As a result, the pasta turned out to be beautiful, but the crumbs, as such, were never there, lumps the size of a pea and larger.
So it should be, or have I messed up with the proportions? Measured with a glass, the first time with side A, the second on the scale.
And what to do with the leftover dough? I could not roll it out with a rolling pin, the dough rolling machine in the country ...
