is not at all difficult (I only choose such to throw it and leave). But somehow it got reddened strongly even before the end of baking. What's the princess's temperature? Maybe I need to decrease it by 195 or even 180 degrees?
caprice23
Marysya27what wonderful pits !! The beauty! And if there is an oven in the tortilla, then what temperature should I set and how long? I want to bake a classic one, with cottage cheese.

Well, you have to live in the kitchen

Lenochka, It may not look like it, but these are just variants of quick and simple dishes, when there is no time to play with spillikins folk cuisine. Of course, for the first attempts to get acquainted with the process, it will take more time. And then:
threw the ingredients for the dough into the blender bowl. After a couple of minutes they took out the dough and kneaded. They left to rest.
Prepared the filling.
The dough was divided into 50-70g pieces for thin rolling (8-9); 100g each, if you roll at 6. I have determined such an optimum for myself. Because when the strip is very long, it takes more time to roll and lay.
Roll out the layer. Poured a little bit with a dotted line. oils. Smeared with a brush. We laid out the filling. We turned quickly. All.
Prepares faster than dumplings.
If there is little test left:
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)
"Guzhvara" yeast version. Very fast too. Can be done in shape. Can be portioned into 1-2 strips.
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)
Also, for speed, I do not roll with a large canvas. I roll out small pieces. For "Guzhvara" I roll out the dough by hand.
All pitas are very convenient for making lean options. I use different fillings. Leftovers of food can be wrapped as filling. Or a mix, or in each roll a different one (mosaic).
"Lazy Serbian cheesecake" will be lazy from the purchased dough. If you roll large layers on your own, then it will not work fast and lazy.
Pita with poppy seeds and cherries is a lazy and quick variant of strudel (also lean).

Masha, my family, friends and colleagues also love when they are treated to a drink, and preferably uncut
In our family, Serbian Pitas have taken root and took root: both Guzhvara and not Guzhvara. I saw the recipes before, but decided to try it only this spring, in the post, for a change. And away we go
At first she baked in different forms, then in different apparatus, then with various fillings: syrnitsa, and bureks, and crumpirs, and cherries, and pears, and poppies ... Both lean and non-fast
And so already until winter. Therefore, my pita recipes go under a generic code name:
"Kamasutra from Masinen".
*** The Kamasutra is an ancient book that tells and shows how one and the same process can be carried out in a variety of options
Now in the tortilla

Quote: Masha Ivanova
Do you roll the dough yourself or do you buy something like a filo?
Lenochka, I cook and roll the dough myself. More often on rolling ATLAS 150 Marcato, sometimes with handles I bought the dough only a couple of times, when I was mastering the recipe "Lazy Serbian cheesecake".
By the way, the rolling method in the Zelianitsa recipe is very convenient. Can be performed with shorter rolling pins

Quote: Marysya27
Recently I got into someone else's kitchen. It was necessary to quickly prepare something for tea. Were available: flour, salt, sugar, water and apples. It's okay. I decided to make a pita. It turned out that there was no rolling pin either. Absolutely not.
* Sometimes getting into the kitchens of friends, after my own (with different devices), I feel like in the jungle
Fortunately, I found a small, oblong, cylindrical bottle of olive oil. (Total length 25 cm.) Removed the label. So, in the way shown by Mariyka in Zelianitsa's recipe, we managed to roll out the dough for pit and bottle. It is clear that I took small pieces of dough for rolling. And some inconvenience was present. But ... Here's the result:

Good day!
Last Friday my wife got a pizza maker at the DR. A clone of Princess 115001 named HomeClub. My patience lasted until exactly Saturday noon. I baked something like a pizza with chicken, mushrooms and white sauce on kefir dough. It turned out delicious.

