Natasha, I remembered, awesome pita rolls with all sorts of different fillings to do in it. I make cottage cheese with strawberries and cheese with breast. Straight out great!
caprice23
Do you add oil? Should you turn it over?
Larssevsk
Natasha, with a brush I smear the surface and the roll itself on top. Flip it depends on the thickness of the roll. Sometimes, when you are thin, you have to
caprice23
Larissa, thanks, I must try
Masha Ivanova
caprice23, Natasha! You see, you are getting used to it a little! It is important that there is no marriage, like someone above, so that it bakes and browns not in an hour, but for a normal period, for 25 minutes maximum. And adapt to the rest. By the way, if the top suddenly gets very hot (this also happens) and starts to burn, you can put another Teflon rug on top of the product in 10-15 minutes, when you look. Also, the top mat is underlain if the pastry (open pie) with filling, especially liquid or cheese and the pie is high, up to the top lid.
caprice23
Elena, thanks, your advice is very helpful)))
Do yeast cakes rise as well here as in the oven? What is the difference between an oven pie and a pizza oven? Fluffy, juicier ... ??
Masha Ivanova
caprice23, you know, Natasha! In my opinion, all baked goods are "fluffier" in the oven. Maybe it's just a matter of habit. Oven taste is familiar to us from birth. This is just my personal opinion, I do not impose it on anyone.
But the pizza machine has so many other advantages! You don't always want to drive the oven. It consumes a lot of electricity, heats up not only your kitchen, but almost the entire staircase (especially in summer, in the heat), etc.
In general, in the kitchen I put the stove on my table, the necessary food, I sit on the kitchen sofa myself, watch TV and cook along the way. You don't have to constantly jump to the oven.
Robin bobin
Lavash rolls - yeah. I do often.
Larssevsk, Larissa, they moved to GF from Travola's grill). I don't lubricate them with anything. Dry to dry surface, and excellent too.
Interesting with cottage cheese and berries. We have a standard option - ketchup, boiled sausage or ham with straws, sometimes with mayonnaise, Korean carrots or green onions, cheese. Classics of fast food, mostly the son of a teenager loves them.

Please advise what you make from yeast dough? I want to check how the yeast baked goods turn red.

But yeast cakes rise as well here as in the oven?
They rise, but you need to understand that their rise is limited by the height of the stove, so the dough for the pie should be made at the rate of 300 g of flour, make more, the pie rises, rests on the lid and starts to burn. Hence the height of the finished cake ~ 3.5 cm, including fluffy to the best of their ability. Juicy depending on the filling.
For example, a cheesecake in P1, quite fluffy:

You don't really need to expect magic from these stoves. Their main advantage is the speed of baking and cooking, energy saving (who has an electric oven), there is no "heat" in the kitchen, like from the switched on oven (which many complain about) and cleanliness around the stove, which cannot be said when frying in a pan.I repeated it, although from time to time all this is said here.

specially from the same dough she baked in GF and in a cartoon - in a cartoon pale, but lush, in GF tanned, but much flatter, not fluffy. Buns like that. The multi is clearly better. For myself, I decided that yeast dough in the GF is not an option. Well, perhaps in the form of cakes and pizzas.

It also seems to me that Natasha has such fastidious men, they will not like yeast baked goods from a pizza maker. When I just bought it, I conducted various experiments. Yeast, after all, in a good oven tasted better for me. To be fair, I've only tried a couple of times
caprice23
We urgently need to find several dishes that are tastier in this stove than in the oven and on the stove. Otherwise, I feel that she will go to the top shelf in the locker. The fact that cooking in it, the stove remains clean and energy is saved for me is not the reason. I remember the stove better once again, but I will cook delicious fried potatoes. And I drive the oven once again, even if it will be hot if the dish is tastier in it. The end result is the main thing for me. And this result should be not only satisfactory, but excellent.
For now, I regard this pizza maker as an option for giving.
I also have a slow cooker for just a few dishes. I don't cook everything in it. But on the other hand, those dishes that I get in it are most delicious for me there.

I will study pizza ovens further. What should be tastier in it. Need to try some French meat or casseroles

NatashaBelieve it or not, this is important to all of us too!
Why would anyone use a device if it turns out to be not tasty? Some kind of nonsense ...

Apparently, your prejudiced attitude towards this stove prevents you from understanding all its charms.
I would recommend that you personally get rid of it, donate it, sell it ... and continue to cook food the way you and your loved ones are used to.
Why change something if everything suits you.

I also do not save anything, neither oil, nor electricity, nor food in general.
Health is dearer to me. And I would rather eat more dietary meals than then treat the consequences of excessive consumption of unhealthy foods. And fried potatoes, and indeed fried potatoes, are very harmful.

