  • 7. We put in a cold process and, depending on its character, 15-20 minutes for baking.

  • In principle, you can cook without such a form, but just a large cake and only then cut it, but then you need to increase the portion (up to 500g of cheese), which would be enough for 30cm of the bottom of our princess.

And again, for the sake of a family breakfast, he taught the "lazy khachapuri" hard work. That is, I again divided the single batch into parts:
1. Conditional dough: cheese whey (250 g), soda (0.3 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp) eggs (3 pcs) and processed cheese "Druzhba".
2. Conditional roof: Poshekhonsky cheese (150 g), egg (1 pc), hops-suneli, a mixture of peppers, a conventional mixture of herbs.
3. A couple of tomatoes requiring urgent disposal were thinly sliced ​​and placed between the dough and the roof.
It was baked in the Clone-Princess for 15 minutes (in a silicone mold), after which (turned off, but not open) it was added there for another 5 minutes.
This version is recognized as very successful and recommended for repetition. The only drawback (more aesthetic) is that in some places the well-raised top touched the top cover.