In general, my wife, daughter and I are happy. But there are questions for the public:
1. How to use this device and not gain weight?
2. Is there experience in using the following silicone mold in Princesses: 🔗 ?
3. People buy and cut Teflon nets and baking mats to the bottom. Are the resulting sawdust / splinters of fiberglass and Teflon intimidating?
Masha Ivanova
Sumerk, Anatoly! Congratulations on your successful purchase! And your family, with an excellent husband and householder father! In appearance, everything turned out very beautiful! To the taste, you said it yourself! We wish you further culinary feats!
About your questions. The first question, of course, is the filling. The only thing I can say is that after one or two months of use, the oven will become a little less frequent. Everything is slowly getting boring. But in general, using a pizza maker, you bake, as a rule, more often than before. So I’ll hardly console you.
About the silicone mold you specified. Its diameter is 24 cm, which is much smaller than the surface of your pizza maker. The area is disappearing! It's a shame! I recommend buying a mold with a diameter of 28-30 cm
After cutting the nets and rugs, they do not "wrinkle" any more than before cutting. I don't see anything wrong with circumcision. And if we talk about the benefits, or rather, the dangers of fiberglass, Teflon, etc., then when we all use palm oil every day (in milk, butter, cottage cheese ... the list is endless) and everything else that is contained in food, Teflon is no longer of decisive importance.

About the loss of size - imbued. I am looking for more options, without which in any way. For the surface of the "Red Car" is a pity, and my beloved Irish Shepherd's Pie is simply not baked very nicely on paper.

Basically, these materials are not lethal. It is enough to wash off the garbage once with running water (at the same time, kosher is observed, if anyone needs it). The question was asked rather for the mass character. The rest are much more relevant.
Quote: Svetlana201
Why crop?
I suspect the mesh and rug are somewhat stiffer than baking paper. And their purpose (judging by the previous pages of the topic) is not only for baking directly, but also as a temperature-regulating layer for a silicone or metal mold ...
Shl. Will the enchantresses present me recommend a silicone mold for Princess 2? Desirable in an economical price category ...
Masha Ivanova
Sumerk, Anatoly! Forms are often found on Ozone. See 28-39cm silicone round. The top edges of the forms can be trimmed if not needed. It is important that the depth of the forms is 2, and preferably 2.5-3 cm
There are also excellent forms of Pyrex, 28 cm of Forms of Need, etc. Now there are a lot of them. Also on Ozone there is always a 30 cm silicone mold, the name flew out of my head, it is blue.
Ketsal
Sumerk, blue thin silicone with a metal stand 30 cm from Pyrex, stands up perfectly, lasts 2 years
Masha Ivanova
Ketsal, Olya! Blue is NOT Pyrex!
Ketsal
Masha Ivanova, damn it means regent inox. Sorry, I have two of them, one dense blue for a pie with a rim for pouring jelly and a blue on a stand. One regent, another Pyrex, though the devil beguiled
Masha Ivanova
Ketsal, Olya! That's for sure! Blue Regent! And Pyrex is red, it is denser.
Alenka212
Anatoly, You can also look at heat-resistant glass. Even in the fixprice they were somehow. You can't imagine more economical.
I don't have a princess, but GF is true. But the bottom is frying, mom do not cry. I bake pies and durovki in glass.
Sumerk
Masha Ivanova, Ketsal, Alenka212, very grateful for the recommendations. Unfortunately, this month's budget does not allow the purchase of a Regent with a rug and netting. I will try to use heat-resistant glass (available on the farm) and also cut off an unused high silicone mold.
Shl. Yesterday I set up an experiment with oatmeal cookies https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=413264.0 I ruined the first half of the dough, added flour to the second, and everything worked out:

Sumerk, Anatoly! You asked, we advised. The main thing is that now you are fully armed. When there is an opportunity and desire, then buy whatever you think is necessary. The main thing is that there is a pizza maker now, and with hands, as it turned out, everything is fine! Culinary feats for you! Show us your creations further!
Mandraik Ludmila
Anatoly, as a variant of using baking paper, I now only do this, but they advised here, only I forgot who. Before use, you need to wet the paper, crumpling it right under the stream of water or dipping it into water, then the paper sticks less and takes the desired shape more easily.