Moreover, it would not even occur to my loved ones to say about what I have prepared, -fu. They love me and respect my work.

Natasha, maybe my experience will help you with something. True, I have the first Princess without a temperature controller. But she's not very fierce.
Best of all, it turns out pizza, no matter how corny it sounds. I just baked pizza in the oven and even in the oven on the stone, but I like the Princess more. Not to mention that it is much faster.
Uzbek-type flatbreads are very good. I baked these:
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Flatbread "almost Uzbek"
(Omela)

(Elena Tim)
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Wheat flatbread
(Admin)

Baked vegetables are good too. I baked bell peppers in halves, chopped eggplants - it turns out like in the oven, only faster. I also baked potatoes - cut them into medium cubes + butter + salt + herbs and into the oven. It turns out delicious, but you don't need to tell your eaters that these are fried potatoes. It is baked, even in my Princess. For a change, sometimes you can do it, lovers of fried will also be pleased.
All sorts of pies made of puff pastry, filo dough, etc. are good. I love this one very much:
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Spanakopita - Greek spinach pie
(Tata)

Jellied pies also, they say, turn out very well, but I myself have not tried it.
All sorts of cookies and zavarnushki are made beautifully and quickly. For example, these are:
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Indian oatmeal cookies - Subhadra
(Omela)
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Fast teas in the Princess pizza maker
(valushka-s)

Cutlets are good. But they will be slightly different than fried in a pan. I have to try, maybe I will like the pizza option. I love these:
Pizza makers: Princess 115000-01, Tristar, GF, Travola, Clatroniс, etc. (2)Quick cutlets "Chicken curds"
(Mikhaska)

In general, look at the recipes in the section where this topic is, you will find a lot of interesting

NatashaYou probably forgot what it is pizza maker, it is focused on pizza and flatbread, and everything else is the fantasies of our girls. And, if they write here that it turned out to be an excellent dish, this does not mean that it will be such for everyone, tastes and preferences in each family are different.
Electricity savings are not important to me either, I have gas and an excellent oven, from which there is no heat even in summer, but I like focacci, pies and biscuits from P1 and because of the taste and baking speed, nothing longer than 23-25 minutes. I'm not worried. My family also has certain food preferences, and I cooked all this and will cook on the stove and in the oven as before, it tastes better for us.

I can't understand why an adult should be convinced of something, if he is sharply negative. And yes, not in every family mom can be answered "phew, cook as before." Here, what kind of relationship has developed can hardly be reversed. Not everyone has their hands sharpened to experiment to make it tasty. My friends still bake bricks instead of cupcakes. I adhere to the same point of view. I try to fry to a minimum, potatoes for a child every 2 weeks, or even a month can fry ... Instead of cutlets, I have baked something like meat soufflé in portioned forms for a long time - very tender and without any crusts. I have never used breading ... in my opinion, it only spoils the natural taste of the product.
I really like baked vegetables in a pizza maker, so in my opinion they are better than in the oven and in a pan. Moreover, I cook them, mainly for a warm salad, combining with raw vegetables, so it is more useful for health and body))
It is difficult to advise anything in terms of food, everyone has very different preferences ... I do not like fried potatoes at all and do not consider the lack of a pizza oven to be the inability to fry potatoes "like on the stove" ...

And I think it is quite normal when the family expresses its attitude to the prepared dish, and does not "hamster" everything under the persuasion of "this is useful", everyone has different tastes. .. but of course not in the form of "fu", but maybe they just wrote to us ...
And everyone's age is different, in youth and middle years, I think, few of you thought about the harmfulness of fried, everything comes over the years ... or does not come.
Nobody persuades anyone, they just try to explain that this is not a magic frying pan (pot-boil), but an ordinary stove, which everyone uses to the best of their fantasies and preferences.
Masha Ivanova
Girls! I think that Natasha was just expecting a little bit differently, since all of us here do not get tired of pizza makers and bake and praise their products. It really is necessary to shove through all 1000-odd pages in order to understand what are the differences in taste in a pizza maker and all other devices. So I was very upset, especially since the family did not approve.Surely he will continue to cook further, even at home, at least at the dacha, he will get used to it, learn how to do it and find irreplaceable pizzepechkin recipes for himself.
And the fact that fried potatoes in a pizza maker are not the same as in a skillet in oil, this is an indisputable fact, just like some other dishes from other appliances.
And what about the fact that how dare the household members begin to be indignant ... It's great if everyone else's family members only praise them for everything, and in general, none of the household members under any circumstances utters a bad word. And everywhere everyone has sterile cleanliness, as you will sometimes listen to. And everything is always done according to all the rules. Just chokes out laughter.
I'm glad for those who are always doing so well. But everyone has it differently. Here the person had a cry from the heart, and she spoke out. Why attack her?

win-tat, Tanya! I am glad that you and I are about the same thing at the same time.

