Chicken soup with homemade noodles in a multicooker cuckoo 1004f

Ingredients

Chicken breast 2pcs 400 g
Carrot 100 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Potatoes (not in the original recipe) 5-6 pcs
Noodles (I have my own homemade) Taste
Peppercorns Taste
Salt Taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Greens Taste
Water Up to max

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion with carrots, fry with vegetable oil in the frying program level 2, 10 minutes (in the original recipe 5 minutes and level 3). Cut the breast into pieces. Potato sticks. After the end of the program, add the chicken, potatoes, salt, peppercorns, water up to the maximum mark. Close the lid, select the soup / broth program. Separately, I cooked the noodles, as they wrote in the recipe, and after the end of the program I added the noodles and boiled the soup for a couple of minutes with the lid open, if necessary, add salt. In the original recipe, the noodles are laid out in plates and poured over with broth.

Cooking program:

Roast, soup / broth expansion

Note

It would seem that it could be simpler than chicken soup, but what it turns out is something, chicken pieces keep their shape, but in fact are so soft. The flavor of chicken is incomparable.
Cooking time from the start of the program somewhere 1.10

I often cook chicken soup with homemade noodles, but without potatoes. I cook the soup in the usual multo with pre-frying vegetables. For the soup I use carrot cake obtained by squeezing carrot juice. I freeze it and make frying for soups and more with it. I fill it with hot broth, cooked in a slow soup from a soup set from home-made chickens. I do not boil the noodles separately, but pour them immediately into the boiled broth.