And like the beautiful princess owners, it is customary to fight with the following effect: the first Ossetian pie (with a cold start) is baked and browned perfectly, the second (the pizza maker does not have time to cool down to the initial temperature) is baked, but hardly reddened, the third is also baked, but not blush from the word "absolutely"?

Anatoly, delicious pies turned out
Can I hold it longer?
Mandraik Ludmila, do you need special paper? I tried with one, barely tore it off from the ciabatta
Sumerk
Alenka212, I have a teflon baking mat 35x40cm. I tried it on paper, it sticks. And holding it longer is not an option. The bottom will burn. I'm going to get a couple of silicone baking mats and try placing them under the second and subsequent ones.
Masha Ivanova
Sumerk, Anatoly! It is better to put a net under the Teflon mat, as I advised you. The second mat will not help much.
Sumerk
Masha Ivanova, I haven't received the mesh yet, but one or two plump silicone ones as a temporary measure should somehow help, I think.

By the way, after looking at me, my mother also acquired an identical unit from the same batch. So, her device pies will not blush in any situation. There is heating from above, but most likely it is weaker. Will go to change, apparently ...
Masha Ivanova
Sumerk, Anatoly! Of course you can try.

And about heating at mom's, it's better to change. They come in different dispositions. Better to let it burn, it's solvable.

I can not help but share my now favorite lunch-dinner-snack "delicious-non-nutritious". This does not appeal to the recipe, rather, an addition to the usual recipe for jellied pie. I love jellied pies and I used to bake them: 1) with the addition of fat (butter, mayonnaise, sour cream, etc.), 2) kneaded the dough enough to cover the filling. And now, in the vegetable season, I switched to not even a pie, but a vegetable casserole-light, so to speak. I make a dough, quite runny and mix in a large (very large!) Amount of vegetables, all that is available. Most often it is cabbage-zucchini-greens. But recently, it suddenly turned out that there was not enough cabbage, I added chopped pickles and carrots. Anyone who has tried fried pickled cucumbers knows that when cooked they acquire a very interesting taste. The point is that the dough just envelops the vegetables in a thin layer. For a regular jellied pie, there is usually more dough. I knead the dough by eye, something like this: 4 eggs, a glass of flour (I like with corn or a mixture with wheat), about 1.5-2 cups of liquid (milk, yogurt, sourdough, broth or a mixture of everything - everything that you find in the refrigerator), consistency liquid sour cream, baking powder, salt, a tablespoon of sugar, spices if desired. The recipe is also good in that you can dispose of stale vegetables. This vegetable casserole is enough for me for 2 days, if you count the calorie content, then very little is obtained per day. I also sometimes make a light tartar sauce for this pie (pickled cucumbers, herbs, garlic, homemade mayonnaise in half with homemade thick yogurt). Since there is no butter in the pie, I add this sauce with a clear conscience. I bake, as usual, 20 minutes from cold.

Hopefully cross-posting won't break me into a hundred little cubs ...
Freelance dinner I continue to get used to Ossetian pies in the Clone-Princess (the one sold in "Lenta").
For three pies - 600 ml of liquid. Of these: 200 ml of water (yeast starter with 0.75 tsp of sugar and a couple of grams of dry yeast) 200 ml of whey from homemade cheese, 200 ml of slightly expired kefir. 0.5 tsp salt. Flour - how much will it go (overdid it, went 900 g, the dough became taut, but baked normally).
Fillings (top to bottom):
1. Cheese (Poshekhonsky) half and half with mashed potatoes (there was no time to cook, I used "Puree")
2. Minced pork and beef with onions (plus hops-suneli and tbsp. L. Soy sauce)
3. Cottage cheese (actually - the salty result of the first attempt to cook homemade cheese), purchased ricotta, green onions, dill.
Each cake was baked at maximum power for 18 minutes plus 5 minutes of rest before opening, after which the Clone-Princess cooled down for about half an hour before the next cake (otherwise, the bottom may burn).
Also in the frame: homemade Double Oatmeal Stout and home-grown Drakosha pepper.
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)
