akchuch, I bake in an additional form, which I insert into the pizza maker (it is in the photo in the recipe). My form has a diameter of 30 cm. It fits almost the entire oven. The oven in the mold is very convenient. And it's easier to take out the finished cake, and you don't need to wash the stove. I highly recommend getting a similar form.
If you don't have a mold yet, you can try baking without it. In this case, I would line the bottom of the pizza maker with baking paper so that later it would be easy to get the pie. And look at the baking time. It may take a little less time since you will not have an "extra" bottom of the mold.
As for the products, I always bake at the specified rate. We like it so much. But it seems that someone baked and one and a half rate (I don't remember exactly). I think you need to cook a pie at least once in order to understand which portion suits you best.
