Tina, thanks, an interesting recipe. I'll have to try. If it worked with potato starch, then should it work with the original corn starch too? Need to try.
V-tina
Galina, we really liked these pancakes, for breakfast - I just think superb, and it will be good with corn starch, but I tried right away with potato and didn't change anything else
Mirabel
TinaDo the pancakes turn out to be plump and easily turn over?
V-tina
Vika, they are very thin, but easily turn over, the main thing is that the edge is already reddened. The dough is very liquid according to this recipe
Mirabel
Yes?? well super !! I once made pancakes on cottage cheese, very tasty, but turned over with problems.
V-tina
Vika, it also depends on the frying pan, but I turn these over with my hands, I only pry the edge with a spatula
Marusya

V-tina, Tina, and what kind of cottage cheese do you take? if dry, then it is difficult to grind it with a fork until smooth, and grains are not needed here, do I understand correctly?
V-tina
Marusya, I'm glad that I liked the pancakes, I often bake them myself, I really like

Albina, you will have time, you will prepare, as there will be a desire and an opportunity

Svetlana, ordinary cottage cheese, from packs or homemade, but not so straight, strongly pressed, completely dry, which I took at home. It is not necessary to grind until a homogeneous mass, just knead with a fork, if the grains of cottage cheese are not hard, then they are not visible and not felt

V-tina, thanks, I will definitely do it.
V-tina
Svetlana, I will wait for a review
