Ingredients

water 100 ml.
butter / margarine 50 g
wheat flour. 50 g
eggs of chickens. 2-3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • DO NOT CLOSE THE POT WITH A LID !!!
  • Put water + oil in a microwave oven in a glass saucepan for 2-3 minutes, until boiling.
  • Mix the sifted flour well into the liquid (I added a little salt) and put it in the microwave for 40 seconds.
  • Remove the saucepan, cool a little and add (stir in) one egg first into the flour mass,
  • then the second (and so on, if necessary), until a viscous dough is obtained. It took me 2 medium eggs.
  • I baked the teapots on a slightly oiled baking paper, laid out the dough with a teaspoon with a large slide into the heated Princess.
  • This portion was enough for 1 bookmark for the Princess.
  • THE PRINCESS DO NOT OPEN 35 MINUTES (not less)! Otherwise, we'll get pancakes instead of chubby! After baking, you can take it out after a couple of minutes, or immediately.
  • The plumpers are very bloated !!! The tea leaves are neither sweet nor salty.
  • After cooling, the tea leaves can be filled with any cream, cottage cheese, pâté, and indeed any filling!
  • We liked them, baked for two days in a row!

Time for preparing:

10 min. + 35-40 min.

Note

If baking in the oven, put the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper,
and put in preheated to 200 degrees.
We bake tea leaves for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE BAKING THE COOKERS !!!
When the baking is ready, turn off the oven and leave the baked goods in the oven for another 3-5 minutes,
then you can take it out, cool it and stuff with cream.

The cream was made by butter and condensed milk. after 5 minutes, but immediately slammed it, realizing and remembering that I could ruin the tea leaves! This dough rises when baked in pairs and if it is cooled, then it deflates and does not rise any more! Try again, I hope everything works out!