Food persuasion ??? This is something new.
It's just that when you cook deliciously, you don't have to persuade anyone.
This hostess needs to be persuaded so that she can cook something else tasty

For me it is very strange when people spoil their own health, and then heroically begin to be treated.

It is devices similar to these stoves that allow you to cook familiar dishes in such a way that this does not in any way affect the taste of the dishes. It turns out both tasty and healthy.

How a family eats in most cases depends on us women.
And if someone doesn't like something, let him stand behind the "machine" and cook himself) everyone will eat with pleasure)

Good afternoon, hostesses! Your professional opinion about cooking in the princess is required. I trust the reviews about the technique, I bought Shtebochka three years ago, thanks to you (for which I am immensely grateful to the members of the forum), now she is the first assistant, I use it every day, never let me down. I chose Princess 115001, I wanted to buy it for a long time, put it in the recipes bookmarks, and the long-awaited meeting with her happened yesterday)). I bought an updated model that comes with a temperature controller. First of all, I made a pizza, according to a recipe proven over the years, which has never failed in the oven. It turned out a flat cake for 250 gr. flour, sausage on top, cheese, tomatoes, everything is as usual. I set the timer for 15 minutes, looked in, the top was not baked, the bottom was also pale, left for another 5 minutes, a little better, but still damp, added another 5 minutes. The total time was 25 minutes for thin pizza, the bottom is crispy, the top is pale. The next were potato pancakes, the story is the same. They remained barely pale, although I cooked for 10-15 minutes on each side .. I was upset that I could not cook simple dishes, but you have casseroles, pizzas, potatoes during this time, I don’t understand what’s the matter, hands out of that the places seem to grow, but the princess doesn't want to bake with me

Natasha, I have been analyzing your question for a long time about what turns out better in the stoves and caught myself thinking that I previously could not stand to cook all sorts of pancakes: zucchini, carrot, beetroot, pumpkin, potato. They fell apart in my frying pan every other time, plus there was a lot of oil and smoke from them. With the advent of pizza ovens, vegetable pancakes have appeared in the diet of our family on an ongoing basis, since it has become a pleasure to cook them. Bubuka, Elya! I get the impression that among the Tristars and Princesses-2, pizza makers often come across, which are badly, very slowly fried and baked. I advise you to bake 5-6-7 different products as quickly as possible (do not even fry anything, just bake cakes, pies, charlotte, pizza). If all this will bake for a long time (If it will be necessary to keep the oven on for 25 minutes or longer), then hand it over to the store in a quick way and take another such oven, or another model of the oven.
This is not the first time that there have been cases like yours.
Irgata
Immediately fried in our pizza makers can also be obtained without closing the lid tightly, for example,
Pork loin fried in Princess Pizza Maker.
Bubuka
Masha Ivanova, I suspect that the manufacturer wanted to "improve" the princess, drew attention to the reviews in which they write that the pizza is too fried. I bought on ozone, now I want the first princess, do you think they will exchange ...?
RepeShock

Bubuka, Your suspicions are in vain, P1 and P2 bake pizza the same way.
The top is not fried in any of the ovens.

I have never seen reviews that pizza is too fried.
If you keep it for more than 15-20 minutes, then the bottom may burn, and the top will remain uncooked.
For the fried top, another pizza oven is needed, with the top ten open.

Masha Ivanova
Bubuka, Elya! Ozone has no exchange as such. But! They take the goods back without further ado. Come to the point of issue of Ozone, write an application for a refund, indicate the reason (there are some suggested wording in the questionnaire, such as "does not correspond to the declared qualities" or something like that. You will be told at the point of issue how to fill out. the question of where to return the money, write -To the ruble account on Ozone. Two days after that, call Ozone and ask to be credited to the ruble account money. If you used 25% gift points, tell them to return them too. buy money there whatever you want, Princess-1 or something else.

If you want the money to be returned to your card of any bank, then tell Ozone about it.
Bubuka
Elenathanks for the hint! So I do not require the top to be fried, but I am talking about the fact that it bakes poorly, the pancakes remained pale, after 10-15 minutes of frying on one side. I read the recipes, look at the reviews and photos, who did it. The same potato pancakes turned out for women of forum in 5 minutes, very ruddy and appetizing. I'll have to try to cook something else today, if the oven is just as weak, I'll go to return it.
