Does anyone have such a pasta machine (Extruder for the production of Hurakan HKN-PM3 pasta)? Pasta machine Philips HR2355 / 09

🔗

According to the description, a copy of Phillips, the same power, metal body, and 8 nozzles. Manufactured in China, but the price is more interesting (10-11 tr.)
Samopal
I am not left with vague doubts that before lunch the Chinese produce products under brand names, and after lunch, under their own.

Marpl
This is probably what happens. Differences in name and color. The Chinese have another model (the last figures are M6) so there are generally 10 nozzles and a power of 300W, but the front part of the pasta machine is made of transparent plastic. This is repulsive. So I'm looking at this model so far, maybe Phillips stubbornly keeps the price.

In Metro KK flour

Pasta machine Philips HR2355 / 09

Made today from this flour.

By the way, on Ozone it costs 129 rubles, but delivery ...

I danced ... I decided on one cup of flour and an egg with water, Capellini attachment. Well, do not climb and that's it! Already steam from the "trunk" went. She took off the nozzle, scraped out the dough, put it on again, again in no way. Spat, put on spaghetti, squeezed out somehow. Later, when I took it apart, I saw that the dough formed a dense tape, which lay between the edges of the shaft and did not allow the rest of the dough to move normally.
What to do in such cases? Disassemble and clean everything?
The first time I have this ...

Marina, I cooked today for two cups, 2 eggs and water up to 180. In the process of kneading, I had to add flour, 1 -1.5 tbsp. l. but I needed spaghetti, I didn't put another bait on. Anyway, the dough was wet, next time I try liquids up to 160 first
marinastom
And what is the best way, pour-pour on weight or measure with glasses-cups? ..
I began to wonder what is probably better by weight. Although, and so, and so you can’t guess. Probably...
Antonovka
I weigh the flour, measured the egg mixture with a cup. The last time I measured it with a cup, I weighed 165g for a double portion. And the dough turned out to be a little wet, I added a couple of tablespoons of solid flour

I also weigh the flour, and measure the liquid with a glass from CP: for 250 g of flour (TC or a mixture with MS) I take 95-105 ml of liquid (egg and water).
Marpl
marinastom, also today made spaghetti from this flour on a small elephant (1 cup of flour -3 / 4semolina and 1/4 wheat flour + 80g liquid (egg + water)) and there was also steam from the trunk. But the macaroons turned out to be normal.
marinastom
Marpl, and what nozzle?
I made of this one, Semola per Pasta.
Thank you all for your participation!
Marpl
I made spaghetti with a nozzle, but the flour was 3/4 cup semolina and 1/4 premium wheat flour.
domovoyx
Does anyone add olive oil for the pasta?
julia_bb
domovoyx, I do not add, it is not needed there. What's the point?
domovoyx
In Phillips, I have recipes without adding oil, and I had a pasta machine Ariette, so there was oil in the recipes, so I asked
Svetlenki

What's the point?

I just see the meaning. It seems to me that flexibility gives, doesn't it? We put butter in the dumplings. But I also do it without butter, and it seems like the Italians do not introduce butter into the pasta dough.

julia_bb, Yulchik, I wanted to ask you everything, why add olive oil to a pot of water during cooking? You mentioned this, didn’t I confuse anything?

SvetlenkiLight, flexibility and elasticity are not particularly needed in Philips macaros, we don't roll them out, the machine squeezes out. The Italians definitely don't add oil.

Svetik, no, I just never add any oil to the pan when cooking, because then the sauce does not adhere well to pasta. If for a side dish, then in any case, I add olive oil to the ready-made ones and sprinkle with Parmesan
This, apparently, is suitable if you cook pasta from soft varieties so that they do not stick together and are less deformed.

If anyone has recipes for pasta for Arietta, please drop it in PM. I bought a new one from my hands, but there is no brochure with recipes. Or give a link where to download it.

A paste machine from Home Club has appeared in Lenta, the price of a toy is 2400. It looks like a small elephant, but it looks like a large transparent plastic
ledyru
Only today I read about her in a thread about kitchenide, for a long time I could not figure out what kind of magical elephant this is, thanks to Google !!!
So now I can’t want her.
But somewhere in the reviews I read that her blades are plastic, which knead the dough break quickly, now I sit and think about how to live on

the reviews should be read here, I haven’t seen yet that someone’s broken, what have I missed? On Ozone, yes, I saw such, but nevertheless I bought it and do not bother, Everything breaks down especially at the present time, now the main thing is the product turnover, not the quality! And if you think in advance what will break, then you don't need to buy anything at all. Here is the aforementioned Home Club brand, I would not dare to buy, and Phillips is a normal machine

Bull's-eye!

ledyru, Tatyana, more than two hundred pages in the subject is written. I also have an elephant. I'm happy as an elephant, sorry for the tautology! Delicious pasta in half an hour. The sauce will take longer to cook than her.
ledyru
Svetlana777,
Svetlana, thank you very much, and I read it on Ozone, well, now the question is, which of the two should I take?

Svetlenki, Sveta
Yeah, that's how a lot of positive reviews happen, but one negative one alerted me.
Svetlana777
Quote: ledyru
Well, now the question is which of the two to take?
the one that suits the price. If there are a lot of people in the family, then probably a lot and if there is a lot of space in the kitchen. Here I have everything crammed with appliances, because when I was considering the purchase, I also proceeded from where to store it. In a small one, a full portion for 4-5 people (judging by my own), usually I make half a portion (for 200g of flour) for three.
Well, if you read the whole topic, then you also need to walk through the nozzles (personally, I only require Angel Hair, but it is not included in the kit, they were ordered in the joint venture, the rest are thick, but again this is a matter of taste.
Quote: ledyru
yes on Ozone and read
I studied the topic here, bought on Ozone, and only there I saw such reviews.

I looked at the prices for a small one, somehow high, they even pulled up Ali, although like a sale they have now
ledyru
Svetlana777,
I'm still reading the topic, according to your answer I tend to small, although large is more beautiful
I don't even know about the dough, only today I found out what kind of animal this elephant is
marlanca
I bought new nozzles, stars and bagels, dried it until I cooked it ....)))

Antonovka, Lena, Filipsovskie nozzles for a large elephant are white, and for a small one - gray. It's easier to navigate this way.

Listen, I have to try ... although I think you can do it with one, you just need to be straight quickly, quickly ... once, once, once, and today I waved a spatula for once or twice ...

Instead of bagels, I ordered the last (that you showed) matrix, and prod. the infection sent the bagels ...

Svetlenki, marlanca, no, well, this is some kind of chaos! Well, how can I exist without such matrices now! All - boycott the kitchen until such things come to me!
It's good that I didn't cross myself yesterday, when, of my own free will, announced to everyone that I was a deviceaholic, and therefore I would self-medicate for a couple of months!
