Cucumber balls in Bulgarian

Ingredients

Fresh cucumbers 150g.
Garlic 1 tooth
Cream 33% 100g. *
Fresh dill 3st. l.
Walnuts 50g.
Brynza 70g.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the cucumbers. Beat the cream until firm. Pass the garlic through a press. Grind the nuts with a blender. Finely chop the dill. Mash the cheese with a fork.
  • Mix cucumbers, 1/2 part of nuts, dill, feta cheese, cream.
  • * Add not all cream, but 1 st. l. so that the mass remains thick.
  • Roll 7 balls, roll each in the remaining nuts. Put in the refrigerator.
  • The balls are of course very fragile, but very tasty !!!!!
