Why am I? It is easy to check this limit in any bread maker, just run any program in idle, turn off the power and time the time. Then turn it on in the interval of 9-10 minutes. The display should show the indicators of the initially started program.
Turn off time again and again, turn on again at least 11 minutes. And so on, if the retention time is more than 10 minutes and you want to know exactly the limit in your bread maker.
