You still seemed to buy matrices such as shells, do you get the output or not?
It turns out ..

I looked for your answers in the topic, I did not find it. Remind me please, is it worth it or not?
And I probably just did not write .. I tried. sex and calmed down on this ..
I don’t even know what to say about "wanting" .. I practically do not use these matrices .. I don’t know why myself. it's easier for me with those that use a paste machine .. But for a change of life, sometimes I take out copper matrices too ..

But the region has it. Therefore, I'm really looking forward to the report from kubanochk

Does she have an old region or a new one?
Nathalte
Miranda, hmm ... Somehow, I did not think that there are different. I took my own about 3-4 years ago, even the thought did not arise that it was not about such a speech
Miranda
Nathalte, new completely white, without orange and with a cutter.
But even the promotional video shows the effort with which it is being done. Manually hard

Under the spoiler.

Nathalte
Miranda, nope, I still have an old one. Yes, a cutter is something that would not hurt. But in general it's really hard. And spirals do not turn out to be spirals
Miranda
Nathalte, they are good at expensive

Girls, matrices on Regina are right one to one with the Kitchenovsky.
julia_bb
In an Italian blog, my uncle advises that the second speed is needed to wrap the spirals (on Cash). And in Philips, the speed is constant. I haven't tried it myself.

I need to try out my Kitchen fusilli matrix. And then I do not remember whether they are wrapped or not.
Miranda
Scarecrow, the main thing is not to unfold.

This is how they all wrap up at the moment of release, but since the pressing is not with strong production pressure, then almost immediately they unfold and do not keep their shape.

Partly because of this, manufacturers of household pasta machines do not complete with curly matrices, but only round ones of different diameters and flat pasta of different widths.
kubanochka
All! Nothing succeeded. Rather, it still needs some work. You will have to attract your husband, you can't do it with nail clippers alone)))))

Today we bought .. This is a matrix for Kenwood, but with an adapter for Phillips it fits. The price of the issue is 25 euros.

And you won't see. This is the same office that makes adapters to Philips for Kenwood copper dies. Most likely they decided to try to make a matrix out of the same material as the adapter, suitable for both Kenwood and Phillips with an adapter .. and put it on sale .. In general, I'll get it, I'll try and tell you ..

The nuances of the nozzle. The matrix does not quite fit the adapter, well, because it is handicraft. It is not included exactly, there is too much material on the matrix .. The husband corrected everything yesterday, did everything perfectly, slightly polished the matrix ..

Yeah, just with chicken broth. It's funny that way. you can do them of any length in the principle .. But when there is a mass, you need to move your hands quickly .., and when the program comes to an end, then a little slower, as it were, you don't need to frequent them ..

Olga VB
Girls, I have questions about this pasta factory.
1. How do you stuff measuring containers into a storage machine? I have one that fits normally, and the second is already sticking out. Although I know for sure that they must somehow fit both well.
2. How much undersized dough do you have at the end of the process? I have, I figured, 30 grams, no less. I'll have to weigh it next time.
3. I have a lot of this unfinished dough sticking to the die from the back side, the layer is about 7mm. We have to pick it out from there. That is, the edge of the screw is not very close to the die. This design idea is not very clear, why such a large gap
Moreover, a little dough also crawls out of the matrix inside the removable part of the case (plastic front panel)
4. The auger has a longitudinal play of approximately 1.5mm. I tighten the screws tightly, but still looseness. And you?
5. When we manually make the pasta dough, we let it rest for half an hour under a bowl before shaping. Such rest is not provided in this unit. Someone tried to turn off the machine after kneading for rest for a test, and then turn it on for the full process? Is there a difference in the taste and appearance of the finished products?
6. In the process of operation, the auger first turns in one direction while the kneading is going on, then in the other, when molding is already in progress, and at the very end for a few seconds again changes the direction of rotation, "spits out" the under-molded dough from the auger. Is it that right? That is, is it programmed in time that everything that has not been pushed out through the matrix in a certain time is simply spit out back? And if the dough is not 350g, but, for example, 420g, will it still reverse after a fixed time, even if there is still a full dough? Someone noticed this moment?

