How to say..

I have a drip coffee machine with paper filters. Three years have already been unclaimed. Throwing away the hand does not rise and it came in handy as a result. I filter the oil after the oil press through it. I insert a paper filter and oil drips there. Very comfortably. No additional devices are needed, it drips and drips into the teapot .. beauty and nothing more. And then I pour it into a bottle.

Sveta! So it is with me!
Ilmirushka gave a link, there is a link to the whole topic on the next page!
I baked from curd dough from Wildebeest!
400 gr. flour, premium
200 gr. butter
250-270 gr. curd
100 g Sahara
1 tsp baking powder
2-3 st. l. mayonnaise or sour cream
I make crumbs from flour with baking powder, sugar and butter, then add cottage cheese. And for "gluing" the crumbs I take either mayonnaise or sour cream. Although I think that you can add either water, or kefir, or milk.
Then I send the dough to the refrigerator for rest, after putting it in a bag or container with a lid for 30-40 minutes. Sometimes I leave it overnight. And the dough for today's tartlets lay for two days.
If the dough seems oily and moist to you, feel free to add flour.
From this amount of ingredients, 1 kg of dough with a small tail is obtained, no more than 50 grams.

gawalaGal, what a clever girl you are! It’s so convenient to discard the curd!

No, I don't. there's no point. We have wonderful cottage cheese sold in the store. Now I also discovered kefir for myself an extraordinary yummy. Local everything. Straight from our area. Dairy plant.
zvezda
Galina, you think we have worse cottage cheese, just the one that comes from the freezer (Sveta, I understood you correctly) is completely different! It looks like Mascarpone, but this is a different pricing policy

Oh how! Svetaand why didn't this "frying pan" suit you?

She also fries great and bakes great, that is, who is closer to what. For obvious reasons, she does not live on my table now, but she is always at hand under the table... The cutlets in it are so fluffy, and the casseroles! Yes, I ... I tried everything myself. Maybe she's just superfluous in your park of "frying pans", large or, conversely, small?

Ilmir, I can't guess the time or temperature. And the topic about her is a million pages. You can't reread. And the cupcake pies fall off!

Made potato and potato cheese tartlets.
I rubbed raw potatoes on a fine grater, squeezed out very well, 1 tbsp. l potatoes at the exit, half an egg, kefir 30ml, 1 tsp. oil, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, salt, pepper to taste. Spicy cheese, on a fine grater almost 1 tbsp. l. Flour 1 tbsp. l incomplete and 1 tsp rye.
It turned out to be soft tartlets, all the potatoes are fried, there is no dampness. It tastes better with cheese, as it has a pronounced taste. I did it without a bow. It is necessary to add some kind of piraba to the potato dough so that the potato sparkles with other flavoring colors. I think so. But our potatoes are still very tasteless, so there was no direct potato-potato taste. Or maybe it shouldn't have been?
In general, it turned out very well. Great with salad.

, with raw or boiled potatoes?
The potatoes were raw. The dough turned out into one large tartlet, and it was divided into two parts, 60 ml each. ... I added grated cheese to one .. I liked the cheese better. Sharp so. Jerome cheese.
I haven't done it with boiled potatoes yet, I have to boil them, but laziness .. But this will be the next experiment.

Then look at the supermarket chain Spar, Billa. I really don't know if there are any. but in Hungary there is Spar for example, although the assortment is adjusted for local specifics. Heaps and more glazed curds, but we do not have them, from the word at all. Well, etc., etc.