Please help me figure it out
kil
Ol 'I myself have just started. But after the machine at the end unscrewed the rest of the dough into the return line, I once again turn on the program for 3 minutes. And what is spat out is driven away. Yes, there is probably a little dough left if you roll a walnut just from the nozzle. I have no problems, I either roll it out a little and cut it and throw it into a saucepan or collect it and then put it in the dog's meat when I cook it.

I put the cups one by one and put them in the machine. To do this, the auger must be placed in a certain position. Then everything will fit. Try it.
If there is dough left, then turn on the program for 3 minutes and run it to the end. You can at least 5 times. There is no more kneading, but immediately there is a run. You can change the attachments.
Yes, and a little dough crawls out of the nozzle too. Literally a couple of cm on one side. I take a picture in the sl. time. I'm not worried.
Twig
And I have a little dough creeps out, I do it in the same way as Ira kil wrote. And there is a backlash, did not measure, and a gap.
Virgin, where to buy cuttlefish ink? I want to eat black pasta at least once in my life
Cifra
Twig, if you try it, it tastes bad. ru there are 4 grams of bags. And large fish like La Mare are sold in large containers of 250 grams.

Olga VB,

2. A small piece of dough also remains. He will remain, there is no escape. I have chickens, it's easier for me: I don't throw away food leftovers, but just put them in a saucepan)).

3. Yes, the dough sticks to the die. The extruder for pasta from Kitchen Aid has exactly the same device and there is just a decent layer of 5-7 mm left on the "wrong side" of the matrix. So it is necessary so constructively. Part of the dough also sometimes gets out from under the matrix. Not always, but it happens.

4. Technology and consistency of dough for extrusion and simply rolling - different. I was also very embarrassed that there was no swelling of the dough, etc., because I was used to working with the dough roller. But. The dough for rolling out is more moist, so it sticks together into a homogeneous lump. When extruding such a dough, the finished products begin to stick together, are poorly squeezed out, because the dough is a natural putty. This is exactly how it was when I swelled water into the Phillips dough, this is how the extruder from Kitchen constantly behaved. And he pissed me off. The dough for Phillips had to be redone, putting it in the bowl of an immersion blender (with knives which), adding durum and chopping it up again into crumbs.

6. Yes, it spits out back in reverse and you can scroll again these remnants. Almost to the end. But a little will remain on the matrix anyway, there is no way. Moreover, when the machine spits out the remains back, I open the top cover and break this piece with my hands into small pieces. I close the lid and turn it on. Shredded, she picks them up / picks them up better. It also helps to slightly tilt the elephant with its "trunk" downward: all residues / pieces / crumbs fall to the dough gripper blade, are well selected and fed for extrusion.

Well, I scribbled))).

But I didn't know that! Now I'll put them in the typewriter, otherwise these cups are lying around in the closet
Olga VB
Girls, thanks!
That's just with the cups - no matter how I twist the auger, I just can't find a position convenient for the cups. And the husband somehow puts them side by side. I repeat right away, and I can't
Irisha, take a picture or explain how you pack these things?
I even think that if I do not use them, then why fool with them. I will remove them completely, perhaps
Incidentally, I have a slight improvement. Well, for me this is an improvement.
I removed the partition from the pallet for spare parts, which goes back and forth, pressing the dies. It seems to be a small thing, but prevented the compact filling of the "storage".
Now I have 6 matrices, 3 toothpicks and a scraper in my car in this pallet.
Conveniently!
And the partition can be put back at any time, only I sense that I will not do it.
kil
ScarecrowThanks for the tilt tip.

The girls, thanks to you, also wanted such a machine. But then I saw on the Internet selling a similar Galaxy. it seems that the functions are the same and there are 7 nozzles in the kit. So maybe it makes sense to buy it for 3 thousand, or is it all the same for Filia for 10?

Galaxy.
In this model, the auger is completely plastic, in Philips it is metal. Nobody knows how the plastic will behave .. If possible, buy a Phillips. Well, either look for customer reviews about Galaxy or better yet, look for a video, see how it works, what kind of dough, how it kneads and compare with Phillips ..
Love Yu
The problem is that I did not find any information except in stores and not one video. On the other hand, Phillips is 3-4 times more expensive. Maybe play around and it'll do ...
